Description
Claims (10)
- 蒸発ガスの一部を圧縮する第2圧縮機;
前記第2圧縮機に送られなかった残りの蒸発ガスを冷媒として使用し、前記第2圧縮機で圧縮された蒸発ガスを熱交換により冷却する熱交換器;
前記熱交換器で冷媒として使用された蒸発ガスを圧縮する第1圧縮機;と、
前記熱交換器によって冷却された流体を膨張させる減圧装置;を備える、船舶用の蒸発ガス再液化システム。 - 前記減圧装置の下流に設置されて、再液化された液化天然ガスと気体状態の蒸発ガスとを分離する気液分離器を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の船舶用の蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記気液分離器で分離された気体状態の蒸発ガスを、前記熱交換器に送られる蒸発ガスと合流して前記熱交換器の冷媒として使用することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の船舶用の蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記第1圧縮機は給油潤滑方式であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の船舶用の蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記第2圧縮機は無給油潤滑方式であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の船舶用の蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記第2圧縮機は蒸発ガスを4段圧縮する多段圧縮機であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の船舶用の蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記第2圧縮機は蒸発ガスを150barで圧縮することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の船舶用の蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記第1圧縮機で圧縮された蒸発ガスはガス消費先に送られ、前記第1圧縮機は前記ガス消費先の要求圧力まで蒸発ガスを圧縮することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の船舶用の蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 前記ガス消費先は、ME−GIエンジン、X−DFエンジン、DFエンジン、及びガス燃焼装置のいずれか1つ以上を備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の船舶用の蒸発ガス再液化システム。
- 1)蒸発ガスの一部を第2圧縮機で圧縮するステップ;
2)前記第2圧縮機に送られなかった蒸発ガスの他の一部を冷媒として、前記1)のステップで圧縮された蒸発ガスを熱交換により冷却するステップ;
3)前記2)のステップで熱交換の冷媒として使用された蒸発ガスを第1圧縮機によってガス消費先の要求圧力まで圧縮して前記ガス消費先に送るステップ;及び、
4)前記2)のステップで冷却された流体を膨張させるステップ;を備え、
前記第1圧縮機は給油潤滑方式であり、前記第2圧縮機は無給油潤滑方式であることを特徴とする、船舶用の蒸発ガス再液化方法。
