Abstract
Description
以下、モータ制御装置の一実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。本実施形態のモータ制御装置は、車両の電動パワーステアリング(以下「EPS」)システムに適用され、運転支援情報を含む車両信号に基づいて操舵アシストモータを駆動し、車両制御を実施する。ここで、操舵アシストモータは、「車両の動作に寄与するモータ」であり、操舵アシストモータの出力によって車両の転舵輪を転舵させる動作が「車両制御」に相当する。また、「運転支援」には、ドライバの操舵をアシストする動作の他、ドライバが操舵しなくても制御装置の出力のみによって車両を転舵させる「自動運転」を含む。
(a)本発明のモータ制御装置は、AND開始型調停処理、OR開始型調停処理及び強制型調停処理のうちいずれか一つを実行すればよく、必ずしも三種類の調停処理を切り替えなくてもよい。例えば図8において、車両信号の種類によらず常に安全性を重視する場合、AND開始型調停処理に固定してもよい。或いは、車両信号の種類によらず常に迅速な応答性を求める場合、OR開始型調停処理に固定してもよい。

Claims (6)
- 車両の動作に寄与するモータ(80)を、運転支援情報を含む車両信号に基づいて駆動し、車両制御を実施するモータ制御装置であって、
車載通信ライン(20)から取得した前記車両信号に基づいて、前記モータの駆動制御に関する演算をそれぞれ行う第1コントローラ(31)及び第2コントローラ(32)を備え、
前記第1コントローラの演算部でありマスターとして機能する第1マイコン(41)、及び、前記第2コントローラの演算部でありスレーブとして機能する第2マイコン(42)は、各マイコンの演算結果をマイコン間通信により相互に送受信し、又は、前記第1マイコンが自マイコンの演算結果をマイコン間通信により一方的に送信し、
両方のマイコンの演算結果において開始条件が成立したら制御を開始し、少なくともいずれか一方のマイコンの演算結果において終了条件が成立したら制御を終了するAND開始型調停処理、
少なくともいずれか一方のマイコンの演算結果において開始条件が成立したら制御を開始し、両方のマイコンの演算結果において終了条件が成立したら制御を終了するOR開始型調停処理、及び、
前記第1マイコンの演算結果において開始条件が成立したら制御を開始し、前記第1マイコンの演算結果において終了条件が成立したら制御を終了する強制型調停処理、
の三種類の調停処理のうち一つ以上を実行し、制御の開始及び終了タイミングを同期させるモータ制御装置。 - 前記第1マイコン及び前記第2マイコンは、取得した前記車両信号に応じて前記三種類の調停処理のうちいずれかを選択して実行する請求項1に記載のモータ制御装置。
- 前記第1マイコン及び前記第2マイコンは、運転支援モードとドライバによる手動運転モードとの切り替えに応じて前記三種類の調停処理を切り替える請求項2に記載のモータ制御装置。
- 前記第1マイコン及び前記第2マイコンは、マイコン間通信の異常が発生したとき、前記調停処理を停止し、各マイコンの演算結果に基づき、独立して制御を開始又は終了する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモータ制御装置。
- 前記第1マイコン及び前記第2マイコンは、前記モータの駆動開始前にマイコン間通信の異常が発生したとき、前記モータの駆動を開始せず、
前記モータの駆動中にマイコン間通信異常が発生したとき、前記モータの駆動を停止する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモータ制御装置。 - 前記モータは、電動パワーステアリングシステムの操舵アシストモータである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のモータ制御装置。
