Claims (7)
- シフトレンジの切替を行うシフト制御システムを少なくとも備えた車両に適用され、運転者による操作に少なくとも一部が依存することなく前記車両を走行制御し、前記車両を自動運転走行させる車両の制御装置において、
前記シフト制御システムにおいて発生した異常の種類に応じて、前記自動運転走行による走行の可否を判断する判断部と、
前記判断部により判断された、前記自動運転走行による走行の可否に応じて、前記車両を走行制御する制御部と、を備える
ことを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 前記車両は、前記自動運転走行と、運転者の操作によって該車両が走行させられる手動運転走行とに切替可能に構成され、
前記判断部は、前記シフト制御システムの異常が、前記車両が目標位置に到着できる異常である場合には、前記自動運転走行を可能と判断する、または、前記手動運転走行から前記自動運転走行への切替を可能と判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判断部は、前記自動運転走行中にパーキングレンジへの切替ができない異常が発生した場合には、前記車両の目標位置までの前記自動運転走行を可能と判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判断部は、前記自動運転走行中に前後進の切替ができない異常が発生した場合であって、その後の走行において前後進の切替が行われないと予測される場合には、前記車両の目標位置までの前記自動運転走行を可能と判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 2つ以上の通信経路からシフトレンジを切替可能に構成されており、
前記判断部は、前記通信経路の1つに異常が発生した場合には、前記車両の目標位置までの前記自動運転走行を可能と判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判断部は、前記手動運転走行中にパーキングレンジへの切替ができない異常が発生した後に、運転者によって前記自動運転走行への切替操作が実行された場合には、前記自動運転走行への切替を可能と判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項2の車両の制御装置。 - 前記判断部は、前記手動運転走行中に前後進の切替ができない異常が発生した後に、運転者によって前記自動運転走行への切替操作が実行された場合、その後の走行において前後進の切替が行われないと予測される場合には、前記自動運転走行への切替を可能と判断する
ことを特徴とする請求項2または6の車両の制御装置。
