前記ボルトが貫通する孔を有し前記被締結部材に設けられた摩擦板と、を備える。
前記摩擦板のビッカース硬度は、前記被締結部材のビッカース硬度の50%以上であり、
前記摩擦板の静摩擦係数は0.2以上であるようにしてもよい。
ボルトと、
前記ボルトと噛み合う螺子穴を有した被締結部材と、
前記ボルトが貫通する貫通孔を有した第2被締結部材と、
前記被締結部材と前記第2被締結部材との間に配置され前記ボルトが貫通する孔を有した摩擦板と、を備える。
前記被締結部材は、減速機のキャリアの第1部分であり、
前記第2被締結部材は、減速機のキャリアの第2部分であってもよい。

Claims (7)
- ボルトを固定する被締結部材と、
前記ボルトが貫通する孔を有し前記被締結部材に設けられた摩擦板と、を備える、締結機構。 - 前記摩擦板のビッカース硬度は、前記被締結部材のビッカース硬度の50%以上であり、
前記摩擦板の静摩擦係数は0.2以上である、請求項1に記載の締結機構。 - 前記摩擦板の厚みは15mm以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の締結機構。
- ボルトと、
前記ボルトと噛み合う螺子穴を有した被締結部材と、
前記ボルトが貫通する貫通孔を有した第2被締結部材と、
前記被締結部材と前記第2被締結部材との間に配置され前記ボルトが貫通する孔を有した摩擦板と、を備える、締結物品。 - 前記被締結部材及び前記第2被締結部材の一方が、減速機である、請求項4に記載の締結物品。
- 前記被締結部材は、減速機のキャリアの第1部分であり、
前記第2被締結部材は、減速機のキャリアの第2部分である、請求項4に記載の締結物品。 - 請求項4〜6のいずれか一項に記載の締結物品を備える、産業機械。
