(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, a hose joint fitting according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
First, a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
In the present embodiment, a case where the hose joint fitting is an eye joint fitting will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the eye joint fitting 10 includes a metallic joint body 12, a metallic cylindrical body 14A which is a separate body from the joint body 12, and a seal member 16A (see FIG. 2 (C)).
The joint body 12 is configured to include a union bolt insertion portion 18 and a pipe portion 20 to which the end portion of the hose 22 is connected.
The union bolt insertion portion 18 is a portion where a union bolt having a flow path formed from the outer peripheral surface to the inside thereof is inserted, and the union bolt insertion portion 18 is a cylindrical wall 1804 in which an insertion hole 1802 of the union bolt is formed. Is equipped with.
On the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical wall 1804, a recess 1806 for connecting to the flow path on the outer peripheral surface of the union bolt is formed on the entire inner peripheral surface.

The pipe portion 20 is a portion to which the hose 22 is connected, and includes a pipe main body 24 coaxially arranged, a pipe inclined surface portion 26, and a pipe diameter expanding portion 28.
One end of the pipe body 24 is fixed to a hole 1808 of the tubular wall 1804 by welding, the pipe body 24 projects from the tubular wall 1804, and the inside of the pipe body 24 communicates with the recess 1806.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the joint body 12 has the pipe portion 20 at one end in the axial direction and the tubular wall 1804 at the other end in the axial direction.
The pipe body 24 has a uniform inner diameter and a uniform outer diameter.
The pipe inclined surface portion 26 is formed at the boundary between the pipe main body 24 and the pipe expanded diameter portion 28 by an inclined surface whose radius gradually increases from the pipe main body 24 to the pipe expanded diameter portion 28.
The pipe expanded portion 28 is provided at the end of the pipe inclined surface portion 26, and is formed so that it can be swaged radially inward with a uniform inner diameter and a uniform outer diameter that are larger than the pipe body 24. There is.

The pipe inclined surface portion 26 and the pipe expanded diameter portion 28 are easily formed by subjecting the end portion of the pipe portion 20 to pipe expansion processing, and therefore the pipe portion 20 is easily manufactured from a pipe material.
The pipe expanding process is performed, for example, by press-fitting a pipe expanding jig having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the pipe main body 24 at a position of the pipe portion 20 located at an end of the pipe main body 24 while the pipe main body 24 is fixedly supported. Then, the portion of the pipe portion 20 located at the end portion of the pipe body 24 is gradually expanded to form the pipe expanded diameter portion 28.
The method of pipe expanding is not limited to the above method, and various conventionally known methods can be used.

In the present embodiment, the hose 22 is composed of a resin inner layer and a metal mesh layer provided on the outer peripheral portion of the inner layer, and is a pipe for feeding a fluid such as liquid or gas. The hose 22 may be a hose having various conventionally known structures, such as a hose composed of a plurality of inner rubber layers laminated with a reinforcing layer and an outer rubber layer covering the inner rubber layers.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the cylindrical body 12A is made of metal, and a fluid such as a liquid (for example, oil) or a gas passes through the inner center hole 1401.
As shown in FIG. 2(C), the cylindrical body 14A has a hose mounting portion 1402 which is provided in one portion in the longitudinal direction thereof and is inserted into the pipe expanded portion 28 with the end portion of the hose 22 mounted. And a pipe insertion portion 1404A provided in the other portion in the longitudinal direction and inserted into the pipe portion 20.
At the tip of the hose mounting portion 1402, an inclined portion 1406 having a conical surface whose outer diameter decreases toward the tip is provided so that the hose 22 can be easily mounted.
On the outer peripheral portion of the hose mounting portion 1402 excluding the tip portion, the pipe expanding portion 28, the end of the hose 22 and the hose mounting portion 1402 are integrated when the pipe expanding portion 28 is caulked by the caulking claw 30. As a result, a concave-convex portion 1408 in which concave portions and convex portions are alternately arranged in the axial direction or the circumferential direction is provided.
The outer diameter of the hose mounting portion 1402 including the uneven portion 1408 is formed such that the hose mounting portion 1402 with the hose 22 mounted therein can be inserted into the pipe expanded portion 28.
When the pipe insertion portion 1404A having the end of the hose 22 attached thereto is inserted into the pipe expanded portion 28 and the pipe expanded portion 28 is caulked by the caulking claw 30, the pipe expanded portion 28 and the hose 22 Since the end portion of the hose and the hose mounting portion 1402 may be integrated, the uneven portion 1408 may be omitted depending on the material forming the tubular body 14A and the wall thickness of the hose mounting portion 1402. The pipe portion 20 including the mounting portion 1402 and the pipe insertion portion 1404A may be made of a pipe material having a uniform inner diameter and a uniform outer diameter.

The outer diameter of the pipe insertion portion 1404A is smaller than the outer diameter of the hose mounting portion 1402, and is formed with a uniform outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe body 24.
The pipe insertion portion 1404A has an outer peripheral surface 1414 that faces the inner peripheral surface 2402 of the pipe body 24 when inserted into the pipe body 24.
A plurality of annular grooves 1410 are formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the pipe insertion portion 1404A on the outer peripheral surface 1414 of the pipe insertion portion 1404A which is separated from the hose mounting portion 1402.
The tubular body 14A having such a hose mounting portion 1402 and the pipe insertion portion 1404A is easily manufactured from a metal-made cylindrical pipe material.
The shape of the tubular body 14A can be appropriately changed depending on the pressure to be crimped, the property of the fluid flowing inside, and the sealing property with the hose 22.
Further, as shown in FIG. 2C, the end of the hose mounting portion 1402 on the pipe insertion portion 1404A side is brought into contact with the tip of the hose 22 so that the hose 22 does not excessively enter the hose mounting portion 1402. The provision of the stopper 1412 for preventing the entry of the hose 22 to the pipe insertion portion 1404A side is advantageous in simplifying the work of the hose 22 to the hose mounting portion 1402. In this case, the stopper 1412 is formed by providing a wall portion that bulges outward in the radial direction at the end of the hose mounting portion 1402, or by forming an annular groove at the end of the hose mounting portion 1402, and mounting the annular groove in the annular groove. It can be easily formed by the E-ring.

The seal member 16A is provided by being installed in the annular groove 1410 of the pipe insertion portion 1404A, and an O-ring is used as the seal member 16A in the present embodiment.
When the pipe insertion portion 1404A having the seal member 16A attached thereto is inserted into the pipe body 24, the seal member 16A elastically contacts the inner peripheral surface 2402 of the pipe body 24 and the outer peripheral surface 1414 of the pipe insertion portion 1404A and the pipe body 24. The inner peripheral surface 2402 is formed so as to be sealed by the seal member 16A, and leakage of fluid or gas between the pipe portion 20, the tubular body 14A, and the hose 22 is prevented.
Here, the term "sealing" refers to a state of having liquid tightness for preventing leakage of liquid such as oil, or a state of having air tightness for preventing leakage of gas.

In the eye joint fitting 10 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2(C), the pipe insertion portion 1404A of the tubular body 14A to which the seal member 16A is attached is inserted from the pipe expanded portion 28 into the pipe body 24. The hose mounting portion 1402 with the end portion of the hose 22 mounted is inserted into the pipe expanded portion 28.
Then, the pipe expanding portion 28 is crimped by the crimping claw 30, and the radius of the hose mounting portion 1402 where the end of the hose 22 is mounted by the corrugated portion 3002 of the crimping claw 30 and the corrugated portion 1408 of the tubular body 14A. The portion of the pipe expanded portion 28 located outside in the direction is deformed corresponding to the uneven portion 1408, the pipe expanded portion 28, the end of the hose 22 and the hose mounting portion 1402 are integrated, and the pipe insertion portion 1404A is formed. The mounted seal member 16A elastically contacts the inner peripheral surface 2402 of the pipe body 24, thereby sealing between the inner peripheral surface 2402 of the pipe body 24 and the outer peripheral surface 1414 of the pipe insertion portion 1404A.
The crimping claw 30 may have any shape such as a flat shape, a barrel shape, a wave shape, and a flare shape, as long as it can shape the cylindrical pipe expanded diameter portion 28.

As described above, in the eye joint fitting 10 of the present embodiment, by swaging the pipe expanded portion 28, the pipe expanded portion 28, the end of the hose 22 and the hose mounting portion 1402 are integrated, and the seal member is formed. The inner peripheral surface 2402 of the pipe body 24 and the outer peripheral surface 1414 of the pipe insertion portion 1404A are sealed and coupled by 16A.
Therefore, according to the eye joint fitting 10 of the present embodiment, the pipe portion 20 and the end portion of the hose 22 can be easily and reliably connected.
The pipe portion 20 forming the eye joint fitting 10 is easily manufactured from a pipe material, and the tubular body 14A forming the eye joint fitting 10 is also easily manufactured from a pipe material.
Therefore, compared to the case of using an eye joint fitting that has a nipple in which a socket is fitted as in the past, the step of forming a groove for socket attachment in the nipple and the step of attaching the socket to the nipple through the groove are omitted. This is advantageous in simplifying the manufacturing process of the eye joint fitting 10 and reducing the cost of the eye joint fitting 10.

(Second embodiment)
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
In the following description of the embodiment, the same parts and members as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will be omitted. Different parts will be mainly described.
In the second embodiment, the large diameter portion 32 is added to the cylindrical body 14A of the first embodiment.
The large diameter portion 32 is formed at the end of the pipe insertion portion 1404B near the hose mounting portion 1402 with an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the pipe insertion portion 1404B and smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe expanded portion 28. There is.
In the tubular body 14B of the second embodiment, the pipe insertion portion 1404B with the seal member 16B attached is inserted into the pipe body 24, and the hose attachment portion 1402 with the end portion of the hose 22 attached has the pipe expanded portion. When it is inserted into the pipe 28, the large diameter portion 32 abuts on the pipe inclined surface portion 26 and stops.
Therefore, in the second embodiment, in addition to the effect of the first embodiment, the tubular body 14B can be positioned with respect to the pipe portion 20 by the large diameter portion 32, and the end portion of the hose 22 is joined by the eye joint. An effect is obtained that is advantageous in improving workability when connecting the metal fitting 10 to the pipe portion 20.

(Third Embodiment)
Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
The third embodiment differs from the first and second embodiments in that the pipe insertion portion 1404C of the tubular body 14C is inserted into the pipe expanded diameter portion 28.
That is, the pipe insertion portion 1404C is provided at the end of the hose mounting portion 1402 and is inserted into the pipe expanded portion 28, and the inner circumference of the pipe expanded portion 28 is inserted in the pipe expanded portion 28. It has an outer peripheral surface 1416 facing the surface 2802.
The outer peripheral surface 1416 of the pipe insertion portion 1404C is formed with a uniform outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the pipe body 24 and smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe expanded portion 28.
Further, the outer peripheral portion at the tip of the pipe insertion portion 1404C is chamfered in an arc shape so that the inner peripheral surface of the pipe inclined surface portion 26 is not damaged when the pipe is inserted into the pipe portion 20.
On the outer peripheral surface 1416 of the pipe insertion portion 1404C, a plurality of annular grooves 1418 are formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction thereof, and an O-ring is attached to each annular groove 1418 as a seal member 16C.
The depth of the annular groove 1410 and the thickness of the sealing member 16A are determined so that the outer diameter of the seal member 16C mounted in the annular groove 1418 is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipe expanded portion 28.

In the third embodiment, the pipe insertion portion 1404C to which the seal member 16C is attached and the hose attachment portion 1402 to which the end portion of the hose 22 is attached are inserted into the pipe expanded portion 28, and the pipe expanded portion 28 is By being caulked by the caulking claw 30, the seal member 16C elastically contacts the inner peripheral surface 2802 of the pipe expanded portion 28, and the inner peripheral surface 2802 of the pipe expanded portion 28 and the outer peripheral surface 1416 of the pipe insertion portion 1404C. The space is sealed by the seal member 16C, and the pipe expansion located on the outer side in the radial direction of the hose mounting portion 1402 where the end of the hose 22 is mounted by the concave and convex portion 3002 of the crimp claw 30 and the concave and convex portion 1408 of the tubular body 14C. The portion of the diameter portion 28 is deformed corresponding to the uneven portion 1408, and the pipe diameter enlarged portion 28, the end portion of the hose 22 and the hose mounting portion 1402 are integrated.
In the third embodiment, the expanded pipe portion 28, the end portion of the hose 22 and the hose mounting portion 1402 are swaged and integrated into a second pipe from a location where the swaging is not affected. The expanded diameter portion is provided so as to be connected to the expanded pipe diameter portion 28, the second expanded pipe diameter portion is not swaged at the time of swaging, and the pipe insertion portion 1404C to which the seal member 16C is attached is the second When inserted into the pipe expanded portion, the sealing member 16C makes elastic contact with the inner peripheral surface of the second pipe expanded portion, and the inner peripheral surface of the second pipe expanded portion and the outer peripheral surface 1416 of the pipe insertion portion 1404C are connected. May be sealed by the seal member 16C.

(Fourth Embodiment)
Next, a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
The fourth embodiment is a modification of the third embodiment, and in the fourth embodiment, the pipe insertion portion 1404D of the tubular body 14D is inserted inside the pipe inclined surface portion 26. This is different from the third embodiment.
The pipe insertion portion 1404D is formed at the end of the hose mounting portion 1402, is inserted from the pipe expanding portion 28, is located inside the pipe inclined surface portion 26, and faces the inner peripheral surface 2602 of the pipe inclined surface portion 26. It has an inclined surface 1420.
The inclination angle of the cylindrical body inclined surface 1420 is formed at the same angle as the inclination angle of the inner peripheral surface 2602 of the pipe inclined surface portion 26, and in the state where the pipe insertion portion 1404D is located inside the pipe inclined surface portion 26, the cylindrical body is inclined. The outer peripheral surface of the inclined surface 1420 faces the inner peripheral surface 2602 of the pipe inclined surface portion 26 in parallel.
An annular groove 1422 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical inclined surface 1420, and an O-ring is attached to the annular groove 1422 as a seal member 16D.

In the fourth embodiment, the pipe insertion portion 1404D to which the seal member 16D is attached is inserted from the pipe expanded portion 28 to the inside of the pipe inclined surface portion 26, and the hose attachment portion 1402 to which the end portion of the hose 22 is attached is installed. The pipe expanded portion 28 is inserted into the pipe expanded portion 28, and the pipe expanded portion 28 is caulked in a state where the seal member 16D is in contact with or close to the inner peripheral surface 2602 of the pipe inclined surface portion 26.
In this case, at the time of caulking, the caulking claws 30 caulk the portion of the pipe enlarged diameter portion 28 that is separated from the pipe inclined surface portion 26 so that stress is not applied to the pipe inclined surface portion 26 and the pipe inclined surface portion 26 is not deformed.
By swaging the pipe expanded portion 28 away from the pipe inclined surface portion 26, the pipe expanded portion 28, the end of the hose 22 and the hose mounting portion 1402 are integrated, and the pipe expanded portion 28 is welded. By being tightened, the tubular body 14D extends, and the extension causes the seal member 16D to be pressed against the inner peripheral surface 2602 of the pipe inclined surface portion 26, and the outer peripheral surface of the tubular body inclined surface 1420 and the inner peripheral surface of the pipe inclined surface portion 26. The space between 2602 is sealed by the seal member 16D. In addition, in FIG. 5A, reference numeral 2804 denotes a portion of the pipe expanded portion 28 that is left without being crimped by the crimping claw 30.
Alternatively, in the case where the tubular body 14D does not expand due to the pipe expanded portion 28 being swaged, the pipe insertion portion 1404D to which the seal member 16D is attached is located inside the pipe inclined surface portion 26 from the pipe expanded portion 28. When the hose mounting portion 1402 to which the end of the hose 22 is mounted is inserted into the pipe expanded portion 28, the seal member 16D elastically contacts the inner peripheral surface 2602 of the pipe inclined surface portion 26, and the tubular body is inclined. The surface 1420, that is, the outer peripheral surface of the pipe insertion portion 1404D and the inner peripheral surface 2602 of the pipe inclined surface portion 26 are sealed by the seal member 16D, and the pipe expanded portion 28 distant from the pipe inclined surface portion 26 is caulked, whereby the pipe The expanded diameter portion 28, the end portion of the hose 22 and the hose mounting portion 1402 are integrated.
The fourth embodiment as described above also achieves the same effects as the first embodiment.

Although the case where the seal members 16A to 16D are mounted on the pipe insertion portions 1404A to 1404D has been described in the present embodiment, the seal members are the inner peripheral surface of the pipe portion 20 and the outer peripheral surfaces of the pipe insertion portions 1404A to 1404D. Since it suffices to seal between the inner peripheral surface of the pipe portion 20 and the inner peripheral surface of the pipe portion 20, an annular groove may be provided, and the sealing member may be attached to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe portion 20 via the annular groove. Of course it is. However, when the seal members 16A to 16D are attached to the pipe insertion portions 1404A to 1404D as in the embodiment, the seal members 16A to 16D are easily attached as compared with the case where the seal member is attached to the inner peripheral surface of the pipe portion 20. It will be advantageous in doing so.
Further, although the case where the hose joint fitting is the eye joint fitting 10 has been described in the present embodiment, the hose joint fitting to which the present invention is applied is not limited to the eye joint fitting 10, and the hose joint fitting may be arranged in the axial direction. A nipple to which a socket is attached via a groove is located at one end, a hose 22 is attached to the end of the nipple on the radially inner side of the socket, and the socket and the end of the hose 22 are crimped. The present invention can be applied to various conventionally known hose fittings for integrally connecting the hose 22 and the nipple, that is, various conventionally known hose fittings having a nipple to which a socket is attached.
