Claims (49)
- 比較的高濃度の生物起源炭素(植物由来の炭素)及び比較的低濃度の他の非炭素物質を伴う非生物起源炭素(化石資源からの炭素)を含む都市固形廃棄物(MSW)処理原料に由来する高生物起源炭素濃度のフィッシャー−トロプシュ(F−T)液体を製造するシステムであって、
a)前記都市固形廃棄物からの比較的高濃度の生物起源炭素及び比較的低濃度の非生物起源炭素を維持しながら、前記処理原料をフィッシャー−トロプシュ液体に転化するための、バイオ精製所と、
b)前記バイオ精製所内の、比較的高濃度の生物起源炭素を含む前記処理原料の少なくともガス化及び準化学量論的酸化を提供するガス化アイランド(GI)であって、
前記処理原料を選択的に受け取り、CO、H2、H2O及びCO2を含むシンガスを製造し;
再循環された炭化水素生成物及び中間生成物を選択的に受け取り、生物起源化合物の炭化水素改質によって前記生物起源炭素を回収し;
再循環されたCO2を選択的に受け取る、ガス化アイランド(GI)と、
c)発電プロセスにおいて、高生物起源炭素含量の物質の一部又は全部を高生物起源動力に転化し、ライフサイクル温室効果ガスの排出を低減することと、
を含む、システム。 - 前記比較的高濃度の生物起源炭素は、前記原料及び前記フィッシャー−トロプシュ液体の両方において約80%までの生物起源炭素である、請求項1に記載のシステム。

c)バイオ精製所において、前記都市固形廃棄物からの比較的高濃度の生物起源炭素及び比較的低濃度の他の非炭素物質を伴う非生物起源炭素を維持しながら、前記処理原料をフィッシャー−トロプシュ液体に転化することと、

b)前記バイオ精製所内の、比較的高濃度の生物起源炭素を含む前記処理原料の少なくともガス化及び準化学量論的酸化を提供するガス化アイランド(GI)であって、
前記処理原料を選択的に受け取り、CO、H2、H2O及びCO2を含むシンガスを製造し;

- 請求項31に記載の高生物起源濃度のフィッシャー−トロプシュ液体を製造するシステムであって、CO、H2及びCO2は、ナフサ及びメタンを含む選択された前記再循環された炭化水素生成物とともに再循環される、システム。
- 請求項31に記載の高生物起源濃度のフィッシャー−トロプシュ液体を製造するシステムであって、選択された前記再循環された炭化水素生成物及び中間生成物は、フィッシャー−トロプシュプロセスからの排ガスを含む、システム。
- 請求項31に記載の高生物起源濃度のフィッシャー−トロプシュ液体を製造するシステムであって、このプロセスで製造される高生物起源二酸化炭素(CO2)はガス流から除去され、前記CO2の一部はガス化システムに再循環される、システム。
