Abstract
Description

を含有し、上記(b)の含有量が5質量%以上であることを特徴とするものである。
実施例1
10gのパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄に、90gの1−ペンタノール〔(b)成分〕を加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
20gのパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄に、80gの1−ヘキサノール〔(b)成分〕を加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
50gのパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄に、50gの1−ヘプタノール〔(b)成分〕を加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
50gのパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄に、25gの1−ヘプタノール〔(b)成分〕と、25gのメタノール〔(c)成分〕とを加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
50gのナフタレンスルホン酸第二鉄に、5gの1−オクタノール〔(b)成分〕と、45gのエタノール〔(c)成分〕とを加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
1−オクタノールの使用量を10gとし、エタノールの使用量を40gとした以外は、実施例5と同様にして酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
1−オクタノールの使用量を25gとし、エタノールの使用量を25gとした以外は、実施例5と同様にして酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
1−オクタノールの使用量を49gとし、エタノールの使用量を1gとした以外は、実施例5と同様にして酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
50gのナフタレンスルホン酸第二鉄に、25gの1−デカノール〔(b)成分〕と、25gのブタノール〔(c)成分〕とを加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
70gのパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄に、5gの1−ペンタノール〔(b)成分〕と、25gのエタノール〔(c)成分〕とを加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
40gのパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄に、60gのエタノールを加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
40gのパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄に、30gのブタノールと、30gのエタノールとを加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
40gのパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄に、30gの2−ペンタノールと、30gのエタノールとを加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
40gのパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄に、30gの3−ペンタノールと、30gのエタノールとを加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
40gのナフタレンスルホン酸第二鉄に、3gの1−オクタノールと、57gのエタノールとを加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
40gのパラトルエンスルホン酸第二鉄に、30gの1−ドデカノールと、30gのエタノールとを加えて溶液として、酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を調製した。
実施例11
表面をエッチング処理したアルミニウム箔を12質量%濃度のアジピン酸アンモニウム水溶液中に浸漬し、この状態でアルミニウム箔に40Vの電圧を印加してアルミニウム箔の表面に誘電体層を形成して陽極とし、この陽極にリード体を取り付けた。また、アルミニウム箔からなる陰極にリード体を取り付けた。これらの陽極と陰極とを、セパレータを介して重ね合わせて巻回して、巻回型アルミニウム固体電解コンデンサ用のコンデンサ素子を作製した。
酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を実施例2〜10または比較例1〜6のものに変更した以外は、実施例11と同様にして巻回型アルミニウム固体電解コンデンサを作製した。
HEWLETT PACKARD社製のLCRメーター(4284A)を用い、25℃の条件下で、120Hzで測定した。

を用いて漏れ電流を測定した。
実施例11〜20および比較例7〜12の巻回型アルミニウム固体電解コンデンサ各10個を、125℃で2000時間貯蔵した後、上記と同じ方法で、静電容量およびESRを測定した。これらの結果を表3に示す。なお、表3には、静電容量については、下記式によって求めた静電容量の初期特性評価時の測定値からの変化率(%)を、ESRについては、この耐熱性評価時の測定値を初期特性評価時の測定値で除して求めた変化率(倍)を、それぞれ記載する。

Claims (9)
- 以下の(a)および(b)
(a)有機スルホン酸第二鉄、
(b)炭素数が5〜10の直鎖の炭化水素基を有する第一級アルコール、
を含有し、上記(b)の含有量が5質量%以上であることを特徴とする導電性高分子製造用酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液。 - 上記(b)の含有量が、80質量%以下である請求項1に記載の導電性高分子製造用酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液。
- (c)炭素数が1〜4の炭化水素基を有するアルコールを、更に含有している請求項1または2に記載の導電性高分子製造用酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液。
- 上記(b)と上記(c)との合計量中の上記(b)の含有量が、10〜98質量%である請求項3に記載の導電性高分子製造用酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液。
- 上記(a)の含有量が、20〜70質量%である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の導電性高分子製造用酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の導電性高分子製造用酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液を用いて、チオフェンまたはその誘導体、ピロールまたはその誘導体、およびアニリンまたはその誘導体よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のモノマーを酸化重合してなるものであることを特徴とする導電性高分子。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の導電性高分子製造用酸化剤兼ドーパント溶液の存在下で、チオフェンまたはその誘導体、ピロールまたはその誘導体、およびアニリンまたはその誘導体よりなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のモノマーを酸化重合して導電性高分子を得ることを特徴とする導電性高分子の製造方法。
- 固体電解質を含有する電解コンデンサであって、
請求項6に記載の導電性高分子を、前記固体電解質として有することを特徴とする電解コンデンサ。 - 固体電解質を含有する電解コンデンサを製造する方法であって、
請求項7に記載の導電性高分子の製造方法によって製造された導電性高分子を、前記固体電解質として用いることを特徴とする電解コンデンサの製造方法。
