Claims (6)
- 銅管とアルミニウム管からなる接合体であって、
接合体の長手方向の断面視において、前記アルミニウム管の内面と前記銅管の外面は、長手方向に対して斜めに接し、前記アルミニウム管の外面は、長手方向に対して略平行であり、
前記アルミニウム管の内面と前記銅管の外面には共晶層が形成されていることを特徴とする銅管とアルミニウム管の接合体。 - 前記アルミニウム管と接合される前記銅管の端部には、先端に行くにつれて縮径するテーパー部が設けられ、
前記アルミニウム管の内面と前記銅管の前記テーパー部の外面とが接触していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の銅管とアルミニウム管の接合体。 - 接合体の長手方向に垂直な断面において、前記銅管の素管部分の断面積が、前記アルミニウム管の素管部分の断面積よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の銅管とアルミニウム管の接合体。
- 接合体の長手方向に垂直な断面において、前記アルミニウム管の素管部分の断面積に対する前記銅管の素管部分の断面積比が0.53〜0.85であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の銅管とアルミニウム管の接合体。
- 銅管とアルミニウム管の接合方法であって、
前記銅管は、一方の端部に、先端に行くにつれて縮径するテーパー部を有し、
前記銅管のテーパー部を前記アルミニウム管の端部に挿入して前記銅管と前記アルミニウム管に直接通電して加熱し、
前記銅管の外面と前記アルミニウム管の内面の接合部に共晶層を形成して接合することを特徴とする銅管とアルミニウム管の接合方法。 - 長手方向に垂直な断面において、前記アルミニウム管の素管部分の断面積に対する前記銅管の素管部分の断面積比が0.53〜0.85であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の銅管とアルミニウム管の接合方法。
