Abstract
Description
A)15〜45重量%、好ましくは20〜40重量%、より好ましくは25〜35重量%のアセトン及び/又はメチルエチルケトンなどの有機溶媒;
B)2〜10重量%、好ましくは2.5〜8重量%、より好ましくは3〜7重量%のジアルジミンなどのアルジミン;
C)2〜17重量%、好ましくは3〜15重量%、より好ましくは4〜12重量%のアルコキシシラン中間体、これは、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる米国特許第5,852,137号明細書において付加物としても知られ、これは、γ−メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシランとヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)ビウレットとの反応生成物であり、中間体の化学的性質及び製造は、米国特許第5,852,137号明細書、特に5列25行〜7列15行及び実施例に十分に記載及び教示されている。本発明で使用されるアルコキシシラン中間体は、同様にその全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる米国特許第5,238,993号明細書にも教示されており、米国特許第5,238,993号明細書の実施例1として開示されている;
D)0〜10重量%、好ましくは4〜8重量%、より好ましくは5〜7重量%のビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテル、D.E.R.(商標)332などのエポキシ樹脂;
E)15〜35重量%、好ましくは20〜33重量%、より好ましくは23〜30重量%のVITEL(登録商標)2301 BU(メチルエチルケトン中の40重量%溶液)などの非反応性フィルム形成樹脂;
F)18〜30重量%、好ましくは20〜28重量%、より好ましくは22〜26重量%の、Desmodur(登録商標)RFE、Desmodur(登録商標)HL及びPAPI(商標)20などの脂肪族及び芳香族ポリイソシアネートプレポリマー;
G)1〜3重量%、好ましくは1.5〜2.5重量%、より好ましくは2〜2.2重量%のオキサゾリジン含有化合物PARALOID(商標)QM−1007などの反応性改質剤;
H)0.1〜0.3重量%、好ましくは0.15〜0.25重量%、より好ましくは0.2〜0.22重量%のKKAT(登録商標)670などの触媒;及び
I)0.2〜0.5%、好ましくは0.25〜0.4重量%、より好ましくは0.3〜0.35重量%のマロン酸ジエチルなどのイソシアネート安定剤。
Claims (10)
- プライマー組成物であって、前記組成物の総重量に基づいて、有機溶媒と、アルジミンと、アルコキシシランと、非反応性フィルム形成樹脂と、ポリイソシアネートプレポリマーと、反応性改質剤と、触媒と、イソシアネート安定剤とを含むプライマー組成物。
- 10重量%未満のエポキシ樹脂を更に含む、請求項1に記載のプライマー組成物。
- 前記エポキシ樹脂は、ビスフェノールAのジグリシジルエーテルである、請求項2に記載のプライマー組成物。
- カーボンブラックを実質的に含まないことを含む、請求項1に記載のプライマー組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のプライマー組成物は、カーボンブラックを含まない。
- 前記有機溶媒は、アセトン、メチルエチルケトン及びそれらの混合物の1つを含み、前記反応性改質剤は、オキサゾリジン含有化合物である、請求項1に記載のプライマー組成物。
- 前記イソシアネート安定剤は、マロン酸ジエチルを含む、請求項1に記載のプライマー組成物。
- 前記アルジミンは、ジアルジミンである、請求項1に記載のプライマー組成物。
- 前記アルジミンは、ポリエーテルアミンとベンズアルデヒドとの反応である、請求項8に記載のプライマー組成物。
- アルコキシシランは、γ−メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシランとヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)ビウレットとの反応生成物である、請求項1に記載のプライマー組成物。
