Description
プロピレンのホモポリマーは、重合触媒の存在下でプロピレンを重合することにより製造される。重合触媒は典型的には、アルキルアルミニウムと組み合わせて触媒を形成する三塩化チタンなどのハロゲン化チタンを含む固体成分を含む。こうしてプロピレンのホモポリマーは、プロピレン、重合触媒、および連鎖移動剤たとえば水素を任意に不活性希釈剤中で60〜90℃の温度および5〜100barの圧力にて接触させることにより製造される。
本発明に使用される添加剤は好ましくは、造核剤、酸化防止剤、酸スカベンジャーおよび安定剤からなる群から選択される。後の本文では酸化防止剤および安定剤が一般に安定剤と呼ばれることがある。
本フィルムは、他のポリマー成分を好ましくは10重量%以下、一層好ましくは5%重量%以下の量で含んでもよい。こうした他のポリマー成分は、さらなるプロピレンのホモ−またはコポリマー、エチレンのホモ−またはコポリマーおよび同種のものであってもよい。追加のポリマー成分が存在する場合、それらは好ましくはプロピレンの他のホモ−またはコポリマー、一層好ましくはプロピレンのホモポリマーである。こうしたポリマーは、たとえば、添加剤マスターバッチのキャリアポリマーおよび同種であってもよい。
二軸延伸ポリプロピレンフィルムは、当該技術分野において公知の任意の好適な方法でプロピレンのホモポリマーから製造される。
この種のコンデンサは通常、各々OPPフィルムおよびアルミニウム箔を含む二重層を包むことにより調製された扁平ロール体の形態の、数個から数十個のユニットコンデンサエレメントがベルトで束ねられた集合体としての構造体を有する。こうしたユニットコンデンサがベルトで束ねられた集合体に、気密シーリングする前に金属ケーシングで油を含浸させる。
本発明による構造体を含むコンデンサは、優れた耐熱性を有し、優れた電気的特性を有する。特に、その誘電特性は長期間維持される。さらに、コンデンサは、約105℃の温度まで使用することができる。さらに、フィルムの成分がどの種類の油にも移動せず、とりわけ環式芳香族炭化水素を含む油に少なくとも20重量%の量で移動しない。
NMR分光法による微細構造体の定量化
定量核磁気共鳴(NMR)分光法を使用してプロピレンホモポリマーのアイソタクチシティおよびレジオ規則性を定量した。
動的レオロジー測定を、圧縮成形サンプルについてRheometrics RDA−II QCを用いて230℃で窒素雰囲気下、直径25mmのプレートおよびプレートジオメトリーで行った。振動剪断実験は、0.015〜300rad/sの周波数で歪みの線形粘弾性範囲内にて行った(ISO 6721−10)。

メルトフローレート(MFR、MFR2)は、2.16kgの荷重下230℃でISO 1133に準拠して決定した。
融解温度は、TA Instrument Q200示差走査熱量測定(DSC:differential scanning calorimetry)を用いて約5〜7mgのフィルムサンプルで測定した。DSCは、−30〜+225℃の30温度領域で10℃/minの走査速度にて熱/冷/熱サイクルでISO 11357/第3部/方法C2に準拠して行う。結晶化度は、測定された融解エンタルピー(J/g単位)を100%結晶ポリプロピレンの融解エンタルピー、209J/gで除して得られる。
黄色度指数は、ASTM E−313に準拠して決定した。
ポリマーの灰分含有量は、秤量済み白金るつぼでポリマーを燃焼させて決定した。約100グラムのポリマーをるつぼに秤量する。そしてポリマーがゆっくりと燃えるようにるつぼをブンゼンバーナーの火炎で加熱する。ポリマーが完全に燃えた後、るつぼを冷却し、乾燥させて秤量する。次いで灰分含有量は、残渣の重量をポリマーサンプルの重量で除した値である。少なくとも2回の測定を行い、測定値間の差が7ppm超である場合、3回目の測定を行う。
プロピレンの重合には、欧州特許出願公開第2543684A号の発明例1による重合プロセスを使用した。各重合反応器において約3.4g/10minのMFR2を有するプロピレンホモポリマーが生成されるように、水素およびプロピレンを反応器に供給した。このポリマーにIrganox 1330を1000ppmの量およびBHTを750ppmの量で加えた。このプロピレンホモポリマーは、5.5Pa−1の多分散性指数、14の剪断減粘指数、8ppmの灰分含有量および96.2%のペンタッドアイソタクチシティを有した。
Irganox 1330の代わりに、Irganox 1010を使用し、BHTを使用しなかった以外、その他の点では実施例1の手順に従った。プロピレンホモポリマーは、5.5Pa−1の多分散性指数、14の剪断減粘指数、8ppmの灰分含有量および96.2%のペンタッドアイソタクチシティを有した。
重合プロセスを欧州特許出願公開第2543684A号の比較実施例1に従い行ったこと、およびIrganox 1330の代わりに、Irganox 1010を使用し、BHTを使用しなかったこと以外、その他の点では実施例1の手順に従った。プロピレンホモポリマーは、4.5Pa−1の多分散性指数、10の剪断減粘指数、9ppmの灰分含有量および92.2%のペンタッドアイソタクチシティを有した。
実施例1のフィルムのサンプルを80℃で100日の期間Jarylec C101油に浸漬した。油を解析したところ、Irganox 1330またはBHTの痕跡は見出されなかった。
比較実施例1のフィルムで実施例3の手順を繰り返した。油を解析したところ、油は、フィルムから油に移動していたIrganox 1010を含むことが分かった。
安定化の作用をさらに例証するため、実施例1のプロセスに従い製造したがMFR2を2.8g/10minに調整したポリマー粉末を、1000ppmの量のIrganox 1330および750ppmの量のBHTと混合した。ポリマーを押し出してペレットとした。ペレットのMFR2を測定し、3.3g/10minであることが分かった。
Claims (15)
- プロピレンのホモポリマーを含む層であり、油と接触している層を有する二軸延伸フィルムを含む構造体であって、前記プロピレンのホモポリマーは95%〜98%のアイソタクチックペンタッドの含有量および30ppm以下の灰分の含有量を有することを特徴とする構造体。
- 前記二軸延伸フィルムは安定剤、酸スカベンジャーおよび造核剤からなる群から選択される600〜5000ppmの添加剤を含む、請求項1に記載の構造体。
- 前記安定剤は、前記プロピレンのホモポリマーの量に対して500〜2000ppmの量の1,3,5−トリメチル−2,4,6−トリス(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシベンジル)ベンゼン、前記プロピレンのホモポリマーの量に対して100〜1000ppmの量のブチルヒドロキシトルエンおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の構造体。
- 前記油は少なくとも20重量%の芳香族炭化水素を含む、請求項2または請求項3に記載の構造体。
- 前記油は環式芳香族炭化水素を含む、請求項4に記載の構造体。
- 前記油は少なくとも50重量%の環式芳香族炭化水素を含む、請求項5に記載の構造体。
- 前記環式芳香族炭化水素はトルエン誘導体である、請求項5または請求項6に記載の構造体。
- 95%〜98%のアイソタクチックペンタッドの含有量および30ppm以下の灰分の含有量を有するプロピレンのホモポリマーを含む二軸延伸フィルムと油とを含むコンデンサを製造するための、前記二軸延伸フィルムの使用。
- 巻回構造体を得るために前記フィルムおよびアルミニウム箔を扁平状に巻回するステップおよび前記巻回構造体に油を含浸させるステップを含む、請求項7に記載の使用。
- 前記フィルムは安定剤、酸スカベンジャーおよび造核剤からなる群から選択される600〜5000ppmの添加剤を含む、請求項8に記載の使用。
- 前記安定剤は前記プロピレンのホモポリマーの量に対して500〜2000ppmの量の1,3,5−トリメチル−2,4,6−トリス(3,5−ジ−tert−ブチル−4−ヒドロキシベンジル)ベンゼン、前記プロピレンのホモポリマーの量に対して100〜1000ppmの量のブチルヒドロキシトルエンおよびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項10に記載の使用。
