Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- ロボット掃除機であって、
外観を形成する本体と、
前記本体内に設けられた吸入装置と、
前記吸入装置の駆動によって床の異物を吸い込むように形成された吸入口と、
前記吸入口から吸い込まれた空気中の異物を集塵する集塵装置と、
前記本体が自動で走行するように設けられた一又は二以上の輪と、
前記吸入装置及び前記輪の駆動を制御する制御部とを備えてなるものであり、
前記本体は、互いに結合されるように形成された上部ハウジング及び下部ハウジングと、並びに、前記上部ハウジングと前記下部ハウジングとの間で前記本体の側面を取り囲むように形成され、一又は二以上の障害物感知センサーが設置された側面ボディーとを備えてなり、
前記側面ボディーには前記一又は二以上の障害物感知センサーに対応する位置に一又は二以上のセンサーカバーが着脱可能に設置されてなり、
前記センサーカバーは、前方面と後方面が相互対称に形成されたものであり、
前記センサーカバーの全表面がUVコーティング処理されたものであることを特徴とする、ロボット掃除機。 - それぞれの前記センサーカバーは、それぞれの前記障害物感知センサーの前方面を覆うのに十分な大きさで形成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロボット掃除機。
- それぞれの前記センサーカバーの高さは、前記側面ボディーの高さ以下であり、
それぞれの前記センサーカバーの幅は、前記側面ボディーの周り方向の長さの1/20以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のロボット掃除機。 - 前記側面ボディーと前記センサーカバーは、互いに異なる素材で形成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロボット掃除機。
- 前記側面ボディーと前記センサーカバーがそれぞれ別に製作されたものであり、
前記センサーカバーが前記側面ボディーにおいて前記障害物感知センサーの前方に着脱可能に結合されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のロボット掃除機。 - 前記側面ボディーには1つ以上のカメラモジュールが前記ロボット掃除機の前方に向かうように設置されてなり、
前記側面ボディーは半透明な素材で形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のロボット掃除機。 - 前記障害物感知センサーは、赤外線センサーを備えてなり、
前記センサーカバーは、赤外線以外の光線を遮断するように形成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のロボット掃除機。 - 前記センサーカバーは、ポリカーボネート(polycarbonate)で形成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のロボット掃除機。
- 前記側面ボディーは、前記障害物感知センサー及び前記センサーカバーに対応する位置に形成された開口部を備えてなり、
前記障害物感知センサーは、前記開口部及び前記センサーカバーを通して、外部の障害物を感知するための信号を送受信するものであることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のロボット掃除機。 - 前記側面ボディーは上側及び下側が開放され、既に設定された高さを有する中空リング状に形成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のロボット掃除機。
- 前記側面ボディーの半径方向中心から前記側面ボディーの外側表面までの距離は、前記側面ボディーの半径方向中心から前記センサーカバーの外側表面までの距離よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のロボット掃除機。
- 前記センサーカバーは、前記側面ボディーに対して前記側面ボディーの半径方向内側に向かって段差付くように配置されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のロボット掃除機。
- 前記側面ボディーは、前記障害物感知センサーを結合するための第1結合部と、及び前記センサーカバーを結合するための第2結合部とを備えてなり、
前記第2結合部は前記第1結合部に比べて前記側面ボディーの半径方向外側に形成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のロボット掃除機。 - 前記障害物感知センサーに設けられた結合溝に、前記第1結合部に設けられた結合突起が結合されてなり、
前記センサーカバーは、前記第2結合部にスライド結合方式で着脱可能に結合されてなることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のロボット掃除機。 - 前記第2結合部は上下方向に延びたスリット状に形成されたものであり、
前記センサーカバーの幅方向の両側面のうち少なくとも一側面には、前記第2結合部に挿入されるように形成されたエッジ部を備えてなることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のロボット掃除機。
