Abstract
Description
本願は、米国仮出願第61/762,379号(2013年2月8日出願)に対する優先権の利益を主張し、上記出願は、その全体が参照により本明細書に引用される。
本発明は、エネルギー回収システムに関し、より具体的には、内燃機関とともに使用される廃熱回収システムに関する。
本発明は、例えば、以下を提供する。
(項目1)
内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャであって、前記ターボチャージャは、
キャリア部分を有する差動デバイスと、
前記差動デバイスの第1の部分と駆動係合しているコンプレッサ部分と、
前記差動デバイスの第2の部分と駆動係合しているタービン部分と
を備え、
前記差動デバイスの前記キャリア部分は、無段変速トランスミッションと駆動係合し、前記無段変速トランスミッションは、前記内燃機関と駆動係合している、ターボチャージャ。
(項目2)
前記差動デバイスの第1の部分は、第1のサイドギヤであり、前記差動デバイスの第2の部分は、第2のサイドギヤである、項目1に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目3)
前記第1のサイドギヤは、複数の磁石を備え、前記第2の駆動ギヤは、複数の磁石を備えている、項目2に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目4)
前記コンプレッサ部分は、複数の磁石を備え、タービン部分は、複数の磁石を備え、前記コンプレッサ部分は、前記第1のサイドギヤと磁気駆動係合し、前記タービン部分は、前記第2のサイドギヤと磁気駆動係合している、項目3に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目5)
前記コンプレッサ部分と前記第1のサイドギヤとは、デバイスを調節する第1の磁気駆動比率を形成し、前記タービン部分と前記第2のサイドギヤとは、デバイスを調節する第2の磁気駆動比率を形成する、項目4に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目6)
複数の磁石を含む複数のスパイダギヤをさらに備え、前記複数のスパイダギヤは、前記第1のサイドギヤおよび前記第2のサイドギヤと磁気駆動係合している、項目3に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目7)
少なくとも1つの中間鉄部材をさらに備え、前記中間鉄部材は、前記複数のスパイダギヤと前記第1のサイドギヤおよび前記第2のサイドギヤのうちの一方との間に配置されている、項目6に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目8)
前記差動デバイスの前記第1の部分は、第1の駆動リングであり、前記差動デバイスの前記第2の部分は、第2の駆動リングである、項目1に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目9)
複数のボールをさらに備え、前記複数のボールは、前記差動デバイスの前記第1の駆動リングおよび前記第2の駆動リングと駆動係合している、項目8に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。

比率調節デバイスをさらに備え、前記比率調節デバイスは、前記差動デバイスおよび前記無段変速トランスミッションと駆動係合している、項目1に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。

複数のスパイダギヤをさらに備え、前記複数のスパイダギヤは、前記差動デバイスの前記第1の部分および第2の部分と駆動係合している、項目1に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。

差動筐体をさらに備え、前記差動デバイスの前記第1の部分および第2の部分は、前記差動筐体内に配置され、前記差動筐体は、前記無段変速トランスミッションと駆動係合している、項目1に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目13)
出力シャフトをさらに備え、前記出力シャフトは、前記差動デバイスおよび前記無段変速トランスミッションと駆動係合している、項目1に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目14)
前記出力シャフトは、前記コンプレッサ部分および前記タービン部分の一方を通過する、項目13に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目15)
比率調節デバイスをさらに備え、前記比率調節デバイスは、前記コンプレッサ部分および前記差動デバイスの前記第1の部分、および前記タービン部分および前記差動デバイスの前記第2の部分のうちの少なくとも1つと駆動係合している、項目1に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目16)
内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャであって、前記ターボチャージャは、
キャリア部分を有する差動デバイスと、
前記差動デバイスの第1の部分と駆動係合しているコンプレッサ部分と、
前記差動デバイスの第2の部分と駆動係合しているタービン部分と、
前記差動デバイスのキャリア部分および比率調節デバイスと駆動係合している出力シャフトと
を備え、
前記比率調節デバイスは、無段変速トランスミッションとさらに係合し、前記無段変速トランスミッションは、前記内燃機関と駆動係合している、ターボチャージャ。
(項目17)
第2の比率調節デバイスをさらに備え、前記第2の比率調節デバイスは、前記コンプレッサ部分および前記差動デバイスの前記第1の部分、および前記タービン部分および前記差動デバイスの前記第2の部分のうちの少なくとも1つと駆動係合している、項目16に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目18)
前記差動デバイスの前記第1の部分は、複数の磁石を備え、前記差動デバイスの前記第2の部分は、複数の磁石を備えている、項目16に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。
(項目19)
複数のボールをさらに備え、前記差動デバイスの前記第1の部分は、第1の駆動リングであり、前記差動デバイスの前記第2の部分は、第2の駆動リングであり、前記複数のボールは、前記差動デバイスの前記第1の駆動リングおよび前記第2の駆動リングと駆動係合している、項目16に記載の内燃機関との使用のためのターボチャージャ。

前記差動デバイスの前記キャリア部分および第2の比率調節デバイスと駆動係合している出力シャフトと

前記第2の比率調節デバイスは、無段変速トランスミッションとさらに係合し、前記無段変速トランスミッションは、前記内燃機関と駆動係合している、ターボチャージャ。
