Claims (10)
- 歯切り盤においてウォーム山の形態における加工領域を有する工具、特に研削ウォームの外形寸法を自動的に測定するための方法であって、
上記工具の少なくとも1つのパラメータを、少なくとも1つのセンサ(8)によって自動的に検出および/または測定する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1において、
上記歯切り盤内での上記工具の位置、および上記工具の工具長さ、工具径、および/または開始部の数などの主な外形寸法、および/または上記工具のリード方向を求める
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1において、
上記工具、特に研削ウォーム(11)のピッチ、モジュール、直径、ウォーム幅、ウォーム山リード、および/またはV位置を、検出および/または測定した値の計算処理によって求める
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2において、
較正プロセスを実行して上記工具、特に研削ウォーム(11)に対する、および/または上記歯切り盤内での配置に対する上記センサ(8)の位置を求める
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
上記工具の所定の基準点に対する位置合わせ、好ましくはA軸の0°への位置合わせを、開始部の数を求めるために実行し、
その後、上記センサが、上記工具、特に研削ウォームのB軸回りにおける複数の回転、特に3回転を検出する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、
上記工具、特に研削ウォーム(11)の中心軸の上下において、上記センサによってリード方向を求めるための少なくとも1つの測定を実行し、
および/または、
上記工具を回転させ、上記センサ(8)および/または上記工具のV方向における相対移動によってリード方向を求める
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項において、
上記工具、特に研削ウォーム(11)を噛み合わせるために、上記工具を上記研削ウォームの縦方向、V軸方向、またはV方向に沿って移動させ、
上記V軸方向に沿った歯の位置を、上記センサ(8)によって測定する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項において、
上記センサ(8)は、光学センサ(8)として、誘導センサ(8)として、容量センサ(8)として、および/または超音波センサ(8)として構成されていて、アナログ式および/またはデジタル式のセンサ(8)である
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項において、
非対称プロファイルを自動的に噛み合わせるために、上記センサによって様々なパラメータの測定を行う
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項において、
上記歯切り盤に、研削ウォーム(11)をスキャンするためのセンサ(8)を設ける
ことを特徴とする方法。
