Claims (6)
- 柱と梁との接合構造であって、
柱の外面の異なる高さに接合される外ダイアフラムと、
端面に第1のエンドプレートが接合された第1の梁と、
を具備し、
前記外ダイアフラムには、前記第1のエンドプレートと前記柱とで挟まれる方向に雌ねじが形成され、
前記第1のエンドプレートには、前記外ダイアフラムの前記雌ねじに応じた位置にボルト孔が形成され、
前記第1のエンドプレートと前記外ダイアフラムとが、前記第1の梁の長手方向に平行な方向にボルトよって接合されることを特徴とする柱と梁との接合構造。 - 前記外ダイアフラムは、周方向に複数に分割されており、分割されたそれぞれの前記外ダイアフラムは、少なくとも前記柱の二面にまたがって前記柱の外面に接合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の柱と梁との接合構造。
- 分割されたそれぞれの前記外ダイアフラム同士は隙間をあけて前記柱に接合されることを特徴とする請求項2記載の柱と梁との接合構造。
- 前記第1の梁と高さが異なり、前記第1の梁とは異なる方向に前記柱と接合される第2の梁を有し、
前記第2の梁の端面には第2のエンドプレートが接合され、
前記第2のエンドプレートの高さは、前記第2の梁の高さよりも高く、前記第2のエンドプレートの両端部は、前記第2の梁の両フランジ面から上下に張り出しており、前記第2のエンドプレートの張り出し部には、前記外ダイアフラムの前記雌ねじに応じた位置にボルト孔が形成され、
前記第2のエンドプレートと前記外ダイアフラムとが、前記第2の梁の長手方向に平行な方向にボルトよって接合されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の柱と梁との接合構造。 - 前記第1のエンドプレートの高さは、前記第1の梁の高さよりも高く、前記第1のエンドプレートの両端部は、前記第1の梁の両フランジ面から上下に張り出しており、前記ボルト孔は、前記第1のエンドプレートの張り出し部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の柱と梁との接合構造。
- 柱と梁との接合方法であって、
外ダイアフラムと、
あらかじめ端面にエンドプレートが接合された梁を用い、
前記外ダイアフラムには、前記エンドプレートと前記柱とで挟まれる方向に雌ねじが形成され、
前記エンドプレートの高さは、前記梁の高さよりも高く、前記エンドプレートの両端部は、前記梁の両フランジ面から上下に張り出しており、前記エンドプレートの張り出し部には、前記外ダイアフラムの雌ねじに応じた位置にボルト孔が形成され、
柱の外面の異なる高さに前記外ダイアフラムを接合し、
前記エンドプレートと前記外ダイアフラムとを、前記梁の長手方向に平行な方向に前記ボルト孔および前記雌ねじにボルトを挿入して接合することを特徴とする柱と梁との接合方法。
