Mは、第2族〜第12族の金属からなる群から選択される1種以上であり、Xは、F、S及びNから選択された1種以上であり、−0.5≦a≦+0.5、及び0≦b≦0.1である。
(ii)非晶質カーボンを含む負極活物質と、
(iii)リチウム塩及びエーテル系溶媒を含むリチウム二次電池用電解液とからなり、前記リチウム二次電池用電解液は、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)が電解液の全重量を基準として1重量%〜60重量%含まれることを特徴とするリチウム二次電池を提供する。

(ii)非晶質カーボンを含む負極活物質と、

M’は、Al、Mg、Ni、Co、Mn、Ti、Ga、Cu、V、Nb、Zr、Ce、In、Zn及びYから選択された1種以上であり、Xは、F、S及びNから選択された1種以上であり、−0.5≦a≦+0.5、0≦x≦0.5、0≦b≦0.1である。
正極活物質としてLiFePO486重量%、Super−P(導電材)8重量%及びPVdF(バインダー)6重量%をNMPに添加して正極混合物スラリーを製造した。これをアルミニウムホイールの一面にコーティング、乾燥及び圧着することで、正極を製造した。
ジメチルエーテル溶媒80重量%、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)20重量%の混合溶媒の代わりに、ジメチルエーテル溶媒70重量%、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)30重量%の混合溶媒を使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。
ジメチルエーテル溶媒80重量%、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)20重量%の混合溶媒の代わりに、カーボネート(EC:EMC:DMC=20:40:40)を使用したこと以外は、実施例1と同様の方法でリチウム二次電池を製造した。

上記実施例1、比較例1で製造されたリチウム二次電池を(CC discharge→rest 20min→CC/CV charge)X3回→rest 30min→(SOC10% CC discharge→rest 1hr→10s、10C discharge→rest 30min→10s、10C charge→rest 30min)X9回の条件で相対抵抗を測定した後、SOC50%下で、下記の出力計算式による相対出力を測定し、下記の図2に示した。
上記実施例1、比較例1で製造されたリチウム二次電池をSOC50%の状態に放電した後、−30度のチャンバに5時間保管した後、1Cの放電条件で相対出力を測定し、下記の図3に示した。
上記実施例2、比較例2乃至3で製造されたリチウム二次電池を、実施例2と同様の条件で相対出力を測定し、下記の図4に示した。
上記実施例2、比較例2乃至3で製造されたリチウム二次電池を満充電された状態で70度の貯蔵チャンバに保管して、2週ごとに容量保持率を(満充電→完全放電、3回実施)測定し、12週後の相対的容量保持率を下記の図5に示した。
Claims (10)
- (i)下記化学式1のリチウム金属リン酸化物を含む正極活物質と、
Li1+aM(PO4−b)Xb (1)
(上記式中、
Mは、第2族〜第12族の金属からなる群から選択される1種以上であり、Xは、F、S及びNから選択された1種以上であり、−0.5≦a≦+0.5、及び0≦b≦0.1である。)
(ii)非晶質カーボンを含む負極活物質と、
(iii)リチウム塩、エーテル系溶媒及びプロピレンカーボネート(PC)からなるリチウム二次電池用電解液と、を含み、
前記リチウム二次電池用電解液は、プロピレンカーボネート(PC)が電解液の全重量を基準として1重量%〜40重量%含まれ、
前記エーテル系溶媒は、テトラヒドロフラン、2−メチルテトラヒドロフラン、ジメチルエーテル及びジブチルエーテルからなる群から選択される1つ以上であることを特徴とする、リチウム二次電池。 - 前記リチウム塩は、LiCl、LiBr、LiI、LiClO4、LiBF4、LiB10Cl10、LiPF6、LiCF3SO3、LiCF3CO2、LiAsF6、LiSbF6、LiPF6、LiAlCl4、CH3SO3Li、CF3SO3Li、(CF3SO2)2NLi、クロロボランリチウム、4フェニルホウ酸リチウム及びイミドからなる群から選択された1つ以上であり、濃度は、電解液内で0.5M〜3Mであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記リチウム金属リン酸化物は、下記化学式2のオリビン結晶構造のリチウム鉄リン酸化物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池:
Li1+aFe1−xM’x(PO4−b)Xb (2)
上記式中、
M’は、Al、Mg、Ni、Co、Mn、Ti、Ga、Cu、V、Nb、Zr、Ce、In、Zn及びYから選択された1種以上であり、
Xは、F、S及びNから選択された1種以上であり、
−0.5≦a≦+0.5、0≦x≦0.5、及び0≦b≦0.1である。 - 前記オリビン結晶構造のリチウム鉄リン酸化物はLiFePO4であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記オリビン結晶構造のリチウム鉄リン酸化物は、伝導性カーボンがコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記非晶質カーボンは、ハードカーボン及び/又はソフトカーボンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池。
- 請求項1に記載のリチウム二次電池を単位電池として含むことを特徴とする、電池モジュール。
- 請求項7に記載の電池モジュールを含むことを特徴とする、電池パック。
- 請求項8に記載の電池パックを含むことを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、または電力貯蔵用システムであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のデバイス。
