Abstract
Description
自動運転を行うようにした車両における運転支援装置であって、
運転者の運転に対する内的集中度合いを推定する内的集中度合い推定手段と、
自動運転の解除を予測する解除予測手段と、
前記解除予測手段によって自動運転が解除されることが予測されたときに、前記内的集中度合い推定手段により推定される運転に対する内的集中度合いが低いときは、運転者の運転にたいする内的集中を高めるための運転支援を行う運転支援手段と、
を備えているようにしてある。
前記運転支援手段は、運転操作に応じた車両の状態変化の感度を高める制御を行う、ようにしてある(請求項2対応)。この場合、同じ運転操作量であっても車両がより大きく状態変化することとなって、運転への内的集中が高められることになる。

Claims (7)
- 自動運転を行うようにした車両における運転支援装置であって、
運転者の運転に対する内的集中度合いを推定する内的集中度合い推定手段と、
自動運転の解除を予測する解除予測手段と、
前記解除予測手段によって自動運転が解除されることが予測されたときに、前記内的集中度合い推定手段により推定される運転に対する内的集中度合いが低いときは、運転者の運転にたいする内的集中を高めるための運転支援を行う運転支援手段と、
を備えていることを特徴とする運転支援装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記運転支援手段は、運転操作に応じた車両の状態変化の感度を高める制御を行う、ことを特徴とする運転支援装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2において、
前記運転支援手段は、走行して楽しいと感じる道路特徴を有する道路へ誘導するための案内を行う、ことを特徴とする運転支援装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項において、
前記運転支援手段は、模範となる運転操作の案内を行う、ことを特徴とする運転支援装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項において、
前記運転支援手段は、車室内における走行音を強調する制御を行う、ことを特徴とする運転支援装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項において、
前記解除予測手段によって自動運転が解除されることが予測されたときに、前記内的集中度合い推定手段により推定される運転に対する内的集中度合いが高いときは、前記運転支援手段による運転支援を行うことなく、自動運転が解除される旨の報知を行った後に自動運転が解除される、ことを特徴とする運転支援装置。 - 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項において、
前記解除予測手段は、自動運転に必要な情報の入手精度に応じて自動運転が解除されることを予測する、ことを特徴とする運転支援装置。
