Claims (5)
- 電動機のステータであって、
複数のスロットが形成されたステータコアと、
前記ステータコアに巻回されたコイルであって、1つの前記スロットに収容されたコイル辺、および、前記スロットの外部に配置されるコイル端を有する、コイルと、
前記複数のスロットに1つずつ設置される複数の絶縁部材と、を備え、
前記絶縁部材の各々は、
該絶縁部材が設置された第1の前記スロットの壁面と、該第1のスロットに収容された第1の前記コイル辺との間に配置され、該壁面と該第1のコイル辺とを電気的に絶縁するコイル辺絶縁部と、
前記コイル辺絶縁部と一体に形成され、前記第1のスロットの外部に配置されたコイル端絶縁部であって、前記第1のコイル辺を有する第1の前記コイルの第1の前記コイル端と、該第1のスロットとは別の第2の前記スロットに収容された第2の前記コイル辺を有する第2の前記コイルの第2の前記コイル端との間に配置され、該第1のコイル端と該第2のコイル端とを電気的に絶縁する、コイル端絶縁部と、を有する、ステータ。 - 前記絶縁部材は、継ぎ目のない単一部材である、請求項1に記載のステータ。
- 互いに隣り合う2つの前記絶縁部材の前記コイル端絶縁部は、互いに重なり合うように配置される、請求項1または2に記載のステータ。
- 互いに隣り合う2つの前記絶縁部材の前記コイル端絶縁部を互いに結合する結合部をさらに備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のステータ。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のステータを備える電動機。
