Abstract
【解決手段】排熱回収器構造は、エンジン10からの排気が流れる第1配管12と、第1配管12から分岐され、冷却水と排気との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器20が設けられた第2配管18と、第1配管12又は第2配管18に設けられ、開閉されることで第2配管18へ流れる排気の流量を調整するバルブ16と、熱交換器20内に配置された感熱部22Aを備え、該感熱部22Aの温度が高くなるとバルブ16を開閉して第2配管18へ流れる排気の流量を少なくさせるサーモスタット22と、を有する。

Description
以下、図1〜図3を参照して、第1実施形態に係る排熱回収器構造について説明する。なお、各図に適宜示される矢印FRは、排熱回収器構造が適用された車両における車両前方側を示しており、矢印UPは車両上方側を示しており、矢印RHは車両右側を示している。また、以下の説明で特記なく前後、上下、左右の方向を用いる場合は、車両前後方向の前後、車両上下方向の上下、進行方向を向いた場合の左右を示すものとする。さらに、説明の便宜上、各図の配管を断面で図示している。
次に、本実施形態に係る排熱回収器構造の作用並びに効果について説明する。
次に、図4〜図6を参照して、第2実施形態に係る排熱回収器構造について説明する。なお、排気系の全体構成は、図4〜図6に示された要部を除いて、図2と同様の構成とされている。また、第1実施形態と同様の構成については同じ符号を付し、適宜説明を省略する。さらに、図4及び図5において、説明の便宜上、駆動カム56及びサーモスタット22を図示しているが、実際には駆動カム56及びサーモスタット22は、第1配管52よりも紙面手前側に配置されている。
次に、本実施形態に係る排熱回収器構造の作用並びに効果について説明する。

Claims (3)
- エンジンからの排気が流れる第1配管と、
前記第1配管から分岐され、冷却水と排気との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器が設けられた第2配管と、
前記第1配管又は前記第2配管に設けられ、開閉されることで前記第2配管へ流れる排気の流量を調整するバルブと、
前記熱交換器内に配置された感熱部を備え、該感熱部の温度が高くなると前記バルブを
開閉して前記第2配管へ流れる排気の流量を少なくさせるサーモスタットと、
を有する排熱回収器構造。 - 前記感熱部は、前記熱交換器内における車両上方側に配置されている請求項1に記載の排熱回収器構造。
- エンジンと前記熱交換器との間で前記冷却水を循環させる循環ポンプを備えており、
冷間始動時に前記循環ポンプを一時的に停止させる請求項1又は2に記載の排熱回収器構造。
