Abstract
Description
本発明の実施形態は、コバルト、シリコン、及びマンガンを有する磁性鉄合金を含む。例えば、前記磁性鉄合金は、約2重量%〜約10%重量%のコバルト(Co)、約0.05重量%〜約5重量%のマンガン(Mn)、及び約0.05重量%〜約5重量%のシリコン(Si)を有する磁性鉄合金を含む。Coは前記合金の飽和磁気誘導を向上させるが、特定の機械的特性を低下させ、比較的高価である。MnとSiは比較的安価な元素であり、合金の製造工程からの廃棄物を多くの等級において再利用可能な材料として利用してコストを削減することが出来る。本発明の実施形態による合金は、HIPERCO(登録商標)50及びHIPERCO(登録商標)27などの既知の合金よりも少ないCoを含みながら、なお適当な磁気的、電気的、及び機械的特性を維持している。
本発明の実施形態は、コバルト、マンガン、及びシリコンを上述のように含有する前記磁性鉄合金を製造する方法を、さらに含むものである。
Claims (20)
- 磁性鉄合金であって、
鉄(Fe)と、
約2重量%〜約10重量%のコバルト(Co)と、
約0.05重量%〜約5重量%のマンガン(Mn)と、
約0.05重量%〜約5重量%のシリコン(Si)と
を有する、磁性鉄合金。 - 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金であって、さらに、
約3重量%までのクロミウムと、
約2重量%までのバナジウムと、
約1重量%までのニッケルと、
約0.05重量%までのニオビウムと、
約0.02重量%までの炭素と
のうちの1つ又は複数を有する、磁性鉄合金。 - 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は少なくとも約40μΩcmの電気抵抗(ρ)を有する、鉄磁性合金。
- 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は少なくとも約20kGの飽和磁気誘導(Bs)を有する、鉄磁性合金。
- 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は約2Oe未満の保磁力(Hc)を有する、鉄磁性合金。
- 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は少なくとも約40μΩcmのρと、少なくとも約20kGのBsと、約2Oe未満のHcとを有する、鉄磁性合金。
- 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は主にアルファ(α)単相を有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 請求項7記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は少なくとも約95%のアルファ相を有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 請求項7記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は少なくとも約99%のアルファ相を有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は約2重量%〜約8重量%のCoを有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は約2重量%〜約5重量%のCoを有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は約10重量%のCoと、約2.7重量%のMnと、約1.3重量%のSiとを有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は約8重量%のCoと、約2.2重量%のMnと、約1.3重量%のSiとを有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は約5重量%のCoと、約2.2重量%のMnと、約1.3重量%のSiとを有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 請求項1記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は約5重量%のCoと、約1.0重量%のMnと、約2.3重量%のSiとを有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 鉄磁性合金であって、
鉄と、
約2重量%〜約10重量%のコバルトと、
約0.05重量%〜約5重量%のマンガンと、
約0.05重量%〜約5重量%のシリコンと
を有し、前記合金は少なくとも約40μΩcmのρと、少なくとも約20kGのBsと、約2Oe未満のHcとを有する、鉄磁性合金。 - 請求項16記載の磁性鉄合金であって、さらに、
約3重量%までのクロミウムと、
約2重量%までのバナジウムと、
約1重量%までのニッケルと、
約0.05重量%までのニオビウムと、
約0.02重量%までの炭素と
のうちの1つ又は複数を有する、磁性鉄合金。 - 請求項16記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は少なくとも約95%のアルファ相を有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 請求項16記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は少なくとも約99%のアルファ相を有する、磁性鉄合金。
- 請求項16記載の磁性鉄合金において、前記合金は、
約10重量%のCo、約2.7重量%のMn、及び約1.3重量%のSiを含む合金と、
約8重量%のCo、約2.2重量%のMn、及び約1.3重量%のSiを含む合金と、
約5重量%のCo、約2.2重量%のMn、及び約1.3重量%のSiを含む合金と、
約5重量%のCo、約1.0重量%のMn、及び約2.3重量%のSiを含む合金と
から成る群から選択される、鉄磁性合金。
