Abstract
【解決手段】変速機TMとエンジンEとの間の動力伝達を断接制御する第1油圧クラッチCL1および第2油圧クラッチCL2と、オイルポンプ15によって生成された油圧を第1油圧クラッチCLまたは第2油圧クラッチCL2のいずれに供給するかを選択する油圧供給先切り換えバルブ4と、シフト制御モータ71によって回転駆動されるシフトドラム90と、変速スリーブc3,c4を駆動することで隣り合う変速ギヤ間の断接状態を切り替えるシンクロメッシュ機構Gとを備える。第1油圧クラッチCL1および第2油圧クラッチCLと油圧供給先切り換えバルブ4とを接続する供給油路3a,3bのそれぞれに設けた油圧開放バルブV1,V2を、第1油圧クラッチCL1または第2油圧クラッチCL2を切断状態とする際に開放する。

Claims (3)
- 入力側の主軸(22)と出力側の副軸(23)との間に変速段に応じた複数の変速ギヤ対を有する変速機(TM)と、
前記主軸(13)上に配設され、前記変速機(TM)とエンジン(E)との間の動力伝達を断接制御する第1油圧クラッチ(CL1)および第2油圧クラッチ(CL2)からなるノーマリオープン式のツインクラッチ(TCL)と、
オイルポンプ(15)によって生成された油圧を前記第1油圧クラッチ(CL)または前記第2油圧クラッチ(CL2)のいずれに供給するかを選択する油圧供給先切り換えバルブ(4)と、
シフト制御モータ(71)によって回転駆動されるシフトドラム(90)と、
連前記変速機(TM)に設けられた変速スリーブ(c3,c4)を駆動することで隣り合う変速ギヤ間の断接状態を切り替えるシンクロメッシュ機構(G)と、
前記ツインクラッチ(TCL)および前記変速機(TM)を協働させて変速動作を行う制御部(20)とを備えた変速制御装置において、
前記第1油圧クラッチ(CL1)および第2油圧クラッチ(CL)と前記油圧供給先切り換えバルブ(4)とを接続する供給油路(3a,3b)のそれぞれに油圧開放バルブ(V1,V2)が設けられており、
前記制御部(20)は、前記第1油圧クラッチ(CL1)または第2油圧クラッチ(CL2)を切断状態とする際に、前記第1油圧クラッチ(CL1)または第2油圧クラッチ(CL2)に対応する前記油圧開放バルブ(V1,V2)を開放制御することを特徴とする変速制御装置。 - 前記油圧開放バルブ(V1,V2)は、バルブ開度を任意に調整できるノーマリクローズ式のリニアソレノイドバルブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の変速制御装置。
- 前記油圧開放バルブ(V1,V2)には、前記油圧供給先切り換えバルブ(4)からオイルタンク(19)に戻る油圧供給先切り換えバルブ用戻り油路(18)とは別個独立した油圧開放バルブ用戻り油路(37a,37b)が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の変速制御装置。
