Abstract
【解決手段】燃料タンクの上部に装着され、燃料タンク内とキャニスタとを連通させるベーパ通路を開閉することで燃料タンクとキャニスタとの連通を遮断する燃料遮断弁12であって、弁室20の内周に配置されたコイル28と、可動コア36とを有し、可動コア36が下方に変位することにより、燃料タンクとキャニスタとが連通可能になる第1の弁機構30aと、可動コア36内に配設された弁体48が、燃料タンクの内部、又は、外部からの圧力によって変位することにより、燃料タンクとキャニスタとが連通可能になる第2の弁機構30bとを備える。

Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態に係る燃料遮断弁が組み込まれた蒸発燃料処理システムの概略構成図、図2は、本発明の実施形態に係る燃料遮断弁の斜視図、図3(a)は、図2に示す燃料遮断弁の軸方向に沿った断面図、図3(b)は、図3(a)に示すB部の一部断面拡大斜視図、図4は、図3のA−A線に沿った断面図である。なお、図1に示す蒸発燃料処理システム10において、図8に示される蒸発燃料処理システム1と同一の構成要素には、同一の参照符号を付して、その詳細な説明を省略する。
図示しない制御部は、燃料タンク2に対する給油時に、例えば、フューエルキャプが開かれたことをトリガとして、コイル28に通電する。図5に示されるように、通電されたコイル28の励磁作用により可動コア36が第2ポート14b側に吸着されて、可動コア36が下降変位する。これにより、第1シール部材46がハウジングキャップ34の下面から離間して、第1の弁機構30aが開弁状態になる。その際、第2の弁機構30bの弁体48は、第2シール部材54の下面に着座した閉弁状態に保持された状態で、可動コア36と一体的に変位する。この結果、燃料タンク2内の蒸発燃料は、図5の破線矢印で示されるように、第2ポート14b→連通空間44→連通孔35→連通孔26→第1ポート14aを経由し、ベーパ通路5を介してキャニスタ4に送給される。
車両の駐車時(イグニッションスイッチのオフ時)において、圧力センサ8によって検知される燃料タンク2内の蒸発燃料の圧力が所定圧力以上(正圧)となったとき、蒸発燃料は、第2ばね部60材のばね力に抗して第2シール部材54を押圧して第2段部40bとバルブガイド56との間のクリアランスに進入し、バルブガイド56を上方に向かって押圧する。バルブガイド56が上方に向かって変位して第2シール部材54の係合部62と係合することにより(図6(b)参照)、第2シール部材54がバルブガイド56と一体的に上昇する。

Claims (3)
- 燃料タンクの上部に装着され、前記燃料タンク内と外部とを連通させる連通路を開閉することで前記燃料タンクと前記外部との連通を遮断する燃料遮断弁であって、
筒状の弁室の内周に配置されたコイルと、可動コアとを有し、前記可動コアが下方に変位することにより、前記燃料タンクと前記外部とが連通可能になる第1の弁機構と、
前記可動コア内に配設された弁体が、前記燃料タンクの内部、又は、外部からの圧力によって変位することにより、前記燃料タンクと前記外部とが連通可能になる第2の弁機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする燃料遮断弁。 - 請求項1記載の燃料遮断弁において、
前記第1の弁機構には、前記可動コアと前記コイルとの間に連通空間が形成され、
前記第2の弁機構には、前記可動コアに形成される孔部が連通空間となっていることを特徴とする燃料遮断弁。 - 請求項1又は請求項2記載の燃料遮断弁において、
前記第2の弁機構は、前記弁体が、該弁体を付勢する2つの付勢部材のそれぞれの付勢力に逆らうことにより、内部又は外部からの連通を可能にしていることを特徴とする燃料遮断弁。
