Abstract
【解決手段】シールド導電路は、被覆電線11を筒状の編組線14(シールド部材)で包囲した形態の導電路本体10と、被覆電線11を貫通させた合成樹脂製のインナホルダ20と、インナホルダ20を収容可能であり、編組線14が固着される金属製のシールドシェル40と、シールドシェル40の周面に形成されたロック孔46と、インナホルダ20に形成され、ロック孔46に係止することでインナホルダ20とシールドシェル40を組付け状態にロックするロックアーム34とを備えている。

Description
被覆電線を筒状のシールド部材で包囲した形態の導電路本体と、
前記被覆電線を貫通させた合成樹脂製のインナホルダと、
前記インナホルダを収容可能であり、前記シールド部材が固着される金属製のシールドシェルと、
前記シールドシェルの周面に形成されたロック孔と、
前記インナホルダに形成され、前記ロック孔に係止可能なロック突起を有し、前記インナホルダと前記シールドシェルを組付け状態にロックするロックアームとを備えているところに特徴を有する。
以下、本発明を具体化した実施例1を図1〜図13を参照して説明する。本実施例1において、前後の方向については、図1〜5における右方を前方と定義する。上下の方向については、図3,5,6,8〜11にあらわれる向きをそのまま、上方、下方と定義する。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施例に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施例も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
(1)上記実施例では、結束バンドを周方向に位置決めするためのストッパを設けたが、このようなストッパを設けない形態としてもよい。
(2)上記実施例では、被覆電線とインナホルダを軸線方向に位置決めして固定する固定部材として結束バンドを用いたが、固定部材は、結束バンドに限らず、粘着テープ等であってもよい。
(3)上記実施例では、被覆電線とインナホルダを固定部材(結束バンド)によって軸線方向に位置決めして固定したが、このような固定部材を設けない形態としてもよい。
(4)上記実施例では、被覆電線を径方向に挟む一対の半割部材を合体させることによってインナホルダを構成したが、インナホルダは、形状の変化しない筒状部材であってもよい。
(5)上記実施例では、一対の半割部材をヒンジ部によって連結したが、一対の半割部材は、互いに別体の部品であってもよい。
(6)上記実施例では、半割部材を合体状態に保持する係止部が、シールドシェルの内部に収容されるようにしたが、インナホルダとシールドシェルを組み付けた状態で、係止部がシールドシェルの外部に露出してもよい。
(7)上記実施例では、シールド部材として編組線を用いたが、シールド部材としては、可撓性を有する金属箔を筒状にしたものや、可撓性を有する筒状の非導電部材に導電性の膜や層を重ねたもの等であってもよい。

Claims (6)
- 被覆電線を筒状のシールド部材で包囲した形態の導電路本体と、
前記被覆電線を貫通させた合成樹脂製のインナホルダと、
前記インナホルダを収容可能であり、前記シールド部材が固着される金属製のシールドシェルと、
前記シールドシェルの周面に形成されたロック孔と、
前記インナホルダに形成され、前記ロック孔に係止可能なロック突起を有し、前記インナホルダと前記シールドシェルを組付け状態にロックするロックアームとを備えていることを特徴とするシールド導電路。 - 前記被覆電線と前記インナホルダを前記被覆電線の軸線方向に位置決めした状態で固定可能な固定部材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のシールド導電路。
- 前記固定部材が、前記インナホルダの外周面と前記被覆電線の外周面とに密着し、前記インナホルダと前記被覆電線を包囲して締め付ける結束バンドであることを特徴とする請求項2記載のシールド導電路。
- 前記インナホルダには、前記結束バンドを周方向に位置決めするストッパが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のシールド導電路。
- 前記インナホルダが、前記被覆電線を径方向に挟むように合体可能な一対の半割部材で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のシールド導電路。
- 前記一対の半割部材には、互いに係止可能であり、前記一対の半割部材を合体状態に保持する係止部が形成され、
前記係止部が、前記シールドシェル内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のシールド導電路。
