Description

The present invention relates to a toilet seat device.

Conventionally, a toilet seat device having a toilet seat that can be opened and closed is known. The toilet seat is connected to the rotation shaft member and is rotatable about the rotation axis of the rotation shaft member.
In such a toilet seat device, a toilet seat device is proposed in which an elastic member that is elastically deformable is attached to the hinge of the toilet seat so as to absorb the load on the rotating shaft member when the toilet seat moves in a predetermined direction. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
The elastic member described in Patent Document 1 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and has a central through hole formed in the center, and a pair of slit through holes penetrating in a slit shape between the central through hole and the outer peripheral portion. doing. When the pivot shaft member is inserted into the central through hole of the elastic member and the toilet seat is moved from the closed position to the open position, the elastic member is elastically deformed by the outer peripheral portion being bent toward the slit through hole side. And the load to the rotating shaft member by the movement of the toilet seat is absorbed.

The elastic member described in Patent Document 1 is elastically deformed only with respect to a load applied to the rotating shaft member in a predetermined direction. Thereby, the effect | action which absorbs the load to the rotating shaft member by the movement of a toilet seat has arisen.
However, a load in a direction other than a predetermined direction may occur on the rotation shaft member. In this case, the load on the rotating shaft member due to the movement of the toilet seat cannot be absorbed, and abnormal noise may occur due to the sliding of the rotating shaft member and the toilet seat.
Therefore, it is desirable to absorb the load applied to the rotating shaft member due to the movement of the toilet seat even when the toilet seat moves in the other direction.

An object of the present invention is to provide a toilet seat device that includes a toilet seat coupled to a rotating shaft member and can absorb a load applied to the rotating shaft member due to movement of the toilet seat.

Become.

Next, the toilet seat drive side hinge structure 5 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the toilet seat drive side hinge structure 5 includes a rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42, a drive side hinge portion 121, a shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 as an elastic member, and a spacer. And a member 7.

As shown in FIG. 2, the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 is disposed so as to protrude from the left side of the cover member 41 toward the left side. The rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 is formed in a shape that is cut along a plane along the axial direction at both ends in the radial direction of the cylindrical member.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a drive side insertion hole 121 a is formed on the inner surface of the drive side hinge portion 121. The drive-side insertion hole 121a opens in the horizontal direction on the inner surface of the drive-side hinge 121. The rotation shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 is connected to the drive side hinge portion 121 by inserting the rotation shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 into the drive side insertion hole 121a.

As shown in FIG. 4, a mounting recess 121 b that is recessed in a substantially circular shape is formed at the periphery of the drive side insertion hole 121 a on the inner surface of the drive side hinge 121. The shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 is attached to the attachment recess 121b. A pair of rotation restricting grooves 121c extending in the front-rear direction are formed on both sides in the front-rear direction of the mounting recess 121b.

As shown in FIG. 4, the shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 is attached to the attachment recess 121 b on the inner surface of the drive side hinge portion 121. In this embodiment, the shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 is an elastic member that can be elastically deformed, and is formed of, for example, an elastomer.

As shown in FIG. 4, the shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 includes an inner peripheral portion 61, an outer peripheral portion 62, a pair of bridging portions 63, and a pair of extended locking portions 64. The inner peripheral part 61, the outer peripheral part 62, the pair of bridging parts 63, and the pair of extended locking parts 64 have the same thickness and are arranged on the same plane.

The inner peripheral portion 61 is disposed at the center of the shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6. The inner peripheral portion 61 is formed in a vertically long annular shape and has an inner peripheral edge having the same shape as the cross-sectional shape of the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42. The inner peripheral portion 61 includes a pair of arc-shaped linear portions 611 that are spaced apart in the vertical direction, and a pair of linear portions 612 that are spaced apart in the left-right direction. The pair of arcuate linear portions 611 extend in an arc shape in the front-rear direction. The pair of linear portions 612 extend linearly in the vertical direction. The inner peripheral portion 61 is continuously arranged in the order of the arc-shaped linear portion 611, the linear portion 612, the arc-shaped linear portion 611, and the linear portion 612, and is formed in a vertically long annular shape.
A rotation shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 is inserted through the inner peripheral portion 61. Thereby, the inner peripheral portion 61 holds the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42.

The outer peripheral portion 62 is disposed outside the inner peripheral portion 61. The outer peripheral part 62 is formed in an annular shape. The outer peripheral portion 62 is fixed to a mounting recess 121 b formed on the inner surface of the drive side hinge portion 121.

The bridge part 63 connects the inner peripheral part 61 and the outer peripheral part 62. A pair of bridging portions 63 are provided so as to be symmetric with respect to the inner peripheral portion 61. The pair of bridge parts 63 are arranged along the front-rear direction of the toilet seat device 100. The pair of bridging portions 63 includes two front rod-shaped portions 631 and 631 disposed forward with respect to the inner peripheral portion 61 and two rear rod-shaped portions 632 and 632 disposed rearward with respect to the inner peripheral portion 61. And.

The two front rod-like parts 631 and 631 horizontally connect the central part of the linear part 612 on the front side of the inner peripheral part 61 and the front part of the outer peripheral part 62 in the front-rear direction. The two front bar-shaped parts 631 and 631 extend horizontally along the front-rear direction in the state where the toilet seat 1 is disposed on the upper part of the toilet bowl 3. The two front bar-like parts 631 and 631 are arranged apart from each other in the vertical direction, and are arranged in parallel to each other.

The two rear bar portions 632 and 632 horizontally connect the central portion of the linear portion 612 on the rear side of the inner peripheral portion 61 and the rear portion of the outer peripheral portion 62 in the front-rear direction. The two rear bar portions 632 and 632 extend horizontally along the front-rear direction in the state where the toilet seat 1 is disposed on the upper part of the toilet bowl 3. The two rear bar-like parts 632 and 632 are arranged apart from each other in the vertical direction, and are arranged in parallel to each other.

The pair of extended locking portions 64 are formed to extend from the outer peripheral portion 62 to both outer sides in the front-rear direction across the outer peripheral portion 62. By arranging the pair of extending locking portions 64 in the pair of rotation restricting grooves 121c of the mounting recess 121b, the rotation of the shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 is restricted so as not to rotate with respect to the drive side hinge portion 121. Is done.

The shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 configured as described above has a vertical load applied to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 when the toilet seat 1 is disposed on the toilet 3. With respect to the load from the upper side when sitting on the toilet seat 1, the outer peripheral portion 62 and the inner peripheral portion 61 in the vertical direction that are not connected by the bridging portion 63 bend in the vertical direction, and the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42. Absorbs the vertical load on
As described above, the load in the vertical direction on the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42, for example, the load from the upper side when a person is seated on the toilet seat 1, is not connected in the bridge portion 63. The bending amount of the outer peripheral part 62 and the inner peripheral part 61 becomes large, and the load to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 can be absorbed.

Further, the shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 has a load in the direction in which the bridging portion 63 extends to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42, for example, in the direction in which the bridging portion 63 extends when the toilet seat 1 is opened and closed (front-rear direction). The direction in which the outer peripheral portion 62 and the inner peripheral portion 61 in the direction (front-rear direction) in which the bridging portion 63 extends with respect to the load bends together with the bridging portion 63, and the bridging portion 63 extends to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 ( Absorbs the load in the front-rear direction).
Thus, the load in the direction in which the bridging portion 63 extends to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42, for example, the load in the direction in which the bridging portion 63 extends when the toilet seat 1 is opened and closed (front-rear direction) is electrically driven. The outer peripheral portion 62, the inner peripheral portion 61, and the bridging portion in a state in which the outer peripheral portion 62 and the inner peripheral portion 61 are smaller than the deflection amount when a vertical load is applied to the rotating shaft member 421 of the motor 42. By bending 63, the load to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 can be absorbed.

Further, the shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 has a load in a direction in which the bridging portion 63 extends to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42, for example, a direction in which the bridging portion 63 extends when the toilet seat 1 is opened and closed ( The direction in which the outer peripheral portion 62 and the inner peripheral portion 61 are bent together with the bridging portion 63 with respect to the load in the direction inclined in the front-rear direction, and the bridging portion 63 extends to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 (front-back direction). Absorbs load in the direction of tilting.
As described above, the load in the direction in which the bridging portion 63 extends to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42, for example, the direction in which the bridging portion 63 extends when the toilet seat 1 is opened and closed (front-rear direction). , The deflection amount of the outer peripheral portion 62 and the inner peripheral portion 61 is smaller than the deflection amount when the vertical load is applied to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42, and the electric motor 42. The outer peripheral portion 62, the inner peripheral portion 61, and the outer peripheral portion 62 and the inner peripheral portion 61 are in a state where the deflection amount of the outer peripheral portion 62 and the inner peripheral portion 61 is larger than the deflection amount when a load is applied in the direction in which the bridging portion 63 extends to the rotating shaft member 421. By bending the bridge portion 63, it is possible to absorb the load applied to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42.

The shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 configured as described above has an outer peripheral portion 62, an inner peripheral portion 61, and a bridging portion 63 with respect to loads in all directions on the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42. By bending and elastically deforming, the load on the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 can be absorbed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the spacer member 7 is formed in an annular shape, and is attached to the periphery of the drive shaft member through hole 411 in the cover member 41. In the present embodiment, the spacer member 7 is formed of, for example, polyethylene resin. The spacer member 7 is disposed between the drive side hinge portion 121 and the cover member 14, and suppresses friction between the inner surface of the drive side hinge portion 121 and the cover member 14 due to the rotation of the toilet seat 1.

Next, the toilet seat support side hinge structure 8 will be described. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the toilet seat support side hinge structure 8 includes a support side hinge portion 122, a cover member 41, a cylindrical body 9, and an absorption member 10.

As shown in FIG. 5, a cylindrical support portion 122 a is formed on the inner surface of the support side hinge portion 122. The cylindrical support part 122a is formed in a cylindrical shape, and is rotatably supported by the cover member 41. An elastic tubular member 123 having an electric wire insertion hole 123a is disposed inside the cylindrical support portion 122a. An electric wire connected to a heater wire (not shown) arranged inside the toilet seat 1 is inserted into the electric wire insertion hole 123a.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a support portion insertion hole 412 and an absorption member insertion hole 413 are formed on the right side surface of the cover member 41. The support portion insertion hole 412 and the absorbing member insertion hole 413 are formed to penetrate the right side surface of the cover member 41 laterally.

As shown in FIG. 7, the support portion insertion hole 412 and the absorbing member insertion hole 413 are cylindrical wall portions that extend from the right side surface of the cover member 41 to the inside of the cover member 41 with a predetermined length. Is formed as an outer shell. The support part insertion hole 412 and the absorption member insertion hole 413 are formed continuously in the vertical direction from the top to the bottom in the order of the support part insertion hole 412 and the absorption member insertion hole 413, and absorb the lower part of the support part insertion hole 412. The upper part of the member insertion hole 413 is disposed so as to overlap.

As shown in FIG. 7, the support portion insertion hole 412 is formed by penetrating the side wall of the cover member 41 laterally with a cylindrical wall portion extending inward from the side surface of the cover member 41 as an outer shell. As shown in FIG. 6, a cylindrical body 9 (described later) is disposed in the support portion insertion hole 412.

As illustrated in FIG. 7, the absorbing member insertion hole 413 is formed continuously below the support portion insertion hole 412. The absorbing member insertion hole 413 is formed by penetrating the side wall of the cover member 41 laterally with a rectangular cylindrical wall portion extending inward from the side surface of the cover member 41 as an outer shell. As shown in FIG. 7, the absorbing member 10 (described later) is disposed in the absorbing member insertion hole 413.
A lower long hole 414 that penetrates the lower wall in the vertical direction and is long in the penetration direction (left-right direction) is formed on the lower surface of the absorbing member insertion hole 413.

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the absorbing member 10 is disposed in the absorbing member insertion hole 413. The absorbing member 10 holds the cylindrical body 9 from below and absorbs the load of the cylindrical body 9 due to the downward movement of the cylindrical body 9. The absorbing member 10 is disposed between the cylindrical body 9 and the lower surface of the absorbing member insertion hole 413. The absorbing member 10 is an elastic member that can be elastically deformed, and is formed of, for example, an elastomer.

The absorbing member 10 includes a pedestal portion 101, a pair of inclined leg portions 102 and 102, and a downward extending pin portion 103.

The upper surface of the pedestal portion 101 is formed so as to be recessed in an arc shape along the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 9. When the absorbing member 10 is disposed in the absorbing member insertion hole 413, the pedestal portion 101 contacts the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 9 and supports the cylindrical body 9.

The pair of inclined leg portions 102, 102 respectively extend from the lower portion of the pedestal portion 101 so as to be separated from the pedestal portion 101 in the front-rear direction as it goes downward and extend in a bifurcated manner. When the absorbing member 10 is disposed in the absorbing member insertion hole 413, each of the pair of inclined legs 102 and 102 is positioned below the upper wall of the end in the front-rear direction of the absorbing member insertion hole 413. To do.
The pair of inclined legs 102 and 102 are pressed against the lower surface of the absorbing member insertion hole 413 by a load from above and elastically deform. Thereby, a pair of inclined leg parts 102 and 102 can absorb the load from the upper part.

The downward extending pin portion 103 extends downward from the lower portion of the pedestal portion 101. When the absorbing member 10 is attached to the absorbing member insertion hole 413 of the cover member 41, the downward extending pin portion 103 is inserted and disposed in the lower elongated hole 414.

When the downward extending pin portion 103 is disposed in the absorbing member insertion hole 413, the downward extending pin portion 103 is pushed by pushing the absorbing member 10 into the absorbing member insertion hole 413 from the outside of the side surface of the cover member 41. By pressing against the side surface of the cover member 41, the cover member 41 is elastically deformed. In this state, by further pushing the absorbing member 10 into the absorbing member insertion hole 413, the downward extending pin portion 103 is elastically restored and enters the lower elongated hole 414 of the absorbing member insertion hole 413.

In a state where the absorbing member 10 is disposed in the absorbing member insertion hole 413, the absorbing member 10 has a downwardly extending pin portion 103 disposed in the lower elongated hole 414 on the lower side, and a pair of inclined leg portions 102, 102. Since it is arrange | positioned under the upper wall of the both ends of the front-back direction of the absorption member insertion hole 413, it arrange | positions in the absorption member insertion hole 413 in the state in which it removed from the absorption member insertion hole 413.

As shown in FIG. 6, the cylindrical body 9 is disposed in the support portion insertion hole 412 above the absorbing member 10. The tubular body 9 includes a tubular body main body 91 and a flange portion 92. The cylindrical body main body 91 is formed in a cylindrical shape and extends in the horizontal direction. One side of the cylindrical body main body 91 is inserted into the support part insertion hole 412 (see FIG. 7), and the other side is inserted into the cylindrical support part 122a (see FIG. 5) of the support side hinge part 122.

The flange portion 92 extends in an annular shape from the outer surface of the cylindrical body main body 91 in the middle of the direction in which the cylindrical body main body 91 extends. The flange portion 92 is arranged to face the periphery of the support portion insertion hole 412 on the side surface of the cover member 41 when the cylindrical body main body 91 is inserted into the support portion insertion hole 412.

In the cylindrical body 9 described above, with the flange portion 92 facing the side surface of the cover member 41, one side is inserted into the support portion insertion hole 412 of the cover member 41 and the other side is a cylindrical shape of the support side hinge portion 122. The support portion 122a is inserted. On the one side of the cylindrical body 9, the lower portion of the portion disposed in the support portion insertion hole 412 is pressed upward by the absorbing member 10. On the other side, the cylindrical body 9 is inserted into the cylindrical support portion 122a of the support side hinge portion 122 and is supported rotatably with respect to the cover member 41.

When attaching the cylindrical body 9 to the support member insertion hole 412 of the cover member 41, after attaching the absorbing member 10 to the absorption member insertion hole 413 of the cover member 41, the cylindrical body 9 is inserted into the support portion of the cover member 41. Install in hole 412. By attaching the cylindrical body 9 to the support portion insertion hole 412 of the cover member 41, the cylindrical body 9 is held in a state of being pressed upward by the absorbing member 10.

When attaching the cylindrical body 9 to the support part insertion hole 412 of the cover member 41, the absorption member 10 is attached to the absorption member insertion hole 413 in a state in which the absorption member 10 is suppressed from being removed from the absorption member insertion hole 413. In a stable state, the cylindrical body 9 can be attached to the support portion insertion hole 412 of the cover member 41 above the absorbing member 10.

In the toilet seat 1 described above, the drive side hinge portion 121 on the left side of the toilet seat 1 is connected to the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 inserted through the pair of hinge portions 12 by the toilet seat drive side hinge structure 5. The On the other hand, the support side hinge 122 on the right side of the toilet seat 1 is supported by the toilet seat support side hinge structure 8 so as to be rotatable with respect to the cover member 41. Thereby, the toilet seat 1 is attached to the cover member 41 of the function part 4 so that rotation is possible.

The toilet seat device 100 according to the present embodiment described above has the following effects.

The toilet seat device 100 of the present embodiment is connected to a rotation shaft member 421 and a rotation shaft member 421, and is fixed to the toilet seat 1, which is rotatable about the rotation axis of the rotation shaft member 421. An outer peripheral portion 62, an inner peripheral portion 61 that holds the rotating shaft member 421, and a shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 having a bridging portion 63 that connects the outer peripheral portion 62 and the inner peripheral portion 61.
Therefore, when the rotation shaft member 421 is held by the inner peripheral portion 61 and the outer peripheral portion 62 is fixed to the toilet seat 1, when there is a load on the rotation shaft member 421 due to the movement of the toilet seat 1, the outer peripheral portion 62, the inner peripheral part 61, and the bridge part 63 bend and elastically deform, so that the load on the rotating shaft member 421 due to the movement of the toilet seat 1 can be absorbed.
Moreover, the outer peripheral part 62, the inner peripheral part 61, and the bridge part 63 are bent and elastically deformed with respect to loads in all directions on the rotary shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42, whereby the electric motor 42 is rotated. A load on the shaft member 421 can be absorbed.
The shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 includes an outer peripheral portion 62, an inner peripheral portion 61, and a bridge portion 63 that connects the outer peripheral portion 62 and the inner peripheral portion 61. Therefore, the outer peripheral portion 62, the inner peripheral portion 61 and the bridging portion 63 are flexed and elastically deformed without increasing the axial thickness of the rotating shaft member 421 in the shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6, so that the electric The load on the rotating shaft member 421 of the motor 42 can be absorbed. Therefore, the axial thickness of the rotation shaft member 421 in the shaft holding ring-shaped elastic member 6 can be reduced.

In the toilet seat device 100 according to the present embodiment, a pair of bridging portions 63 are provided so as to be symmetric with respect to the inner peripheral portion 61. Therefore, the pair of bridge portions 63 are elastically deformed in a state where the inner peripheral portion 61 is stably held from both sides. Therefore, the pair of bridging portions 63 can be stably elastically deformed in a state where the inner peripheral portion 61 is stably held.

Further, in the toilet seat device 100 of the present embodiment, the bridging portion 63 is arranged along the front-rear direction of the toilet seat device 100. Therefore, an outer peripheral portion in the vertical direction that is not connected by the bridging portion 63 with respect to a vertical load on the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42, for example, a load from above when a person is seated on the toilet seat 1. The amount of bending of 62 and the inner peripheral part 61 becomes large. Therefore, the load on the rotating shaft member 421 of the electric motor 42 can be further absorbed.

The preferred embodiment of the toilet seat of the present invention has been described above. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately changed.
For example, in the embodiment, the pair of bridging portions 63 are provided in the front-rear direction of the toilet seat apparatus 100 with the inner peripheral portion 61 interposed therebetween, but the present invention is not limited to this. The bridge part 63 may be provided only on one side in the front-rear direction. In this case, the bridging portion 63 may be composed of one rod-shaped portion or may be composed of two or more rod-shaped portions.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although a pair of bridge part 63 was comprised by two rod-shaped members spaced apart in the front-back direction, it is not limited to this. For example, the pair of bridging portions 63 may be configured by one rod-shaped portion, or may be configured by three or more rod-shaped portions.
