Abstract
Description

Claims (18)
- デングウイルスE糖タンパク質骨格を含むキメラデングウイルスE糖タンパク質であって、前記デングウイルスE糖タンパク質骨格は、前記デングウイルスE糖タンパク質骨格のデングウイルス血清型とは異なるデングウイルス血清型と反応する抗体によって認識されるエピトープを導入するアミノ酸置換を含む、キメラデングウイルスE糖タンパク質。
- 前記デングウイルスE糖タンパク質骨格がデングウイルス血清型1に由来する、請求項1に記載のキメラデングウイルスE糖タンパク質。
- 前記デングウイルスE糖タンパク質骨格がデングウイルス血清型3に由来する、請求項1に記載のキメラデングウイルスE糖タンパク質。
- 前記抗体がデングウイルス血清型3と反応する、請求項1または2に記載のキメラデングウイルスE糖タンパク質。
- 前記抗体がデングウイルス血清型1と反応する、請求項1または3に記載のキメラデングウイルスE糖タンパク質。
- 前記抗体がモノクローナル抗体5J7である、請求項4に記載のキメラデングウイルスE糖タンパク質。
- 前記抗体がモノクローナル抗体1F4である、請求項5に記載のキメラデングウイルスE糖タンパク質。

- 対象においてデングウイルスに対する免疫応答を生じさせる方法であって、有効量の請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のE糖タンパク質、請求項10に記載のフラビウイルス粒子、請求項11もしくは12に記載の核酸分子、および/または請求項13もしくは14に記載の組成物、ならびにそれらの任意の組合せを前記対象に投与するステップを含む、方法。
- 対象においてデングウイルス感染を治療する方法であって、有効量の請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のE糖タンパク質、請求項10に記載のフラビウイルス粒子、請求項11もしくは12に記載の核酸分子、および/または請求項13もしくは14に記載の組成物、ならびにそれらの任意の組合せを前記対象に投与するステップを含む、方法。
- 対象においてデングウイルス感染を予防する方法であって、有効量の請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のE糖タンパク質、請求項10に記載のフラビウイルス粒子、請求項11もしくは12に記載の核酸分子、および/または請求項13もしくは14に記載の組成物、ならびにそれらの任意の組合せを前記対象に投与するステップを含む、方法。
- デングウイルス感染の影響から対象を保護する方法であって、有効量の請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のE糖タンパク質、請求項10に記載のフラビウイルス粒子、請求項11もしくは12に記載の核酸分子、および/または請求項13もしくは14に記載の組成物、ならびにそれらの任意の組合せを前記対象に投与するステップを含む、方法。
