Abstract
Description

図17G‐17Lに示されるように、いったんガイドワイヤ926が左総頚動脈28に設置されると、フィルタデリバリ装置900が、ガイドワイヤ926の上に導入されて左総頚動脈28に進められることができ、ここでフィルタ展開工程が開始することができる。より具体的には、上述のように取り付けられたフィルタを持つ複数のシースを含む、フィルタデリバリ装置900は、ガイドワイヤ926の上にそして腕頭動脈22の中に導入されることができ、その後大動脈12に向かって進められることができる。遠位フィルタ904は次に、外側シース910によって覆われながら、大動脈弓16の中に、そして左総頚動脈28の中に進められることができ、そこで遠位フィルタ904は、遠位フィルタ904の上で外側シース910を後退させることによって展開されることができる。外側シース910は、遠位フィルタ904の上を後退されるとき、遠位フィルタ904は、左総頚動脈壁に係合するように自己拡張することができる。遠位フィルタ904は、遠位フィルタ904の口部958が左総頚動脈28の中にあるように展開される。次に、近位フィルタ902に取り付けられている、第1のシース906が、近位フィルタ902の口部956が腕頭動脈22にあるように、操作される。この操作は、外側シース910の中で行われることができ、遠位フィルタ904が展開された後の近位フィルタ902の位置に応じて、近位フィルタ902に腕頭動脈22の中に後退又は進められることを求める。
Claims (16)
- 近位端部、遠位端部、及び前記遠位端部の近くに位置する第1の圧力センサを有するガイドワイヤ;
近位端部、遠位端部及び管腔を有る第1のシースであって、前記管腔は前記ガイドワイヤを受け入れるように構成される、第1のシース;
前記第1のシースの遠位部分に取り付けられる第1の遠位保護フィルタ;
近位端部、遠位端部及び管腔を有する第2のシースであって、前記第2のシースは前記第1のシースの上に配置され、前記第2のシースの前記遠位端部は前記第1の遠位保護フィルタの近位に位置する、第2のシース;
前記第2のシースの遠位部分に取り付けられる第2の遠位保護フィルタ;並びに
前記第1のシース及び前記第2のシース両方の上に配置される外側シース;を有する、
塞栓保護を提供するシステム。 - 前記第1の遠位保護フィルタは、近位ループ及び遠位ループを定める摺動可能な交差ポイントを持つ自己拡張フレーム、並びに前記第1の遠位保護フィルタの前記自己拡張フレームの前記近位ループ又は前記遠位ループの一方に取り付けられるフィルタ要素を有し、前記交差ポイントは前記フィルタ要素に隣接し、
