不等式(3は)以下の不等式と関連している:
(1) ShT < 0.70 OT
(2) OT < 0.80 MTV
式中OTは、至適なトルクである。
この性能は、ねじ山のない金属接触部において十分なエネルギーを発生させる大きい肩トルク抵抗(ΔT)によっても特徴付けられる。満足な不等式(1)および(2)を満たすことは、寸法の関数としての至適な組立トルクと接続部のグレードを決定する上で多大な柔軟性を保証する。不等式の少なくとも1つが満たされない場合、接続部の性能を損なう以下のような2つの主なリスクが生じる:
・肩トルク抵抗が不十分であり、組立トルクが高い場合に、組立終了前に一部の当接部が可塑的に変形するリスク
・肩トルクが方程式(1)および(3)の少なくとも1つを満たさない場合に、ねじ山のない金属接触部で肩担持が成立せず組立が不完全となるリスク。
・ 分類1: その潤滑特性をその結晶構造に負っている固体物質、例えば黒鉛、窒化硼素または酸化亜鉛。
・ 分類2: その潤滑特性をその結晶構造およびその組成の反応性化学元素に負っている固体物質、例えば、二硫化モリブデンMoS2、フッ化黒鉛、硫化錫または硫化ビスマス。
・ 分類3: その潤滑特性をその化学反応性に負っている固体物質、例えば、チオ硫酸塩系の特定の化合物。
・ 分類4: その潤滑特性を摩擦荷重下での可塑性または粘塑性挙動に負っている固体物質、例えば、ポリ四フッ化エチレン(PTFE)またはポリアミド。
・ 選択された速度で回転駆動可能なディスクDQと、
・ 好ましくは円錐型の、ディスクDQの第1面に恒久的に固着されている第1アンビルEC1と、
・ 好ましくは円錐型の、第1面と対向するディスクDQの第2面に恒久的に固着されている第2アンビルEC2と、
・ ピストン等の、例えば、選択された軸方向圧力Pをかけることが可能な第1および第2の圧力要素EP1、EP2と、
・ 好ましくは円柱型の、第1圧力要素EP1の一方の面に恒久的に固着される第3アンビルEC3と、
・ 好ましくは円柱型の、第2圧力要素EP2の一方の面に恒久的に固着される第4アンビルEC4と、を備えている。
Claims (18)
- 各々が1つの回転軸(10)を有する第1および第2の管状要素を含み、これら管状要素は各々、ねじ付き端部が雄ねじ型か雌ねじ型であるかによって、それらの端部(1,2)の1つに外周面または内周面にねじ付き区間(3;4)が設けられ、前記端部(1,2)が組立によって連携し末端面(7,8)で終端させることが可能であり、少なくとも1つの第1の接触面が端部(1,2)の1つに設けられ、少なくとも1つの第2の接触面が対応する端部(1,2)に設けられることで、前記端部(1,2)の組立中に前記第1および第2の接触面が接触し、
前記第1および第2の接触面の各々が、第1および第2の乾燥熱可塑性被膜で夫々被覆され、前記第1および第2の乾燥熱可塑性被膜のマトリクスが1つ以上の熱可塑性ポリマーによって構成され、前記第1および第2の乾燥熱可塑性被膜の一方のみが、25℃で動粘性率が2,000〜40,000mPa.sの範囲の液体非晶質熱可塑性樹脂を更に含むことを特徴とする、ねじ接続を形成する組立体。 - 前記第1および第2の接触面は、前記ねじ付き区間(3;4)の一部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記第1および第2の接触面は、前記第1および第2の管状要素の前記端部(1,2)の前記外周面に設けられた密封面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記第1および第2の接触面は、前記端部(1,2)の前記末端面(7,8)に設けられた当接面を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記第1および第2の乾燥被膜のマトリクスを構成している前記1つ以上の熱可塑性ポリマーは、半結晶構造でありかつ融点が60℃から170℃の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記1つ以上の熱可塑性ポリマーは、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー、エチレンエチルアクリレートコポリマー、エチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマー、2つの結晶性ポリメタクリル酸メチルポリマーの間に非晶質ブチルアクリレートポリマーの交互ブロックを有するコポリマー、ならびに二塩基酸とジアミンの重縮合反応から得られたダイマーをベースにしたコポリアミドを含むコポリマー樹脂によって定義されるリストから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記熱可塑性ポリマーは、酢酸ビニルの割合が18%〜40%の範囲、好ましくは28%に等しいエチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマーであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記第1および第2の乾燥熱可塑性被膜の一つに含まれる前記液体非晶質熱可塑性樹脂は、−10℃未満、好ましくは−20℃未満のガラス転移温度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記液体非晶質熱可塑性樹脂の前記ポリマーに対する濃度比率は、1.5〜2の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記液体非晶質熱可塑性樹脂は、メタノールまたはトリエチレングリコールでエステル化されたロジン酸誘導体分子量500g/モル未満の芳香族炭化水素樹脂、ヒドロキシル化ポリエステル樹脂、ポリイソブチレンおよびポリアルキルメタクリレートによって定義されるリストから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記乾燥熱可塑性被膜は、パラフィン、ミクロクリスタリンワックス、カルナバワックス、ポリエチレンワックス、アミドワックスおよび硬化ヒマシ油で定義されたリストから選択される1つ以上のワックスを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記乾燥熱可塑性被膜のワックスの重量比は、3%〜20%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記乾燥熱可塑性被膜は、黒鉛、窒化ホウ素、亜鉛華、二硫化モリブデン、フッ化黒鉛、硫化錫、硫化ビスマス、チオ硫酸塩、ポリテトラフッ化エチレン、ポリアミドによって定義されるリストから選択される固体潤滑剤の微粒子を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記乾燥熱可塑性被膜の固体潤滑剤微粒子の重量比は、2%〜20%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記乾燥熱可塑性被膜は、炭酸カルシウムで中和され、重量比が40%未満を維持するアルキルアリールスルホン酸塩錯体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜14の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記乾燥熱可塑性被膜は、腐蝕防止剤、好ましくはカルシウムイオン交換シリカを含み、腐蝕防止材の重量比は5%〜15重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記乾燥熱可塑性被膜は、ポリジメチルシロキサンまたはペルフルオロポリエーテル油を含み、該油は20℃で100〜1850mm2/秒の範囲の動粘性率を有し、該油の重量比は2%〜10%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
- 前記第1および第2の接触面は、各表面を前記乾燥熱可塑性被膜で被覆する前に、サンドブラスト、化成処理および電解析出から成る群より選択された表面処理工程によって事前に処理されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜17の何れか一つに記載のねじ接続を形成する組立体。
