Description
・温度関数として反応性で高いことが知られている液体又は揮発性防腐剤;
・防食及び極限圧力特性のため関心対象である過塩基性スルホン酸カルシウム;
・極限圧力特性のある硫黄含有油又はエステル化及び硫化された植物油;
・耐摩耗性、耐疲労性及び極限圧力能力のあるポリサルファイドシラン又はメルカプトシラン;
・耐摩耗特性及び摩擦調整特性のあるリン酸塩又はリン酸エステル;
・耐摩擦特性のある鉱油中に懸濁された三ホウ酸カリウム
等、のマイクロカプセル化を用いる熱可塑性又は熱硬化性重合体マトリックスがある乾燥フィルムも、明確に本発明に包含されることも重要である。
・25℃で動粘度100〜12500mm2/秒及び分子量10000〜80000g/モルの直鎖状ポリジメチルシロキサン;
・100℃で5〜200mm2/秒の動粘度及び分子量1500〜13000g/モルのペルフルオロポリエーテル;
・ポリα−オレフィン又はポリアルキレングリコールタイプの粘度指数が100以上の合成油;
・<酸価0.01mgKOH/gの合成エステル(モノ−、ジ−、又はトリエステル)、特に、トリメリット酸エステル;
・100℃で動粘度15〜65mm2/秒のエステル化されたα−オレフィン及びカルボン酸共重合体タイプの重合体エステル;
・鉱油及び植物油
に包含される。
・アルキルポリスルフィド、主にジ−tert−ヨードデシルペンタスルフィド;
・硫化オレフィン、脂肪酸エステル、硫化合成エステル、又は硫化天然トリグリセリド;
・アルカリ度100〜500mgKOH/gのアルキルアリールスルホン酸をベースとするスルホン酸カルシウム、カルシウムカーボネートスルホネート;
・リン酸又はチオリン酸エステル塩;
・リン含有エステル、好ましくはアルキルアリールホスフェート又はホスホネート;
・脂肪ホスフィット
に包含される。
・イミダゾール又はトリアゾール誘導体等のアミン含有誘導体の有機塩又は無機塩
に包含される。
・100℃で動粘度10〜1000mm2/秒の、ポリブテン、ポリイソブチレン;
・100℃で動粘度30〜2000mm2/秒のアルキルポリメタクリレート;
・ポリスルフィドシラン又はメルカプトシラン;
・鉱油中に懸濁された三ホウ酸カリウム
の、他の液体物質が含まれてよい。
・組立領域及びマイクロカプセルの壁の数の関数として広範囲なせん断/加圧負荷への適用;
・機械的混合機を使用する撹拌下、及び噴霧によるせん断下での良好なせん断抵抗性、並びにその結果としての、マイクロカプセルの良好な無欠陥性;
・高融点の熱可塑性重合体マトリックス中に組み入れることができる、マイクロカプセル化された物質の良好な最大耐熱性
を確実にするために、1〜3の範囲である。
・高ヘルツ負荷下における接触している表面での摩擦トルク(ブリッジマン試験);
・基材の接着力及び摩擦係数(スクラッチ試験);
・砂による耐汚染試験;
・耐摩耗性(pin−on−Vee試験);
・湿気条件での腐食試験
の評価からなる。
・最小で60cm2のフィルムの所定の表面積への鋳物砂(d=1.36)の層を適用する工程;
通気オーブンにおいて75℃〜93℃の範囲の試験温度に1時間加熱する工程;
・圧力下において空気を用いて試験温度において清浄化する工程;
・残存する砂の量を測定する工程
からなる。
・準閉鎖接触の幾何学構造(第3の潤滑剤本体を捕捉するため);
・接続部に一致する圧力−速度範囲(PVダイヤグラム);
・組立−分解シミュレーションのための単一方向試験又は交互モード試験の実施の実現性を克服するように適合される。
・接触温度に関係なく、初期組立の際の肩トルクに対する優良値による摩擦面の非常に良好な分離;
・様々な組立領域に印加される負荷の関数として、想定される液体潤滑物質の制御された放出による自己潤滑性;
・接触状態での液体潤滑物質の制御された放出と、マトリックス及び基材の間の良好な接着との組み合わせ効果による、ゴーリングの生じない、多くの連続する組立/分解作業を提供する非常に良好な耐久性;
・砂及び粉塵による汚染に対する十分な抵抗性;
・広範囲な温度での液体潤滑物質の無欠陥性;
・APIグリースベースの溶液と比較して、樹脂加工領域の肩トルク抵抗値の維持;
がある、熱可塑性重合体又は熱硬化性重合体中への疎水性液体物質、特に、潤滑油又は極圧油の、調節可能なマイクロカプセル化による潤滑フィルムの製造を提案する。
Claims (14)
- 少なくとも1つのねじ領域(3;4)を含む末端部分(1;2)がある炭化水素坑井の掘削及び/又は作業のための管状要素であって、
前記末端部分(1;2)が、液状の化合物で充填されたマイクロカプセルを含む熱可塑性又は熱硬化性マトリックス(13)を含む乾燥フィルム(12)により少なくとも部分的にコーティングされており、
前記液状の化合物が、25℃で動粘度100〜12500mm 2 /秒の及び分子量10000〜80000g/モルの直鎖状ポリジメチルシロキサンから選択されている、管状要素。 - 前記マイクロカプセルが、動粘度が100℃で2000mm2/秒未満の疎水性化合物を最大で85質量%含む、請求項1に記載の要素。
- 前記マイクロカプセルのサイズが、直径1〜60μm、好ましくは直径2〜10μmの範囲である、請求項1又は2に記載の要素。
- 前記マイクロカプセルの前記膜が、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂から形成された少なくとも1つの壁、好ましくは二重壁で構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記マトリックスが、1〜25質量%の範囲のマイクロカプセルを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記マトリックスが、1〜15重量%の範囲、好ましくは5〜10重量%の範囲のマイクロカプセル化された潤滑油を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記マトリックスが、コポリアミド、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、エチレンブチルアクリレート及びオレフィン系樹脂から選択される熱可塑性重合体である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記マトリックスが、ポリ尿素、ポリウレタン及びフルオロウレタンから選択される熱硬化性重合体である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記マトリックスが、アルファーピネンをベースとするテルペン樹脂、ペンタエリトリトールでエステル化されたロジン及び樹脂酸、グリセリンでエステル化された水素化ロジン及び樹脂酸並びに重合ロジンから選択される粘着付与樹脂を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記マトリックスが、固体潤滑剤、腐食防止剤、ワックス、可塑剤及び酸化防止剤から選択される1種又は複数種の添加剤を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記末端部分の前記コーティングされた部分が、サンドブラスティング、化成処理、電解堆積及び非反応性処理からなる群から選択されるタイプの表面調製を施される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記ねじ領域(3;4)の全体が、前記乾燥フィルム(12)でコーティングされる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 前記末端部分(1;2)が、金属/金属接触を提供するための少なくとも1つの封止面を含み、前記封止面が前記潤滑性乾燥フィルム(12)でコーティングされる、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の要素。
- 末端部分(1;2)がある少なくとも1つの管状要素を含む、炭化水素坑井の掘削及び/又は作業のための管状接続部であって、
前記末端部分(1;2)が、液状の化合物で充填されたマイクロカプセルを含む熱可塑性又は熱硬化性マトリックス(13)を含む乾燥フィルム(12)により少なくとも部分的にコーティングされており、
