Abstract
Description
一端にては口部を介して外方開口する軸心方向ハウジングであって、その逆端部にては、当該本体上に当接面を形成すべく狭幅化区画を呈するという軸心方向ハウジングを内部に画成する本体と、
上記本体の上記軸心方向ハウジングの上記口部に対して締着された環状プラグであって、上記当接面に向けて臨む停止面を呈するという環状プラグと、
上記環状プラグと上記本体の上記軸心方向ハウジングとを貫通して係合された少なくとも一本のロッドと、
上記ロッド上に取付けられると共に、上記本体の上記軸心方向ハウジング内に収容されたスプリットリングと、
を備える自動長寸化インプラントに関する。
上記スラスト面は、上記当接面及び上記停止面と相補的である形状を呈する;
上記当接面及び上記停止面は円錐形状を呈する;
上記スプリットリングの上記内側面、及び、上記ロッドの丈の少なくとも一部分は、相互に協働するノッチを呈する;
上記軸心方向ハウジングの側方後退部内に受容されたピンが配備されると共に、該ピンは、上記ロッド上に対応して配備された平坦部に当接して押圧される平坦部を有する;
上記環状プラグは圧縮不能である;
上記インプラントが脊柱に対して適用されるとき、上記軸心方向ハウジングは貫通ハウジングであり、且つ、上記本体は、上記ロッドに対して平行に別のロッドを貫通させる別の貫通軸心方向ハウジングを画成する;
上記本体に対して締着されると共に、上記ロッドの第2端部上に係合された少なくともひとつのキャップが配備される;
上記インプラントが長寸の骨に対して適用されるとき、上記本体は、少なくとも部分的に中空である第2ロッドであって、上記ロッドを延長すべく載置されるという第2ロッドにより形成され、上記ロッド及び上記第2ロッドは各々、少なくともひとつの横方向貫通孔を呈する;
上記インプラントが関節に対して適用されるとき、上記本体は、少なくとも部分的に中空である第2ロッドであって、上記ロッドを延長すべく載置されるという第2ロッドにより形成され、その場合、上記ロッド及び上記第2ロッドの一方は、少なくともひとつの横方向貫通孔を呈すると共に、上記ロッド及び上記第2ロッドの他方は、その自由端部に関節プロテーゼを担持する。
Claims (10)
- 一端にては口部(32;232)を介して外方開口する軸心方向ハウジング(31;231)であって、当該本体(30;130;230)上に当接面(33;233)を形成すべく狭幅化区画を呈するという軸心方向ハウジング(31;231)を内部に画成する本体(30;130;230)と、
前記本体(30;130;230)の前記軸心方向ハウジング(31;231)の前記口部(32;232)に対して締着された環状プラグ(70)であって、前記当接面(33;233)に向けて臨む停止面(72)を呈するという環状プラグ(70)と、
前記環状プラグ(70)と前記本体(30;130;230)の前記軸心方向ハウジング(31;231)とを貫通して係合された少なくとも一本のロッド(10;110;210;310)と、
前記ロッド(10;110;210;310)上に取付けられると共に、前記本体(30;130;230)の前記軸心方向ハウジング(31;231)内に収容されたスプリットリング(50)と、
を備える自動長寸化インプラント(1;100;200;300;400;500;600)において、
前記当接面(33;233)及び停止面(72)は、一方が凹角状であり且つ他方が凸角状であるという夫々の面取りされた形状を呈し、
前記スプリットリング(50)は、夫々、前記当接面(33;233)に向けて且つ前記停止面(72)に向けて臨む2つのスラスト面(52、53)であって、該スプリットリング(50)が、それが前記凸角形状の面取り面に当接して押圧されたときには拡開し且つそれが前記凹角形状の面取り面に対して押圧されたときには前記ロッド(10;110;210;310)に当接して圧縮される如き形状を呈する、という2つのスラスト面(52、53)を呈する、ことを特徴とする自動長寸化インプラント(1;100;200;300;400;500;600)。 - 前記スラスト面(52、53)は、前記当接面(33;233)及び前記停止面(72)と相補的である形状を呈する、先行請求項に記載の自動長寸化インプラント(1;100;200;300;400;500;600)。
- 前記当接面(33;233)及び前記停止面(72)は円錐形状を呈する、先行請求項のいずれかの請求項に記載の自動長寸化インプラント(1;100;200;300;400;500;600)。
- 前記スプリットリング(50)の前記内側面(51)、及び、前記ロッド(10;110;210;310)の丈の少なくとも一部分は、相互に協働するノッチを呈する、先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の自動長寸化インプラント(1;100;200;300;400;500;600)。
- 前記軸心方向ハウジング(31)の側方後退部(34)内にはピン(90)が受容されると共に、該ピンは、前記ロッド(10;110;210;310)上に対応して配備された平坦部(11;211;311)に当接して押圧される平坦部(91)を有する、先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の自動長寸化インプラント(1;100;200;300;400;500;600)。
- 前記環状プラグ(70)は圧縮不能である、先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の自動長寸化インプラント(1;100;200;300;400;500;600)。
- 前記軸心方向ハウジング(31)は貫通ハウジングであり、
前記本体(30)は、前記ロッド(10;110)に対して平行に別のロッド(2)を貫通させる別の貫通軸心方向ハウジング(35)を画成する、
脊柱に対して適用される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の自動長寸化インプラント(1;100)。 - 前記本体(30)に対しては少なくともひとつのキャップ(95)が締着され、該キャップは前記ロッド(10)の第2端部(12)上に係合される、先行請求項に記載の自動長寸化インプラント(1)。
- 前記本体は、少なくとも部分的に中空である第2ロッド(230)であって、前記ロッド(210)を延長すべく載置されるという第2ロッド(230)により形成され、前記ロッド(210)及び前記第2ロッド(230)は各々、少なくともひとつの横方向貫通孔(219、239)を呈する、
長寸の骨に対して適用される、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の自動長寸化インプラント(200)。 - 前記本体は、少なくとも部分的に中空である第2ロッド(230)であって、前記ロッド(210)を延長すべく載置されるという第2ロッド(230)により形成され、
