Claims (10)
- 駆動部(3)と、無段階に調節可能なバリエータ(10)と、無段階の変速比を有する少なくとも2つの運転領域(ロー及びハイ)を実現する副伝動機構(20)と、無段階の変速比を有する第1の運転領域(ロー)と第2の運転領域(ハイ)との間で切り換える直接切り換え段(30)と、を備えるCVT伝動機構であって、前記副伝動機構(20)は、前記第1の運転領域(ロー)のために力結合式のクラッチ(41)、特に摩擦クラッチを有し、前記第2の運転領域(ハイ)のために形状結合式のクラッチ(42)、特に爪クラッチを有することを特徴とするCVT伝動機構。
- 前記直接切り換え段(30)は、形状結合式のクラッチ(29)、特に爪クラッチを有する、請求項1に記載のCVT伝動機構。
- 前記バリエータをバイパスする前記直接切り換え段(30)は、前記駆動部(3)に直接接続されている、請求項1又は2に記載のCVT伝動機構。
- 前記副伝動機構(30)は、前記バリエータ(10)とディファレンシャル(16)との間に配置されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のCVT伝動機構。
- 前記副伝動機構(20)は、単純なプラネタリセット(40)を有するプラネタリ伝動機構として構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のCVT伝動機構。
- 駆動部と、無段階に調節可能なバリエータ(10)と、無段階の変速比を有する少なくとも2つの運転領域(ロー及びハイ)を実現する副伝動機構(20)と、無段階の変速比を有する第1の運転領域(ロー)と第2の運転領域(ハイ)との間で切り換える直接切り換え段(30)と、を備えるCVT伝動機構を運転する方法であって、前記第1の運転領域(ロー)から前記第2の運転領域(ハイ)への切り換えを、前記直接切り換え段(30)を介して実施することを特徴とする、CVT伝動機構を運転する方法。
- 請求項6の上位概念部に記載の、特に請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記第2の運転領域(ハイ)から前記第1の運転領域(ロー)への急速ダウン調節を、前記副伝動機構(20)の摩擦クラッチ(41)をスリップさせることによって実施することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記伝動機構変速比の急速ダウン調節を、前記副伝動機構(20)の摩擦クラッチ(41)をスリップさせつつ、同時にバリエータを調節することによって実施する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記伝動機構変速比の急速ダウン調節を、前記副伝動機構(20)の摩擦クラッチ(41)をスリップさせることによって、かつバリエータ調節を行なうことなく実施する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 請求項6の上位概念部に記載の、特に請求項6から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記伝動機構変速比の急速ダウン調節時、前記直接切り換え段(30)を使用せずに、ダイレクトに前記第2の運転領域(ハイ)から前記第1の運転領域(ロー)へと飛ばすことを特徴とする方法。
