Abstract
Description
接触部は、円筒状内壁面より小さい曲率で円筒状内壁面と同方向に湾曲する湾曲ブレード板で形成され、湾曲ブレード板を湾曲方向に弾性変形させながら挿通孔内に圧入し、湾曲する外周面の両側縁に沿ったエッジをそれぞれ円筒状内壁面に圧接させることを特徴とする。

Claims (7)
- 第1金属板に少なくとも内側面の一部が円弧に沿って湾曲する円筒状内壁面となった挿通孔が穿設され、第2金属板の接触部を前記挿通孔に挿通し、第1金属板と第2金属板を相対位置決めすると共に、円筒状内壁面に前記接触部を接触させて第1金属板と第2金属板間を電気接続する金属板間の接続構造であって、
前記接触部は、円筒状内壁面より小さい曲率で円筒状内壁面と同方向に湾曲する湾曲ブレード板で形成され、
湾曲ブレード板を湾曲方向に弾性変形させながら挿通孔内に圧入し、湾曲する外周面の両側縁に沿ったエッジをそれぞれ円筒状内壁面に圧接させることを特徴とする金属板間の接続構造。 - 前記外周面の両側縁に沿った一対のエッジの少なくともその一部は、湾曲ブレード板が前記挿通孔を挿通する挿通方向に沿った基端側から先端側に向かって前記外周面が細幅となるテーパー状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の金属板間の接続構造。
- 湾曲ブレード板は、平板状の金属板を板厚方向に打ち抜いて形成され、打ち抜かれて破断面となった両側の側端面と前記外周面の境界にエッジが形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の金属板間の接続構造。
- 第2金属板は、前記挿通孔へ湾曲ブレード板を前記基端まで圧入した際に、第1金属板の前記挿通孔の周囲に当接するストッパー片を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の金属板間の接続構造。
- 湾曲ブレード板の基端近傍の前記側端面に、前記挿通孔の周囲の第1金属板が嵌合する凹溝が凹設されることを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の金属板間の接続構造。
- 第1金属板は、車載用のバッテリーの電極に溶接で接続されるバスバーであり、第2金属板は、バスバーと回路基板のパターンとを電気接続し、バッテリーの充電情報を前記回路基板のパターンへ出力するジャンパープレートであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の金属板間の接続構造。
- 前記挿通孔は、バスバーとジャンパープレートを共締めするネジが挿通する輪郭が円形の挿通孔であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の金属板間の接続構造。
