Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン10は、ブローバイガスの再循環系統32を備える。ブローバイガスの再循環系統32は、オイルサンプからブローバイガスを取り出し、油粒子の除去を実行し、オイルから精製されるガスの流れを、エンジンの吸気マニホールドに送る。ブローバイガスの再循環系統32は、オイルサンプの内側に通じる入口チャネル34、吸気マニホールドに通じる出口チャネル36、および入口チャネル34と出口チャネル36との間に配置される遠心分離機38を備える。ブローバイガスの再循環系統32は、オイルサンプに開口し、ブローバイガスから分離された液体をオイルレベルより低いオイルサンプにガイドする少なくとも1つの排液チャネルを備える。

Claims (7)
- クランクケースと、
オイルサンプと、
前記クランクケース内に形成されるバランストンネル内に回転可能に取り付けられる少なくとも1つのバランスシャフトであり、前記バランストンネルは、第1の端部、第2の端部、および前記第1の端部および前記第2の端部の間に延びる中央部を有する、バランスシャフトと、
前記オイルサンプに通じる入口チャネルと、吸気マニホールドに通じる出口チャネルと、前記入口チャネルと前記出口チャネルとの間に配置される遠心分離機と、分離された液体を排出するための前記オイルサンプに開口する少なくとも1つの排液チャネルと、を有するブローバイガス再循環系統と、を備え、
前記ブローバイガス再循環系統の前記入口チャネルは、前記バランストンネルの前記第1の端部に通じ、
前記遠心分離機は、前記バランストンネルの前記第2の端部内に収容され、前記バランスシャフトにより回転駆動され、
前記ブローバイガス再循環系統の前記出口チャネルは、前記遠心分離機のガス出口に通じ、それにより、動作中、ブローバイガスの流れは、逐次、前記バランストンネルの前記中央部および前記入口チャネルから前記出口チャネルへの経路内の前記遠心分離機を通って流れる内燃エンジン。 - 前記バランスシャフトは、少なくとも前記バランストンネルの前記中央部に、偏心断面を有する、請求項1に記載の内燃エンジン。
- 動作中、ブローバイガスの前記流れは、前記入口チャネルから前記出口チャネルへの前記経路内の前記バランスシャフトの複数の軸受を通る、請求項1または2に記載の内燃エンジン。
- 前記遠心分離機は、前記バランスシャフトの一端に固定された中空ブッシュと、前記中空ブッシュ上に固定されたインペラと、前記インペラに固定され、回転分離室を区画するカップ形状要素と、を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の内燃エンジン。
- 前記中空ブッシュは、前記ガス出口を区画するオープンエンドを有する、請求項4に記載の内燃エンジン。
- 前記クランクケースに固定されて、前記バランストンネルの前記第2の端部のオープンエンドをシールするカバーを備え、前記カバーは、前記ガス出口および前記出口チャネルに通じるチャンバを有する、請求項4または5に記載の内燃エンジン。
- 前記カバーは、前記中空ブッシュの外面に作用するシールリングを支える、請求項6に記載の内燃エンジン。
