Claims (9)
- 試料を供給するための挿入型試料カートリッジ及び該挿入型試料カートリッジを受容する反応カートリッジを備える生化学分析カートリッジであって、
前記反応カートリッジは、
前記挿入型試料カートリッジが受容されるように挿入される、受容ユニットと、
一端にて開口を有して前記受容ユニット内部に設けられ、保存された反応溶液の放出を防ぐために該開口に取り付けられたカバーテープを備え、該カバーテープが取り付けられた該開口が前記反応カートリッジの内部を向くように設けられる、反応溶液を保存するためのチャンバと、
反応溶液を保存するための前記チャンバの前記カバーテープと対向するように設けられ、前記カバーテープから離れて設けられる、カバーテープ切断ユニットと、
反応溶液を保存するための前記チャンバを固定し、移動経路を備え、該移動経路を通して反応溶液を保存するための前記チャンバが前記カバーテープ切断ユニットの方へ移動する、チャンバ移動フレームと、
保護フィルムが除去されたときに放出された反応溶液を受容し、前記反応溶液を前記挿入型試料カートリッジの試料注入口と接触させることによって前記反応溶液と放出された生体試料とを混合して混合溶液を形成するための混合ユニットと、
前記混合ユニットの混合溶液と反応させるために前記試料が固定される試料導入ユニットと、
前記反応の結果を光学的に測定する測定ユニットと、
前記混合ユニット、前記試料導入ユニット、及び前記測定ユニットを連結する流路と
を備え、
前記挿入型試料カートリッジは、
保存された生体試料を前記反応カートリッジに供給するための試料注入口を有する液相生体試料を採取し、保存するための毛細管型試料注入ユニットと、
前記挿入型試料カートリッジが前記受容ユニット内に挿入されるときに、反応溶液を保存するための前記チャンバを前記カバーテープ切断ユニットに移動させるために前記反応カートリッジの反応溶液を保存するための前記チャンバと接触する突起部と
を備える、生化学分析カートリッジ。 - 前記挿入型試料カートリッジが前記反応カートリッジ内に挿入されるのと同時に前記カバーテープを切断するために、反応溶液を保存するための前記チャンバが前記カバーテープ切断ユニットの方へ移動する、請求項1に記載の生化学分析カートリッジ。
- 前記反応カートリッジが複数の試料導入ユニットを備える、請求項1に記載の生化学分析カートリッジ。
- 前記反応が、前記混合溶液中の基質と前記試料中の酵素との間の酵素反応、又は前記混合溶液中の抗原と前記試料中の抗体との間の抗原-抗体反応である、請求項1に記載の生化学分析カートリッジ。
- 前記生体試料及び化学試薬の混合溶液が、重力及び生化学分析カートリッジ全体の回転により引き起こされる遠心力によって前記測定ユニット又は前記試料導入ユニットまで前記流路に沿って移動する、請求項1に記載の生化学分析カートリッジ。
- 前記生化学分析カートリッジの前記反応カートリッジが、測定後の前記生体試料、前記反応溶液、及び前記化学試薬の混合溶液を処理するための廃液処理ユニットを更に備える、請求項1に記載の生化学分析カートリッジ。
- 前記生化学分析カートリッジの前記反応カートリッジが、廃液の円滑な移動及び回収のための空気吹出口を更に備える、請求項6に記載の生化学分析カートリッジ。
- 前記生化学分析カートリッジが、血液アッセイのための生化学分析カートリッジである、請求項1に記載の生化学分析カートリッジ。
- 前記生化学分析カートリッジが、糖化ヘモグロビン定量的アッセイのための生化学分析カートリッジである、請求項1に記載の生化学分析カートリッジ。
