Claims (5)
- レバー軸に回転可能に装着されるレバーと、
前記レバーの回転によって、前記レバー軸に垂直なスラスト軸に平行にブレーキパッドを押圧するスラストアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記スラストアセンブリは、
前記レバーの回転によって回転するアジャスタギアと、
前記アジャスタギアと噛み合う補助ギアと、
前記補助ギアと噛み合い、前記レバーの回転によって前記スラスト軸に平行に移動するピストンギアと、
前記ピストンギアの外部で前記ピストンギアと螺合されているピストンと、
前記ピストンの外部で前記スラスト軸に平行に前記ピストンをガイドするトラバースと、を有することを特徴とする、車両用ディスクブレーキ。 - 前記補助ギアの位置にマニュアルアジャスタが設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記補助ギアの位置に摩耗センサーが設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。
- 前記レバーはフィンガー部を有し、
前記レバーのフィンガー部と結合され、前記アジャスタギアの上部に、同軸に固定されるアジャスタシャフトギアをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用ディスクブレーキ。 - レバー軸に回転可能に装着されるレバーと、
前記レバーの回転によって、前記レバー軸に垂直なスラスト軸に平行にブレーキパッドを押圧するスラストアセンブリと、
を備え、
前記スラストアセンブリは、
前記レバーの回転によって回転するアジャスタギアと、
前記アジャスタギアと噛み合う第1補助ギアと、
前記第1補助ギアと噛み合い、前記レバーの回転によって前記スラスト軸に平行に移動する第1ピストンギアと、
前記アジャスタギアと噛み合う第2補助ギアと、
前記第2補助ギアと噛み合い、前記レバーの回転によって前記スラスト軸に平行に移動する第2ピストンギアと、を有することを特徴とする、車両用ディスクブレーキ。
