Claims (9)
- 排ガス後処理のためのハニカム体(1)であって、第1の端面(2)と、第2の端面(3)と、中心軸(4)と、長さ(5)と、を有し、中心軸(4)は、両方の端面を突き抜け、前記ハニカム体(1)は、少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に構造を有する金属層(6)を備え、少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に構造を有する金属層(6)は、中心軸(4)の回りに配置され、少なくとも1つの金属層(6)の構造(7)は、山部(8)と、谷部(9)と、を有し、山部(8)と谷部(9)とは、前記ハニカム体(1)の長さ(5)の少なくとも部分にわたって延び、中心軸(4)に対し斜めに進み、さらに、少なくとも1つの金属接続ストリップ(10)が、少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に構造を有する金属層(6)の隣り合う領域(11)の間に設けられ、前記少なくとも1つの金属接続ストリップ(10)は、前記ハニカム体(1)の長さ(5)よりも短く、ろう付け結合(12)または溶接結合(13)を、前記隣り合う領域(11)に形成する、ハニカム体。
- 請求項1に記載のハニカム体(1)であって、少なくとも1つの金属接続ストリップ(10)が、5〜20mmの幅(14)を有する、ハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項1または2に記載のハニカム体(1)であって、少なくとも1つの金属接続ストリップ(10)は、中心軸(4)の回りに、少なくとも前記ハニカム体(1)の1つの端面(2,3)の近傍に、配置される、ハニカム体(1)。
- 請求項1〜3の1項に記載のハニカム体(1)であって、少なくとも1つの金属接続ストリップ(10)は、前記ハニカム体(1)の軸方向部分(15)で、少なくとも1つの少なくとも部分的に構造を有する金属層(4)が、それ自体とまたはさらなる少なくとも部分的に構造を有する金属層(6)と接触するのを妨げる、ハニカム体(1)。
