Claims (8)
- 固定子と、前記固定子と一定の空隙をおいて配置される回転子と、前記回転子に埋め込まれる複数の永久磁石とを含む、埋め込み型永久磁石同期モータであって、
前記永久磁石の一方の表面には、前記回転子の回転方向に沿って形成された複数のスリットが等間隔で配置されることを特徴とする、埋め込み型永久磁石同期モータ。 - 前記スリットは、前記永久磁石の空隙方向表面に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型永久磁石同期モータ。
- 前記スリットは、前記回転子に対する永久磁石の挿入方向に垂直な方向に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型永久磁石同期モータ。
- 前記スリットは、前記回転子に対する永久磁石の挿入方向に沿って等間隔で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の埋め込み型永久磁石同期モータ。
- 前記スリットは、前記永久磁石の厚さに対して50%以上の深さとして形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型永久磁石同期モータ。
- 前記永久磁石は、空隙方向表面および両側角面の保磁力が残りの面の保磁力よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の埋め込み型永久磁石同期モータ。
- 前記永久磁石は、空隙方向表面および両側角面に所定の塗布物が粒界拡散式で塗布されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の埋め込み型永久磁石同期モータ。
- 前記同期モータは、前記固定子の内側に回転子を配置した内転型タイプからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の埋め込み型永久磁石同期モータ。
