Description

The present invention relates to a cleaning apparatus for cleaning a container that is open on one side, such as an open drum.

Conventionally, an open drum (hereinafter referred to as a drum container) has been used as a container for storing a liquid substance such as paint. The drum container that has been emptied after the use of the paint or the like has been cleaned and reused.

As a drum container cleaning method, various apparatuses have been proposed in order to reduce the burden on the worker and improve the efficiency by performing manually. For example, in Patent Document 1, a cleaning unit that injects cleaning liquid into and out of the drum is arranged, and the pressure generated by spraying the cleaning liquid from both the inside and the outside is offset, and stable cleaning can be performed even if the injection force is increased. In addition, in order to avoid a reduction in cleaning efficiency due to reflection of the cleaning liquid from the surface to be cleaned, the angle at which the cleaning liquid is jetted is shifted from a direction opposite to the vertical direction. Furthermore, the angle of the drum container is changed inside the apparatus to prevent the cleaning liquid from remaining inside the container.

However, if the object to be cleaned is organic matter such as paint, a solvent may be used as the cleaning liquid, and it is costly to always use a new solvent as the cleaning liquid, so the used cleaning liquid may be reused. Many. In this case, there is a problem that the cleaning unit is clogged. In the cleaning device of Patent Document 1, when any of the cleaning units is clogged, the pressure generated by spraying the cleaning liquid cannot be offset, and the drum container is installed at the location where the drum container is installed. There is a problem that it is not possible to perform cleaning stably. Further, since the inside of the cleaning device is dirty, there is a possibility that the angle adjustment of the drum container inside the device may not be smoothly operated even when the inside is cleaned by maintenance or the like, even when used for a long time.

The present invention solves the above-described problems, and provides a cleaning apparatus that can more stably clean a drum container.

(1) A drum container cleaning device having an open end, wherein the cleaning device includes a cleaning unit and a cleaning liquid storage unit, and the cleaning unit holds the drum container in a lying state, and the drum container Two rotating units that rotate the drum container in one direction around the axis of the inner surface, and an inner peripheral surface cleaning unit that is inserted into the drum container through the opening and injects cleaning liquid onto the inner peripheral surface of the drum container An outer bottom surface cleaning unit that sprays the cleaning liquid onto the inner bottom surface of the drum container, and is disposed outside the drum container and sprays the cleaning liquid onto the outer peripheral surface of the drum container. When the inner peripheral surface cleaning unit is disposed at a position lower than the center axis of the drum container, the cleaning liquid is connected to the inner peripheral surface cleaning unit and the inner peripheral surface from the vertical direction in the vertical direction. In the case of spraying in the range up to the angle of the line and arranging it at a position higher than the central axis of the drum container, the cleaning liquid is sprayed in the range of 0 ° to 90 ° from the vertical direction. The cleaning liquid sprayed and sprayed at a position higher than the central axis of the container is sprayed from the outer peripheral surface cleaning unit within an angle range inclined from 90 ° to the tangential line on the vertical direction side, and the inner bottom surface cleaning is performed. The unit has a substantially L-shaped tip, and the cleaning liquid is ejected from the tip to the inner bottom surface of the drum container from the beginning, and the cleaning unit holds the drum container inside the drum. A cleaning device characterized in that the angle can be adjusted to 0 ° or more and 15 ° or less so that the bottom surface side of the container is higher than the opening side.
(2) Further, the inner peripheral surface cleaning unit, the inner bottom surface cleaning unit, and the outer peripheral surface cleaning unit are regularly provided with a plurality of spray nozzles that spray the cleaning liquid, and the spray nozzle is a uniform fan type. It is preferable that the cleaning liquid sprayed from the adjacent spray nozzles is arranged so as not to contact each other.
(3) Further, it is preferable that the inner peripheral surface cleaning unit, the inner bottom surface cleaning unit, and the outer peripheral surface cleaning unit inject compressed air after injecting the cleaning liquid and cleaning the drum container.

The cleaning device according to the present invention has an effect of pressing the cleaning liquid spraying direction substantially downward to the rotating unit that supports the drum container to be cleaned, and can stably clean the drum container. In addition, since the cleaning unit itself in the cleaning apparatus can adjust the angle, it does not require driving of the angle change of each unit in the apparatus, and does not cause a drive failure in angle change due to long-term use.

Further, by arranging the cleaning liquids ejected from the adjacent ejection nozzles so as not to contact each other, it is possible to prevent the cleaning power from being lowered due to the contact of the cleaning liquids other than on the surface to be cleaned, and to perform cleaning efficiently.

Further, after the cleaning liquid is ejected from the ejection nozzle and the drum container is cleaned, the drum container can be dried by discharging the compressed air from the ejection nozzle, and at the same time, the cleaning liquid remaining in the cleaning unit is discharged. It is possible to satisfactorily prevent clogging of the ejection nozzle.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the drum container 20 cleaning device 10 includes a cleaning unit 10a and a cleaning liquid storage unit 10b. The cleaning unit 10a includes at least two rotating units 11 (a rotating roller 11a and a motor 11b). And a cleaning unit 12 (inner bottom cleaning unit 12a, inner peripheral surface cleaning unit 12c, outer peripheral surface cleaning unit 12b). Further, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the cleaning unit 10a can be angle-adjusted in the range of the angle θ by the angle adjustment unit 15, thereby the cleaning unit 12 and the rotation in the cleaning unit 10a. The angle of the drum container 20 can be changed for each unit 11. In addition, you may provide the stopper 16 which supports a drum container in the location corresponding to the opening side of the drum container 20 in the rotating roller 11a.
The cleaning liquid 14 is sent from the cleaning liquid storage unit 10 b to the cleaning unit 12 through the main pipe 13.
The rotating roller 11a is rotatable about an axis, and the two rotating rollers 11a rotate in the same direction by driving the motor 11b. The drum container 20 having one end side opened and the other end side closed (bottom) is disposed in a state of lying on the rotating roller 11a. As a result, the drum container 20 disposed on the rotating roller 11 a rotates around the axis of the drum container 20.

As shown in FIG. 3, the cleaning unit 12 includes a plurality of ejection nozzles that eject the cleaning liquid 14 at regular intervals, and ejects the cleaning liquid 14 so that the cleaning surface becomes the cleaning region 18.

As shown in FIG. 4, the cleaning liquid 14 is stored in the cleaning liquid storage unit 10b and supplied to the cleaning unit through the cleaning liquid transport pipe 31b. Although the cleaning liquid 14 is reused, new cleaning liquid 14 is supplied from the cleaning liquid supply pipe 31a, and the cleaning liquid 14 that is so dirty that it cannot be reused is discharged from the drainage pipe 33 as drainage. Compressed air injected from each cleaning unit after the cleaning operation is supplied from the compressed air pipe 32. The cleaning liquid supply pipe 31a is controlled by an electromagnetic valve 41b to supply new cleaning liquid 14. The cleaning liquid transport pipe 31b and the compressed air pipe 32 are controlled to be switched by the electromagnetic valve 41a, and the drainage pipe 33 is an electromagnetic valve. It is controlled by 41c to remove the dirty cleaning liquid (drainage).

As shown in FIG. 1, the cleaning unit 10 a can adjust the angle within a range of angles θ 0 to θ 1 . The angle range can be adjusted in a range of 0 ° to 15 °, and the cleaning unit 10a itself has an angle so that each drive inside the cleaning unit can be performed only for the cleaning operation. As a result, even if the used cleaning liquid is reused and the inside of the cleaning device becomes dirty, the angle adjustment mechanism is not affected, and the angle adjustment can always be performed smoothly.
Note that the drum container 20 set by the angle adjustment has a higher positional relationship on the closed (bottom) side than on the open side. As a result, the cleaning liquid ejected into the drum container 20 at the time of cleaning does not remain, and cleaning is performed efficiently.

The cleaning unit 12 includes three types of an inner bottom surface cleaning unit 12a, an outer peripheral surface cleaning unit 12b, and an inner peripheral surface cleaning unit 12c, and a plurality of ejection nozzles 17 for ejecting cleaning liquid are provided.

The inner bottom surface cleaning unit 12a is for cleaning the inner bottom surface of the drum container. Further, the pipe has a substantially L-shaped tip, and the ejection nozzle 17 is regularly arranged from the beginning of the L-shaped bend to the tip and on the drum container side when the drum container is set.

The outer peripheral surface cleaning unit 12b cleans the outer peripheral surface of the drum container, and the inner peripheral surface cleaning unit 12c cleans the inner peripheral surface of the drum container. Each of the ejection nozzles 17 may be regularly arranged, and the outer peripheral surface cleaning unit 12b may be configured such that the distal end portion of the pipe is curved so that the cleaning liquid can be ejected to the outer bottom portion of the drum container.

The direction of the cleaning liquid ejected from the inner peripheral surface cleaning unit 12c is such that when the inner peripheral surface cleaning unit 12c is arranged at a position lower than the central axis 20a of the drum container 20, the cleaning liquid is cleaned from the vertical direction. In the case of spraying within the range up to the angle of the line connecting the shortest distance between the unit and the inner peripheral surface, while being disposed at a position higher than the central axis 20a of the drum container 20, the cleaning liquid is 0 ° to 90 ° from the vertical direction. Inject within the range of °.
Further, the outer peripheral surface cleaning unit 12b is disposed outside the drum container 20 at a position higher than the central axis 20a of the drum container 20, and the cleaning liquid ejected from the outer peripheral surface cleaning unit 12b is the outer peripheral surface cleaning unit 12b. To an angle range inclined from 90 ° to the tangent on the vertical direction side with respect to the cleaning surface.
With such a configuration, the jetted cleaning liquid basically rebounds in the vertical direction after contacting the cleaning surface, and the vector of pressure applied to the drum container becomes substantially vertical, so that the drum container is rotated by the rotating roller 11a. The cleaning operation proceeds more stably. Even if any cleaning unit clogs and the cleaning liquid is not ejected, the vector of pressure generated by the cleaning liquid is basically centered in the vertical direction, so that the drum container 20 is placed on the rotating roller 11a. There is no risk of falling off the container, and the cleaning operation proceeds stably.

Furthermore, the cleaning unit 12 in the present invention includes at least one inner bottom surface cleaning unit 12a and at least one inner surface cleaning unit 12c and one outer surface cleaning unit 12b symmetrically about the inner bottom surface cleaning unit 12a. It consists of a total of five. In addition, it is more preferable that the inner peripheral surface cleaning unit 12c has a total of seven, in which two inner peripheral surface cleaning units 12a are arranged symmetrically about the inner bottom surface cleaning unit 12a.

The ejection nozzle 17 for ejecting the cleaning liquid is preferably a uniform fan type. In the uniform fan type, the cleaning liquid 14 is ejected from the ejection nozzle 17 in a fan shape instead of in a radial shape, and as shown in FIG. It will be.
In order to obtain the uniform fan type, for example, the shape of the ejection port in the ejection nozzle 17 may be a shape based on a linear, elliptical, or rectangular shape.
In addition, when the cleaning liquids ejected from the adjacent ejection nozzles come into contact with each other before coming into contact with the object to be cleaned, the cleaning liquids that are in contact with each other have an extremely reduced momentum and the cleaning performance is deteriorated. For this reason, it is preferable to arrange the ejection nozzle so that the cleaning liquid ejected from the adjacent ejection nozzles do not contact each other in the air. As an example of this arrangement, the ejection nozzles are arranged so that the major axis 18a in each cleaning region 18 is parallel, or the ejection directions of the ejection nozzles are alternately shifted so that the center point 18b of the cleaning region 18 is staggered. Can be mentioned. When the distance between the cleaning surface and the ejection nozzle changes due to a change in the size of the drum container to be cleaned, it is easy to adjust along the change in the area of the cleaning region 18. It is preferable to arrange the ejection nozzles so that are parallel to each other. However, it is preferable to provide an overlapping cleaning region 19 where the adjacent cleaning regions 18 overlap at the time of cleaning so that there is no gap in the cleaning portion. With such a configuration, the cleaning ability of the sprayed cleaning liquid can be sufficiently exhibited.

Furthermore, it is preferable that the ejection nozzle 17 ejects the compressed air after ejecting the cleaning liquid to clean the drum container. In this way, the drum container can be dried, and when the cleaning liquid that has cleaned the drum container is reused, dirt that has adhered to the drum container is mixed in the cleaning liquid. In addition, there has been a problem that the ejection nozzle remains in the main pipe 13 and the ejection nozzle is clogged.
For example, the compressed air pipe 32 is connected to a compression pump or the like, and the ejection of the cleaning liquid and the compressed air is controlled by switching the electromagnetic valve 41a.

Thus, according to the present invention, the drum container can be efficiently and stably cleaned.
