Abstract
【課題】 水性高分子イソシアネート系接着剤において、イソシアネート化合物に起因する発泡があり、接着剤が均一に塗布できない、接着作業中にグルーポットから接着剤があふれ出し、接着現場を汚すような問題も生じていた。
【解決手段】 水性高分子イソシアネート系接着剤において、エマルジョンとしてスチレンブタジエン共重合エマルジョンを配合し、当該スチレンブタジエン共重合エマルジョンの粒子径が400〜650nmであり、カルボキシ変性されていないものにすることにより低発泡性の水性接着剤となる。

Description
攪拌装置を備えた耐圧重合容器に水105部、水酸化ナトリウム0.1、乳化剤(ジアルキルジフェニルスルホン酸ナトリウム)を0.9部、エチレンジアミン四酢酸ナトリウム0.1部、スチレン70部、t−ドデシルメルカプタン0.7部、ブタジエン30部を仕込み窒素置換した後、攪拌を開始し、昇温し、重合容器内温度が60℃に達したとき、過硫酸アンモニウム0.4部を添加し、反応を開始させた。重合率が98%に達したときに80℃に昇温し、重合率99.0%で冷却を行なった。次いで、25%アンモニア水でエマルジョンのpHを6.0に調整し、固形分49.3%、粒子径500nm、Tg19℃のSBR1を得た。
攪拌装置を備えた耐圧重合容器に水105部、水酸化ナトリウム0.1、乳化剤(ジアルキルジフェニルスルホン酸ナトリウム)を0.9部、エチレンジアミン四酢酸ナトリウム0.1部、スチレン72部、t−ドデシルメルカプタン0.7部、ブタジエン28部を仕込み窒素置換した後、攪拌を開始し、昇温し、重合容器内温度が60℃に達したとき、過硫酸アンモニウム0.4部を添加し、反応を開始させた。重合率が98%に達したときに80℃に昇温し、重合率99.5%で冷却を行なった。次いで、25%アンモニア水でエマルジョンのpHを6.2に調整し、固形分49.3%、粒子径610nm、Tg20℃のSBR2を得た。
攪拌装置を備えた耐圧重合容器に水105部、乳化剤(ジアルキルジフェニルスルホン酸ナトリウム)を0.9部、エチレンジアミン四酢酸アンモニウム0.15部、スチレン48部、アクリル酸3.0部、t−ドデシルメルカプタン0.5部、ブタジエン49部を仕込み窒素置換した後、攪拌を開始し、昇温し、重合容器内温度が60℃に達したとき、過硫酸アンモニウム0.4部を添加し、反応を開始させた。重合率が98%に達したときに80℃に昇温し、重合率99.0%で冷却を行なった。次いで、25%アンモニア水でエマルジョンのpHを6.0に調整し、固形分49.2%、粒子径450nm、Tg4℃のSBR3を得た。
攪拌装置を備えた耐圧重合容器に水105部、水酸化ナトリウム0.1、乳化剤(ジアルキルジフェニルスルホン酸ナトリウム)を0.9部、エチレンジアミン四酢酸ナトリウム0.1部、スチレン40部、t−ドデシルメルカプタン0.7部、ブタジエン60部を仕込み窒素置換した後、攪拌を開始し、昇温し、重合容器内温度が60℃に達したとき、過硫酸アンモニウム0.4部を添加し、反応を開始させた。重合率が98%に達したときに80℃に昇温し、重合率99.0%で冷却を行なった。次いで25%アンモニア水でエマルジョンのpHを11.0に調整し、固形分49.3%、粒子径240nm、Tg0℃のSBR4を得た。
主剤及び硬化剤を、30℃恒温器内に静置し、調温した。主剤100gと硬化剤10gを小型攪拌機を用い、回転数1000rpmにて1分間混合撹拌した。100ccポリカップに調合した水性接着剤50gを入れ、液面の高さを確認した後、直ちに30℃恒温器に保管し経時ごとの液面の高さを測定した。
主剤100部に対して硬化剤15部を配合し、被着材に柾目カバ材2ply、塗布量280g/m2、閉鎖堆積時間3分、圧力1.0MPa/23℃、圧締時間24時間、養生3日間の条件にて接着し、試験体を作製した。得られた試験体をJISブロックせん断試験法に従い、常態および煮沸繰り返し後の接着力を測定した。
Claims (2)
- 水性高分子イソシアネート系接着剤において、スチレンブタジエン共重合エマルジョンとイソシアネート系化合物を主成分とすることを特徴とする水性接着剤。
- 前記スチレンブタジエン共重合エマルジョンの粒子径が420〜650nmであり、カルボキシ変性されていないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の水性接着剤。
