Abstract
Description
本発明者は、負極活物質層について、黒鉛粒子の外部に形成された粒子外空孔の全容積Aと、黒鉛粒子の内部に形成された粒子内空孔の全容積Bとの比(A/B)が種々異なる負極シートを作製した。そして、評価用セルを作製し、ハイレート充放電サイクル後における抵抗上昇率を評価した。なお、評価用セルの定格容量は20Ahである。

- 正極および負極を備える非水電解液二次電池であって、
前記負極は、
負極集電体と、
前記負極集電体に保持された負極活物質層であって負極活物質としての黒鉛粒子を含む負極活物質層と
を備え、
前記負極活物質層は、前記黒鉛粒子の内部に形成された粒子内空孔と、前記黒鉛粒子の外部に形成された粒子外空孔とを有しており、
前記粒子外空孔の全容積Aと前記粒子内空孔の全容積Bとの比(A/B)が、1≦A/B≦5である、非水電解液二次電池。
