Abstract
【解決手段】凹部21を有する樹脂成形体10の製造方法であって、繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを含む平板状の成形材料16を上型50及び下型70でプレスするとともに、上型50及び下型70のせん断によって成形材料16を切断するプレス成形工程と、成形材料16の切断によって上型50及び下型70に形成された成形空間S1に溶融樹脂を射出することで、凹部21を構成する第1成形体20を成形基材18と一体的に成形する射出成形工程と、を備えることに特徴を有する。

Description
本発明の実施形態1を図1ないし図6によって説明する。本実施形態では、樹脂成形体10として、例えば、車両の内装材に用いられるものを例示する。
プレス成形工程では、図3に示すように、上型50及び下型70を開状態とし、成形材料16を下型70の上面に載置する。
次に、図5に示すように、上型50のうち、第1上型51を上昇させる。これにより、第1上型51の成形型突部52が、基材切断部17から遠ざけられる。その結果、成形型突部52を含む第1上型51の下面と基材切断部17の上面との間に成形空間S1が形成される。
次に、図6に示すように、ランナー74を通じて、成形空間S1に溶融樹脂を射出する。成形空間S1に充填された溶融樹脂は、成形基材18,18及び基材切断部17に含まれる合成樹脂と混ざり合い、渾然一体となる(混融される)。
次に、本発明の実施形態2を図7ないし図9によって説明する。本実施形態では、樹脂成形体110、上型150、下型170の構成が上記実施形態と相違する。
プレス成形工程では、図7に示すように、上型150及び下型170を開状態とし、成形材料116(プレボード)を下型170の上面に載置する。
次に、図9に示すように、ランナー174を通じて、成形空間S2に溶融樹脂を射出する。成形空間S2に充填された溶融樹脂は、成形基材118,118に含まれる合成樹脂と混ざり合い、渾然一体となる(混融される)。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
Claims (3)
- 凹部を有する樹脂成形体の製造方法であって、
繊維と熱可塑性樹脂とを含む平板状の成形材料を一対の成形型でプレスするとともに、前記一対の成形型のせん断によって前記成形材料を切断するプレス成形工程と、
前記成形材料の切断によって前記一対の成形型に形成された成形空間に、溶融樹脂を射出することで、前記凹部を構成する壁部を前記成形材料の一部と一体的に成形する射出成形工程と、を備える樹脂成形体の製造方法。 - 前記プレス成形工程では、
前記一対の成形型のうち一方の型に設けられた成形型突部と、他方の型に設けられた成形型凹部との間で、切断された前記成形材料の他部をプレス成形するものとされ、
前記プレス成形工程の後に行われ、前記成形型突部を前記成形材料の前記他部から遠ざけることで、前記成形型突部と前記成形材料の前記他部との間に前記成形空間を形成する成形空間形成工程を備える請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体の製造方法。 - 前記プレス成形工程では、
前記一対の成形型のうち一方の型に設けられた成形型突部と、他方の型に設けられた成形型凹部との間で、切断された前記成形材料の他部をプレス成形するとともに、切断された前記成形材料の一部を、前記成形型凹部の開口縁部と前記一方の型における前記成形型突部の周囲の部分との間でプレス成形するものとされ、
前記成形空間は、前記一方の型において、前記成形型突部の基端部に形成されている請求項1に記載の樹脂成形体の製造方法。
