Description
成形工程では、両型41,43によってトリムボード12が保持された状態で、第1スライド型50、第2スライド型60、中子型70及び下型43を用いて構成されたクリップ取付座成形空間Sに対して溶融樹脂を射出する。
本発明は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような実施形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれる。
Claims (3)
- 板状部材に対してクリップを介して取り付けられる基材上に、前記クリップを保持可能なクリップ取付座を成形するクリップ取付座の成形方法であって、
前記クリップ取付座は、
前記基材における前記板状部材側の面から前記板状部材に向かって立ち上がる第1立壁部と、
前記基材における前記板状部材側の面と対向配置されるとともに、前記第1立壁部の先端から延びる延設壁部と、
前記延設壁部の延設端から前記板状部材に向かって立ち上がる第2立壁部と、
前記延設壁部と対向配置されるとともに、前記第2立壁部の先端から延設され、前記クリップが取付可能な取付孔が貫通形成された座面部と、を備え、
前記座面部は、その延設方向が、前記板状部材の延設方向に沿う形で配されるものとされ、
当該クリップ取付座の成形方法は、
前記基材と前記第1立壁部と前記延設壁部によって構成される第1嵌合凹部に嵌合可能な形状をなす第1嵌合突部を有する第1スライド型と、前記延設壁部と前記第2立壁部と前記座面部によって構成される第2嵌合凹部に嵌合可能な形状をなす第2嵌合突部を有する第2スライド型と、を少なくとも用いて、前記クリップ取付座を成形するためのクリップ取付座成形空間を形成した後で、前記クリップ取付座成形空間に溶融樹脂を射出して前記クリップ取付座を成形する成形工程と、
前記成形工程の後に行われ、前記第1スライド型をスライドさせることで、前記第1嵌合凹部から前記第1嵌合突部を型抜きする第1型抜き工程と、
前記成形工程の後に行われ、前記第2スライド型をスライドさせることで、前記第2嵌合凹部から前記第2嵌合突部を型抜きする第2型抜き工程と、を備え、
前記成形工程においては、前記基材と前記延設壁部との対向間隔が、前記第1型抜き工程における前記第1スライド型のスライド方向に向かうにつれて大きくなる、又は前記第1スライド型の前記スライド方向において同じとなるように、前記延設壁部を成形するとともに、
前記延設壁部と前記座面部との対向間隔が、前記第2型抜き工程における前記第2スライド型のスライド方向に向かうにつれて大きくなる、又は前記第2スライド型の前記スライド方向において同じとなるように、前記延設壁部を成形し、
前記第1型抜き工程における前記第1スライド型の前記スライド方向と、前記第2型抜き工程における前記第2スライド型の前記スライド方向とが、前記基材における前記板状部材側の面上において、互いに異なる方向であることを特徴とするクリップ取付座の成形方法。 - 前記成形工程においては、前記基材と前記第2スライド型との間に介在される中子型と、前記第1嵌合突部によって、前記第1立壁部を成形可能な第1立壁部成形空間が形成され、
前記第2型抜き工程においては、前記第2スライド型を前記中子型における前記第2スライド型側の面に沿ってスライドさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクリップ取付座の成形方法。 - 前記第1型抜き工程における前記第1スライド型の前記スライド方向と、前記第2型抜き工程における前記第2スライド型の前記スライド方向とが、前記基材における前記板状部材側の面上において、逆方向となることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のクリップ取付座の成形方法。
