Abstract
【解決手段】内輪2の軌道溝21に潤滑油を供給するためのマイクロポンプを外輪1に固定する。外部からの電力を供給するための第1および第2径方向離間電極50,51をマイクロポンプに形成する。第1および第2径方向離間電極50,51の夫々を、外部に露出している状態でマイクロポンプに対して静止しているタンクの外面に固定する。第1径方向離間電極50を、第2径方向離間電極51に対して間隔をおいて配置する。

Description
内周軌道面を有する第1軌道輪と、
外周軌道面を有する第2軌道輪と、
上記第1軌道輪の内周軌道面と、上記第2軌道輪の外周軌道面との間に配置された複数の転動体と、
上記第1軌道輪の内周軌道面、上記第2軌道輪の外周軌道面および上記転動体のうちの少なくとも一つに潤滑剤を供給するためのポンプと
を備え、
上記ポンプは、外部からの電力が供給される一以上の電極を有すると共に、上記第1軌道輪および上記第2軌道輪のうちの一方の部材に固定され、
上記各電極は、外部に露出している状態で上記ポンプまたは上記ポンプに対して静止している静止部材に固定されていることを特徴としている。
上記各電極は、上記ポンプの周面、上記ポンプの端面、上記静止部材の周面または上記静止部材の端面に固定されている。
上記一方の部材は、その一方の部材を固定する被固定部材の軸方向の端面に当接する位置決め面を有し、
上記各電極は、上記位置決め面に対して間隔をおいた位置に固定されている。
少なくとも一つの上記電極を一方向に付勢する付勢部材を有し、
上記少なくとも一つの電極は、上記静止部材に対する相対位置を変動可能な状態で上記一方の部材または上記静止部材に固定されている。
上記一以上の電極は、第1軸方向離間電極と、第2軸方向離間電極とを有し、
上記第1軸方向離間電極は、上記第2軸方向離間電極に対して上記一方の部材の軸方向に間隔をおいて位置している。
上記一以上の電極は、第1周方向離間電極と、第2周方向離間電極とを有し、
上記第1周方向離間電極は、上記第2周方向離間電極に対して上記一方の部材の周方向に間隔をおいて位置している。
上記一以上の電極は、第1径方向離間電極と、第2径方向離間電極とを有し、
上記第1径方向離間電極は、上記第2径方向離間電極に対して上記一方の部材の径方向に間隔をおいて位置している。

Claims (7)
- 内周軌道面を有する第1軌道輪と、
外周軌道面を有する第2軌道輪と、
上記第1軌道輪の内周軌道面と、上記第2軌道輪の外周軌道面との間に配置された複数の転動体と、
上記第1軌道輪の内周軌道面、上記第2軌道輪の外周軌道面および上記転動体のうちの少なくとも一つに潤滑剤を供給するためのポンプと
を備え、
上記ポンプは、外部からの電力が供給される一以上の電極を有すると共に、上記第1軌道輪および上記第2軌道輪のうちの一方の部材に固定され、
上記各電極は、外部に露出している状態で上記ポンプまたは上記ポンプに対して静止している静止部材に固定されていることを特徴とする転がり軸受装置。 - 請求項1に記載の転がり軸受装置において、
上記各電極は、上記ポンプの周面、上記ポンプの端面、上記静止部材の周面または上記静止部材の端面に固定されていることを特徴とする転がり軸受装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の転がり軸受装置において、
上記一方の部材は、その一方の部材を固定する被固定部材の軸方向の端面に当接する位置決め面を有し、
上記各電極は、上記位置決め面に対して間隔をおいた位置に固定されていることを特徴とする転がり軸受装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の転がり軸受装置において、
少なくとも一つの上記電極を一方向に付勢する付勢部材を有し、
上記少なくとも一つの電極は、上記静止部材に対する相対位置を変動可能な状態で上記一方の部材または上記静止部材に固定されていることを特徴とする転がり軸受装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の転がり軸受装置において、
上記一以上の電極は、第1軸方向離間電極と、第2軸方向離間電極とを有し、
上記第1軸方向離間電極は、上記第2軸方向離間電極に対して上記一方の部材の軸方向に間隔をおいて位置していることを特徴とする転がり軸受装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の転がり軸受装置において、
上記一以上の電極は、第1周方向離間電極と、第2周方向離間電極とを有し、
上記第1周方向離間電極は、上記第2周方向離間電極に対して上記一方の部材の周方向に間隔をおいて位置していることを特徴とする転がり軸受装置。 - 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の転がり軸受装置において、
上記一以上の電極は、第1径方向離間電極と、第2径方向離間電極とを有し、
上記第1径方向離間電極は、上記第2径方向離間電極に対して上記一方の部材の径方向に間隔をおいて位置していることを特徴とする転がり軸受装置。
