Abstract
【解決手段】半導体装置2は、トランジスタ5とコンデンサ3が第1樹脂でモールドされているデバイスである。トランジスタ5とコンデンサ3は、樹脂モールド体13の両側に取り付けられたリードフレーム8a、8bの夫々と接続している。コンデンサ3は、第1樹脂13よりも剛性が低い第2樹脂12で覆われておりその外側が第1樹脂でモールドされている。

Claims (2)
- 半導体素子とコンデンサが第1樹脂でモールドされているとともに第1樹脂の樹脂モールドの両側に取り付けられたリードフレームの夫々と接続されている半導体装置であり、
第1樹脂よりも剛性が低い第2樹脂でコンデンサが覆われておりその外側が第1樹脂でモールドされている、あるいは、モールドしている第1樹脂とコンデンサの間に空隙が設けられていることを特徴とする半導体装置。 - コンデンサはセラミックコンデンサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の半導体装置。
