Abstract
【解決手段】車両1は、第1バッテリ50と、コンバータ10と、電気負荷に対してコンバータ10と並列に接続される第2バッテリ60と、車両1の外部の電源を用いて、第1バッテリ50または第2バッテリ60を充電する充電装置450と、第1バッテリ50に接続され、漏電を検出する漏電検出装置と、充電装置450を用いて第2バッテリ60が充電される場合に、第1バッテリ50のいずれか一方の極と、第2バッテリ60のいずれか一方の極とを接続させるとともに、漏電検出装置の検出結果に基づいて漏電の発生の有無を判定する制御装置とを含む。

Claims (6)
- 車両の駆動源である電気負荷への電力の供給源である第1蓄電装置と、
前記第1蓄電装置の電圧を変換して前記電気負荷に供給するコンバータと、
前記電気負荷に対して前記コンバータと並列に接続される電力の供給源である第2蓄電装置と、
前記コンバータに対して前記第2蓄電装置と並列に接続され、かつ、前記車両の外部の電源を用いて、前記第1蓄電装置および前記第2蓄電装置のうちの少なくともいずれか一方を充電する充電装置と、
前記第1蓄電装置に接続され、漏電を検出する漏電検出装置と、
前記充電装置を用いて前記第2蓄電装置が充電される場合に、前記第1蓄電装置のいずれか一方の極と、前記第2蓄電装置のいずれか一方の極とを接続させるとともに、前記漏電検出装置の検出結果に基づいて前記漏電の発生の有無を判定する制御装置とを含む、車両の電源装置。 - 前記第1蓄電装置と前記コンバータとの間の第1正極線に設けられる第1スイッチと前記第1蓄電装置と前記コンバータとの間の第1負極線に設けられる第2スイッチとを含む第1リレーと、
前記第2蓄電装置と前記電気負荷との間の第2正極線に設けられる第3スイッチと、前記第2蓄電装置と前記電気負荷との間の第2負極線に設けられる第4スイッチとを含む第2リレーとをさらに含み、
前記制御装置は、前記充電装置を用いて前記第2蓄電装置が充電される場合に、前記第1スイッチおよび前記第4スイッチの各々を導通させるとともに、前記漏電検出装置の検出結果に基づいて前記漏電の発生の有無を判定する、請求項1に記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記第2正極線に設けられ、前記第2蓄電装置側から前記電気負荷側への電流を許容し、前記電気負荷側から前記第2蓄電装置側への電流を遮断するダイオードをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記外部の電源と前記充電装置とが電気的に接続される場合に、前記第1スイッチおよび前記第4スイッチの各々を導通させる、請求項2または3に記載の車両の電源装置。
- 前記第2蓄電装置と前記充電装置との間に設けられる第3リレーをさらに含み、
前記制御装置は、前記漏電が発生していることが検出される場合には、前記第1リレー、前記第2リレーおよび前記第3リレーの各々を遮断させる、請求項2〜4のいずれかに記載の車両の電源装置。 - 前記第1蓄電装置は、前記第2蓄電装置よりも出力密度の高い二次電池であって、
前記第2蓄電装置は、前記第1蓄電装置よりも容量密度の高い二次電池である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の車両の電源装置。
