Abstract
Description
1ミル(25.4μm)厚の(無クリーニングまたは無処理の)アルミホイルを電流コレクタ基板として選んだ。コーティングインク、Henkel社のDAG EB 012を脱イオン水と1:1の比で5分間手で混合してディップコーティング塗布のための導電性炭素中間コーティングインクを作製し、2時間以内に用いた。次いで基板を導電性炭素中間コーティングインクに浸してコーティングして、基板の両面を同時にコーティングした。導電性中間コーティングの厚さは1〜3μmの範囲を目標にした。コーティングした基板を次いで少なくとも10分間対流オーブン内105℃でベークした。
第1の層の配合物(黒鉛配合物)をAsbury Caebon社からのGK572を用いて作製した。50:50のGK572:脱イオン水希釈分散液を、ほぼ5分間混合することで作製した。混合液は安定した分散を維持した。

Claims (5)
- 多層電流コレクタを作製する方法において、前記方法が、
電流コレクタ基板のそれぞれの主表面を覆う第1の層を第1の配合物で形成する工程、及び
前記第1の層のそれぞれを覆う第2の層を第2の配合物で形成する工程、
を含み、
前記第1の配合物と前記第2の配合物の一方が黒鉛配合物であり、前記第1の配合物と前記第2の配合物の他方がカーボンブラック配合物である、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の層の少なくとも1つが前記電流コレクタ基板の主表面と直接に接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層の少なくとも1つが前記電流コレクタ基板の主表面と直接に接し、前記第2の層のそれぞれが前記第1の層に直接に接していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層のそれぞれを覆う前記第2の層を形成する前に前記第1の層のそれぞれを乾燥する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の層が黒鉛層であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
