Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の熱交換器用隔板は、熱交換器の集流管2内に設けられて軸方向に集流管2を隔て、且つ軸方向に沿って集流管2内に設けられている冷媒ダクト3を支持する隔板4からなる熱交換器用隔板である。隔板4は、別体の第一隔板部41と第二隔板部42とを含み、第一隔板部41は接合構造によって第二隔板部42と接合される。第一隔板部41と第二隔板部42によって形成された組合式の隔板4は、隔板4の取り付け難しさを著しく低減させ、取り付け効率を高める。そして、この隔板4は、冷媒ダクト3が隔板4を貫通することができない可能性を著しく減少させ、隔板4と冷媒ダクト3との間を溶接により接合することができなくて漏洩が出る可能性も著しく減少させるため、熱交換器の信頼性を著しく向上させる。

Claims (18)
- 熱交換器の集流管(2)内に設けられて軸方向に集流管(2)を隔て、且つ軸方向に沿って集流管(2)内に設けられている冷媒ダクト(3)を支持する隔板(4)からなる熱交換器用隔板において、
前記隔板(4)は、別体の第一隔板部(41)と第二隔板部(42)とを含み、第一隔板部(41)は接合構造によって前記第二隔板部(42)と接合されることを特徴とする熱交換器用隔板。 - 前記第一隔板部(41)には、冷媒ダクトを支持する取付穴(411)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記取付穴(411)は貫通穴であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記取付穴(411)の一方側にはクリンピング部(4111)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記取付穴(411)内に設けられる内スリーブ(4112)をさらに含み、前記クリンピング部(4111)は前記内スリーブ(4112)と一体であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記取付穴(411)は、非貫通穴であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記接合構造は、接合凹溝(43)と、接合凹溝(43)に適合する接合突起とを含み、前記接合凹溝(43)は第一隔板部(41)と第二隔板部(42)のいずれか一方上に形成されており、且つ前記接合突起は第一隔板部(41)と第二隔板部(42)のいずれか他方上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記接合凹溝(43)が第一隔板部(41)に形成されており、且つ前記接合突起が第二隔板部(42)に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記接合突起は前記第二隔板部(42)と一体であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記第一隔板部(41)は、円弧板(414)と、底板(415)と、側板(416)とを含み、前記底板(415)が前記円弧板(414)の両端に接続され、且つ前記側板(416)が円弧板(414)と底板(415)の一方側に取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記円弧板(414)と、底板(415)と、側板(416)とが一体であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記接合凹溝(43)は、前記底板(415)と円弧板(414)に形成されており、かつ前記円弧板(414)の両端から上方へ規定の長さ延びていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記接合突起には冷媒ダクトの外面に適合する凹部(421)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記接合凹溝は接合穴であり、前記接合突起は接合ピン軸であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記接合凹溝(43)は、前記第一隔板部(41)を第一部分(412)と第二部分(413)に分け、第一部分(412)の半径方向の高さは第二部分(413)の半径方向の高さより大きいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 前記隔板(4)は二つの前記第一隔板部(41)を含み、前記第二隔板部(42)が二つの前記第一隔板部(41)の間に介装されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の熱交換器用隔板。
- 熱交換器であって、
第一集流管と、
第二集流管と、
第一集流管と第二集流管とが連通するように各々の両端がそれぞれ第一集流管と第二集流管に接続される放熱管(5)と、
隣接する放熱管(5)の間にそれぞれ設けられるフィン(6)と、
軸方向に沿って第一集流管と第二集流管の少なくとも一つの中に設けられる冷媒ダクト(3)と、
前記少なくとも一つの集流管を隔て且つ前記冷媒ダクト(3)を支持するように、前記少なくとも一つの集流管内に設けられる隔板(4)とを含み、
隔板(4)は前記請求項1乃至請求項16のいずれか一項に記載の隔板(4)であることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記第二隔板部(42)の外縁と前記少なくとも一つの集流管の外縁が面一であることを特徴とする請求項17に記載の熱交換器。
