Description
本出願は、2010年3月9日に出願された米国特許仮出願第61/312,052号の優先権を主張するものである。
本発明は、印刷されたデザイン及び/又はテキストを受容するための多層ラミネートであって、支持体又は興味対象の物品に接着して貼付けることが可能な多層ラミネートに関する。本発明はさらに、該ラミネートに関わり、該ラミネートを支持体又は物品に貼付ける方法に関する。
印刷後、印刷組成物が、表面層から想定外にずれたり、剥がれたりする危険性を緩和するために、印刷されたデザイン、ロゴ、及び/又はテキストの上に一つ以上の添加層を印加することが必要となる場合がよくある。これら一つ以上の添加層は、ワニス上塗り又はラッカー材を含んでもよい。
Claims (41)
- 再構成可能な多層ラミネートであって:
フィルム層と;
ライナー層と;
前記フィルム層及び前記ライナー層の間に配される接着層と;
前記フィルム層及び前記接着層の間に配される第1剥離層と;
前記ライナー層及び前記接着層の間に配される第2剥離層と;を含み、
前記第1剥離層の剥離力の、前記第2剥離層の剥離力に対する比が、約1:1.5から約1:100の範囲にある、再構成可能な多層ラミネート。 - 前記比が約1:3である、請求項1に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記フィルム層が、ポリオレフィン、ビニール原料ポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる材料を含む、請求項1−2に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記フィルム層がポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)である、請求項1−3に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記ライナー層が、紙、フォイル、フィルム、及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる材料を含む、請求項1−4に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記接着層が、溶媒依存性感圧性接着剤、乳剤依存性感圧性接着剤、加熱溶融ゴム依存性感圧性接着剤、ビニール原料接着剤、ポリウレタン接着剤、UV加熱溶融アクリル接着剤、エポキシ接着剤、及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる材料を含む、請求項1−5に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記接着層が感圧性接着剤である、請求項1−6に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記第1剥離層がポリシロキサンを含む、請求項1−7に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記第2剥離層がポリシロキサンを含む、請求項1−8に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記フィルム層の上に配されるトップコートをさらに含む、請求項1−9に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記フィルム層の上に印刷領域をさらに含む、請求項1−10に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記接着剤が、少なくとも一つの不透明剤を含む、請求項1−11に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記接着剤が少なくとも一つの着色剤を含む、請求項1−11に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 前記接着剤が、約5から約60重量%の前記少なくとも一つの着色剤を含む、請求項13に記載の再構成可能なラミネート。
- 再構成された多層ラミネートであって:
第1表面及び反対方向を向く第2表面によって定められるフィルム層と;
ライナー層と;
前記フィルム層及び前記ライナー層の間に配され、前記フィルム層の第1表面に接触する接着層と;
前記フィルム層の上に配され、前記フィルム層の前記第2表面に接触する第1剥離層と;
前記フィルム層と前記接着層の間に配される印刷領域と、
を含む、再構成多層ラミネート。 - 前記印刷領域が前記接着層に接触する、請求項15に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記印刷領域が、前記ラミネートの内部に封入される、請求項15−16に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記フィルム層が、ポリオレフィン、ビニール原料ポリマー、ポリエステル、ポリカーボネート、及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる材料を含む、請求項15−17に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記フィルム層がポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)である、請求項15−18に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記ライナー層が、紙、フォイル、フィルム、及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる材料を含む、請求項15−19に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記接着層が、溶媒依存性感圧性接着剤、乳剤依存性感圧性接着剤、加熱溶融ゴム依存性感圧性接着剤、ビニール原料接着剤、ポリウレタン接着剤、UV加熱溶融アクリル接着剤、エポキシ接着剤、及びそれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる材料を含む、請求項15−20に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記接着層が感圧性接着剤である、請求項15−21に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記接着剤が、少なくとも一つの不透明剤を含む、請求項15−22に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記接着剤が少なくとも一つの着色剤を含む、請求項15−22に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記接着剤が、約5から約60重量%の前記少なくとも一つの着色剤を含む、請求項24に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記第1剥離層がポリシロキサンを含む、請求項15−25に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記第1剥離層がシリコンを含む、請求項15−25に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記第1剥離層がシリコンを含まない、請求項15−25に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記ライナー層と接着層の間に配される第2剥離層をさらに含む、請求項15−28に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記第2剥離層がポリシロキサンを含む、請求項29に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記第1剥離層の剥離力の、前記第2剥離層の剥離力に対する比が、約1:1.5から約1:100の範囲にある、請求項29−30に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 前記比が約1:3である、請求項29−31に記載の再構成ラミネート。
- 多層ラミネートを再構成するための方法であって:
外表面を有するフィルム層、ライナー層、前記フィルム層と前記ライナー層の間に配される接着層、前記フィルム層と前記接着層の間に配される第1剥離層、及び、前記ライナー層と前記接着層の間に配される第2剥離層を含む、再構成可能な多層ラミネートであって、前記第1剥離層の剥離力の、前記第2剥離層の剥離力に対する比が、約1:1.5から約1:100の範囲にある再構成可能な多層ラミネートを準備すること;
前記フィルム層及び前記第1剥離層を前記接着層から分離し、それによって前記接着層の面を露出させること;
前記フィルム層及び前記第1剥離層を方向転換し、前記フィルム層の前記外表面を、前記接着層の露出面と接触させて、前記第1剥離層が露出される再構成ラミネートを形成すること、を含む方法。 - 前記フィルム層及び前記第1剥離層を前記接着層から分離する前に、前記フィルム層の前記外表面の上に少なくとも一つの印刷領域を印刷することをさらに含む、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルム層及びその上の印刷領域(単数又は複数)の方向転換後、前記印刷領域(単数又は複数)が、前記フィルム層及び前記接着層の間に配される、請求項33−34に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルム層及びその上の印刷領域(単数又は複数)の方向転換後、前記印刷領域(単数又は複数)が、前記ラミネートの内部に封入される、請求項33−35に記載の方法。
- 請求項33−36の方法によって形成される再構成ラミネート。
- ラベルを形成するための方法であって:
外表面を有するフィルム層、ライナー層、前記フィルム層と前記ライナー層の間に配される接着層、前記フィルム層と前記接着層の間に配される第1剥離層、及び、前記ライナー層と前記接着層の間に配される第2剥離層を含む、再構成可能な多層ラミネートであって、前記第1剥離層の剥離力の、前記第2剥離層の剥離力に対する比が、約1:1.5から約1:100の範囲にある再構成可能な多層ラミネートを準備すること;
前記フィルム層の前記外表面に少なくとも一つの印刷領域を形成すること;
前記フィルム層、前記印刷領域(単数又は複数)、及び前記第1剥離層を前記接着層から分離し、それによって前記接着層の面を露出すること;
前記フィルム層、前記印刷領域(単数又は複数)、及び前記第1剥離層を方向転換し、印刷領域(単数又は複数)の少なくとも一つと前記フィルム層の前記外表面とを、前記接着層の露出面と接触させて、前記第1剥離層が露出されるラベルを形成すること、を含む前記方法。 - 前記フィルム層及びその上の前記印刷領域(単数又は複数)の方向転換後、前記印刷領域(単数又は複数)が、前記ラミネートの内部に封入される、請求項38に記載の方法。
- 請求項38−39の方法によって形成されるラベル。
- 再構成多層ラミネートを生産するためのシステムであって:
外表面を有するフィルム層、ライナー層、前記フィルム層と前記ライナー層の間に配される接着層、前記フィルム層と前記接着層の間に配される第1剥離層、及び、前記ライナー層と前記接着層の間に配される第2剥離層を含んでおり、前記第1剥離層の剥離力の、前記第2剥離層の剥離力に対する比が、約1:1.5から約1:100の範囲にある再構成可能な多層ラミネートと;
機器であって、(i)前記フィルム層の前記外表面に少なくとも一つの印刷領域を形成すること、(ii)前記フィルム層、前記印刷領域(単数又は複数)、及び前記第1剥離層を前記接着層から分離し、それによって前記接着層の面を露出すること、及び、(iii)前記フィルム層、前記印刷領域(単数又は複数)、及び前記第1剥離層を方向転換し、前記印刷領域(単数又は複数)の少なくとも一つと前記フィルム層の前記外表面とを、前記接着層の前記露出面と接触させて、前記第1剥離層が露出されるラベルを形成すること、のための機器と;を含む前記システム。
