−シール収容構造体内に配置されて、機械部品2と3の間で低圧領域11に対して高圧領域10を封止する少なくとも1つの回転シール5と
が提案されている。
Claims (12)
- 回転可能に取り付けられた機械部品(2)、および前記回転可能に取り付けられた機械部品(2)用のベアリングを形成する機械部品(3)であって、前記機械部品(2,3)のうちの第1の機械部品(3)がシール収容構造体を形成し、前記機械部品(2,3)のうちの第2の機械部品(2)が、封止面(7)を形成する表面を有する機械部品(2,3)と、
前記機械部品(2、3)間で低圧領域(11)から高圧領域(10)を封止するための、前記シール収容構造体内に配置された少なくとも1つの回転シール(5)とを備える回転シール装置であって、前記少なくとも1つの回転シール(5)が、
実質的に剛性が高く、前記第1の機械部品(3)に対して位置が安定した支持要素(20)、
前記高圧領域側で前記支持要素(20)に接触している、ゴム弾性的に変形可能な接触体(21)、および
好ましくは前記接触体(21)に緩く接触し、封止縁部(22)を有する封止リング(23)であって、前記封止縁部(22)の各側面における広い側面(24)、および封止縁部とは反対向きのシール座縁部領域(26)を有し、前記広い側面(24)が前記シール座縁部領域(26)を介して相互接続され、前記接触体(21)は、少なくとも部分的に、前記封止リング(23)の前記広い側面(24)のうちの少なくとも1つの側面と前記支持要素(20)との間に配置される封止リング(23)を有する、回転シール装置。 - 前記封止面(7)が、円筒の外側面として構成され、前記接触体(21)が、少なくとも部分的に、前記支持要素(20)と前記封止リング(23)の間で、前記回転可能に取り付けられた機械部品(2)の軸方向に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記封止面(7)が、円状領域または円環状領域として構成され、前記接触体(21)が、少なくとも部分的に、前記支持要素(20)と前記封止リング(23)の間で、前記回転可能に取り付けられた機械部品(2)の半径方向に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記第2の機械部品(2)が、前記第1の機械部品(3)に取り付けられたラジアルシャフトとして構成され、前記回転シール(5)がリング形状であり、前記ラジアルシャフトの周りに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記支持要素(20)が、前記シール収容構造体の一部分として前記第1の機械部品(3)と一体に構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記接触体(21)が、前記封止リング(23)と前記シール収容構造体の間で、前記回転シール(5)の半径方向に延在し、前記封止リング(23)には、前記接触体(21)の弾性復元力により、前記第2の機械部品(2)に向けて半径方向に予圧がかけられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記封止面とは反対向きの前記封止リング(23)の縁部が前記接触体(21)のくぼみに配置されるよう、前記接触体(21)は、前記高圧領域側で前記回転可能に取り付けられた機械部品(2)の軸方向に前記封止リング(23)と接触している領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記シール装置が回転供給流れを密閉し、前記高圧領域(10)が回転供給流れ領域によって構成され、前記回転供給流れ領域を介して、前記低圧領域(11)に対して正の圧力の下にある流体を、前記機械部品(2、3)のうちの一方から、前記封止面(7)を介して前記機械部品(2、3)のうちの他方に導くことができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシール装置。
- 支持領域内の前記封止リング(23)が、前記接触体(21)によって前記封止面(7)とは反対向きに押圧されるよう、前記支持要素(20)が、少なくとも前記支持領域において、前記回転可能に取り付けられた機械部品(2)の軸方向に対して斜めに延在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の回転シール装置。
- 前記封止リング(23)が、前記回転供給流れ領域(10)に対して凹形に角度がついた断面を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のシール装置。
- 前記支持要素(20)が鋼から作製され、かつ/または封止リング(23)がPTFEから作製され、かつ/または接触体(21)がエラストマーから作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシール装置。
- 2つの回転シール(5)が、好ましくは前記高圧領域(10)の周りに鏡面対称に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のシール装置。
