- らせんが丸い特に円形(32b)か又は三角形(32a)又は四角形(32c)特に正方形の外側輪郭を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の移植組織。
- 伸縮素子(12,12′;22;32a,32b,32c)が、収縮された状態で狭隘個所(13,13′;23;33a,33b,33c)を持ち、狭隘個所のウエブ幅が隣接するウエブ部分のウエブ幅より小さいことを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 狭隘個所(13,13′;23;33a,33b,33c)のウエブ幅が、隣接するウエブ部分のウエブ幅の最大でも3分の2なるべく最大でも半分であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の移植組織。
- 狭隘個所(13,13′;23;33a,33b,33c)が伸縮素子(12,12′;22;32a,32b,32c)の所定破断個所として設計されて、管状移植組織(10;20)の半径方向に大きすぎる力の導入の際破断し、再拡張を更に可能にし、それにより伸縮素子(12,12′;22;32a,32b,32c)の引続く拡張を防止することを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載の移植組織。
- 移植組織(10)の縦軸線の方向に隣接する複数対のウエブ(11′,11″)の間に結合素子(14)が設けられて、これらのウエブ(11′,11″)の縦方向へ力導入の際、軸線方向における移植組織(10)の永続的な塑性拡大を引き起こすことを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 複数の伸縮素子(12,12′;32a,32b,32c)が設けられていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 伸縮素子(12,12′)が同じ機械的特性を持ち、特に幾何学的に同じに構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の移植組織。
- 伸縮素子(12,12′;32a,32b,32c)が異なる機械的特性を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の移植組織。
- 伸縮素子(12,12′)が幾何学的に同じに構成されているが、異なるウエブ幅を持っていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の移植組織。
- 伸縮素子(32a,32b,32c)が幾何学的に異なるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の移植組織。
- 複数の伸縮素子(12,12′)が移植組織(10)の縦方向に前後して設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項11〜15の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 複数の伸縮素子が移植組織の周囲に分布して設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項11〜16の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 伸縮素子(12,12′;22;32a,32b,32c)を含めてウエブ(11,11′,11″;21,21′,21″)が、管状の出発部品からなるべくレーザ切断により製造されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 移植組織(10;20)が、少なくとも伸縮素子(12,12′;22;32a,32b,32c)の範囲で、クロム及び/又はコバルト及び/又は白金及び/又は前記金属の合金及び/又は高級鋼合金を使用して1つの材料から製造されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 移植組織(10;20)が、少なくとも伸縮素子(12,12′;22;32a,32b,32c)の範囲で、形状記憶効果を持つ材料特にニチノール(NiTi合金の商品名)から製造されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 移植組織(10;20)の少なくとも一部が、生物に適合するプラスチック特にシリコーン又はポリテトラフルオルエチレン(PTFE)及び/又は繊維複合材料特に炭素繊維から製造されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 移植組織(10;20)の少なくとも一部がチタン及び/又はタンタル及び/又は前記金属の合金から製造されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 移植組織(10;20)の少なくとも一部がセラミック材料から製造されていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の移植組織。
- 移植組織(10;20)の表面に少なくとも部分的に生物学的に活性の被覆特に成長を阻止しかつ/又は成長を促進しかつ/又は抗菌作用する被覆が設けられていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項の1つに記載の移植組織。
