Claims (11)
- 地上走行ゴムタイヤ式無人コンテナ輸送車(10)が用いられる少なくとも1つの自動エリア(A)を含み、前記無人コンテナ輸送車が、コンテナブリッジ(2)とコンテナ保管施設(3)との間でコンテナを輸送する、コンテナ積み替えシステムであって、
前記コンテナブリッジ(2)と前記コンテナ保管施設(3)との間でコンテナを輸送する地上走行ゴムタイヤ式有人コンテナ輸送車(10)が用いられる少なくとも1つの手動エリア(B)が設けられており、
前記コンテナ輸送車(10)は、それぞれ、無人モード又は有人モードを任意に選択して運転する構成とされており、前記自動エリア(A)又は前記手動エリア(B)を任意に選択して走行する、コンテナ積み替えシステム。 - 前記自動エリア(A)及び前記手動エリア(B)のそれぞれにおいてコンテナ輸送手段が用いられ、前記コンテナ輸送手段は、前記コンテナブリッジ(2)及び前記コンテナ保管施設(3)の少なくとも1つの近傍においてコンテナを上げ降ろしすることにより、前記コンテナ輸送車(10)に対する荷の積み降ろしを行う、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各コンテナ輸送手段は、無人モード又は有人モードを任意に選択して運転する構成とされている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンテナブリッジ(2)及び前記コンテナ保管施設(3)の少なくとも1つの近傍において、前記コンテナは、前記コンテナ輸送車(10)によって自動的に上げ降ろしされる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記地上走行コンテナ輸送車(10)は、補助装置を用いて有人モードで運転されるAGVである、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 前記補助装置はドライバーキャビン(12)を含み、前記ドライバーキャビンは、有人運転におけるステアリング、移動制御、及び制動のための制御システム(13)を備える、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記補助装置は、セキュリティー回路を介して始動される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記ドライバーキャビン(12)は、前記地上走行コンテナ輸送車(10)の前面(14)に着脱可能に取り付けられている、請求項6又は7に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御システム(13)は、前記AGVの車両制御手段に接続するための有人運転用インターフェイス(15)を有し、前記制御システム(13)は、始動後に、前記AGVの車両制御に介入し、当該制御を引き継ぐ、請求項6〜8のいずれか1つに記載のシステム。
- 無人モード又は有人モードを任意に選択して運転され、特に請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のシステムに用いられる、地上走行ゴムタイヤ式コンテナ輸送車(10)であって、
前記コンテナ輸送車(10)は、走行ドライブ手段、ステアリング手段及び制動手段の少なくとも1つに接続して作動させる無人運転用の制御システム(13)を備え、
前記制御システム(13)は、使用可能な走行ルート及び輸送タスクを入力及び記憶させるための手段と、空間内の車両位置を自動的に検出するための手段と、空間内の車両位置及び所定の輸送タスクに応じて前記コンテナ輸送車(10)の移動を制御するための手段と、障害物がある場合に前記コンテナ輸送車(10)を制動するための手段と、を含み、前記コンテナ輸送車(10)は、有人運転における制御用の補助装置に接続される構成であって、
前記補助装置はドライバーキャビン(12)を含み、前記ドライバーキャビンは、有人運転におけるステアリング、移動制御、及び制動を行うための制御システム(13)を備え、前記コンテナ輸送車(10)の前面には、前記ドライバーキャビン(12)を着脱可能に取り付けるための取り付け手段が設けられている、地上走行ゴムタイヤ式コンテナ輸送車。 - 前記コンテナ輸送車(10)は、有人運転用の前記制御システム(13)を車両制御手段に接続するためのインターフェイスを有する、請求項10に記載のコンテナ輸送車。
