Abstract
【解決手段】給電エリアX内に位置する移動車両Mに対して非接触給電を行う移動車両給電システムAであって、移動車両Mに設けられた受電コイルm1と、給電エリアX内において互いに異なる位置に配設された複数の給電コイル1a1等と、給電エリアX内における受電コイルm1の位置を検出する位置検出手段及び該位置検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、複数の給電コイル1a1等のうち、受電コイルm1に対応する位置に配設された給電コイル1a1を選択し、該選択した給電コイル1a1から非接触給電を行わせる制御手段を具備する制御装置4と、を有するという構成を採用する。

Description
例えば自宅駐車場等、移動車両の位置がある程度決まっている場所では問題はないが、上記従来技術のように、移動車両が走行する途中で非接触給電を行う場合には、給電エリア内における移動車両の位置がドライバーの意思によって任意的になり易く、受電手段と給電手段の位置ズレが大きくなって、給電効率が低下する。また、乗用車やトラック等の車種等によって、それぞれ受電手段が設けられる位置が異なる場合があり、このことも給電効率の低下に繋がる。
本移動車両給電システムAは、図1に示すように、給電エリアX内に位置する移動車両Mに対して非接触給電を行うものである。給電エリアX内には、複数の給電コイル(給電手段)1a1,1a2,1a3が設けられている。また、移動車両Mには、受電コイル(受電手段)m1が設けられている。
充電回路m2は、充電制御部m4から入力される充電制御信号に基づいて上記受電電力を直流電力に変換して蓄電池m3に供給する電力変換回路(コンバータ)である。すなわち、この充電回路m2は、充電制御信号に基づいて蓄電池m3の充電状態に応じた充電電流を蓄電池m3に供給することにより蓄電池m3を充電する。
充電制御部m4は、充電回路m2の電力変換動作を制御することにより蓄電池m3の充電制御を行う制御装置である。充電制御部m4は、受電コイルm1による給電コイル1a1等からの交流電力の受電を例えば受電コイルm1の端子間電圧の変化に基づいて検知すると、充電回路m2を作動させて蓄電池m3に直流電力を充電させる。
図2は、本移動車両給電システムAの給電エリアXを、例えば道路の停車帯に設定した場合を示している。この給電エリアXは、移動車両Mを複数台停車可能な大きさ(例えば乗用車であれば3台分の大きさ)に設定されており、道路を走行するあらゆる車種の移動車両Mが停車可能となっている。例えば、図2に示すように、先頭の移動車両Mの受電コイルm1と、後続の移動車両Mの受電コイルm1の位置とは異なっている。
また、この給電エリアXには、給電コイル1b1,1b2,1b3に対応する選択スイッチ2b及び給電変換器3bと、給電コイル1c1,1c2,1c3に対応する選択スイッチ2c及び給電変換器3cとがそれぞれ設けられており、それらは制御装置4と電気的に接続される構成となっている。
本移動車両給電システムAでは、道路の停車帯に給電エリアXを設定している。したがって、給電エリアX内における移動車両Mの停車位置は、ドライバーの運転操作に依存するので、ばらつきを持つ。また、この給電エリアXには、道路を走行するあらゆる車種の移動車両Mが停車可能であるため、各移動車両Mにおける受電コイルm1の位置は、移動車両M毎にそれぞれ異なる場合がある。
したがって、本実施形態では、移動車両Mが走行する途中で非接触給電を行う場合であっても、給電効率の低下を抑制できる移動車両給電システムAを得ることができる。
Claims (5)
- 給電エリア内に位置する移動車両に対して非接触給電を行う移動車両給電システムであって、
前記移動車両に設けられた受電手段と、
前記給電エリア内において互いに異なる位置に配設された複数の給電手段と、
前記給電エリア内における前記受電手段の位置を検出する位置検出手段と、
前記位置検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、前記複数の給電手段のうち、前記受電手段に対応する位置に配設された給電手段を選択し、該選択した給電手段から非接触給電を行わせる制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする移動車両給電システム。 - 前記制御手段は、前記位置検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、前記複数の給電手段のうち、前記受電手段に最も近い位置に配設された給電手段を選択し、該選択した給電手段から非接触給電を行わせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動車両給電システム。
- 前記位置検出手段が、前記給電エリア内において複数の前記受電手段の位置を検出した場合、
前記制御手段は、前記位置検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、前記複数の給電手段のうち、複数の前記受電手段のそれぞれに対応する位置に配設された給電手段をそれぞれ選択し、該選択した給電手段から非接触給電を行わせることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の移動車両給電システム。 - 前記給電手段は給電コイルを備えると共に前記受電手段は受電コイルを備え、
前記給電手段は、前記給電コイルを前記受電コイルに電磁気的に結合させることによって非接触給電を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の移動車両給電システム。 - 前記位置検出手段として、前記給電コイルと前記受電コイルとを用いることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の移動車両給電システム。
